Great location just off London Bridge and a perfect view of the water from our corner room, even though there is a palm tree right in front (Rm207) of the balcony. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. A row of Tesla chargers to use. Took one star off just bc of very few amenities like pool or workout room but u could swim in the lake! They rent paddle board at the front desk which doubles as a bar. Great stay.

We chose Heat as the whole property is dog friendly. There is a beautiful dog park a short 5 minute walk away. We highly recommend this property for an off season stay.

We have stayed at Lake Havasu several times in the past, but always thought this hotel would be out of our budget. Surprisingly, it was not. The location is perfect right at the London Bridge. They offer boat slips. Just steps away from your room. The staff was wonderfully welcoming. What an amazing stay!!!

Love this place. Great area to be, walkable to attractions. This hotel has a large outside bar so I suspect it can get quite loud when it’s a bit nicer. We stayed in January so not a lot going on out there other than the receptionist 2 evenings in a row being quite loud out there (trying to) entertain guests. Great view and balcony is a huge bonus. We’ll stay again.

Ck-in was great. The room location was perfect. The sheets did not seem fresh. Bathroom floor did not look like it was cleaned very well. Just swept maybe. Noisy, some remodeling going on maybe.

I have stayed here for the past 3years. Each year the property seems less clean. This property needs a deep cleaning and some TLC. Our mattress was worn to the point where there was 2 indentations as if the memory foam had lost its memory.

The room we had was filthy. It smelled like mold and mildew from The moment we opened the door. There is a massive stain on the couch. The mattress was sunken in the middle. Carpet was dirty. It was just gross!!! Staff is a bunch of teenagers who have friends in the lobby while working.

I checked in at 7;30 pm and there was no one at the desk. I telephoned several times, no answer. There was a “be back in 10 minutes “ sign at the counter. It was after waiting for over 10 minutes I went outside to look for someone, i found Montana the clerk with a man visiting in the patio area. The beds are very comfortable. The tile floor was not very clean. It is a nice location at the bridge.

the inferno room is very big, comfortable bed, huge shower and a jacuzzi. the staff is very friendly. however, the room is located on the lower level facing the boardwalk along the canal - its noisy even at night and people try to peek inside so the curtains must be shut at all time.

The room, bed, and view was very nice. The hotel was what was advertised and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Just a few things I noticed, the hotel has an “old” feel, look to it due to the paint and stained carpets. I think it would do great with updated carpets and fresh paint. The screen and sliding glass doors were broken and hard to open or close. Overall the stay was great. Great location and beautiful weather.

We loved the room - the view is priceless - it was quiet, and the bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom sink has very poor lighting, but they slightly make up for it by providing a magnifying mirror with a ring light. We spent three nights, and enjoyed our time. All the Christmas lights on London bridge, was beautiful to see (all night long).

The Location is the best for being close to the London Bridge. I come to Kayak so this is a great location especially if your in town for the Witch Paddle in Bridgewater Channel is EPIC I love the Inferno Suite with the Jetted Tub it is nice after a day of Kayaking!

My husband and I shared the Inferno Suite. Initially the grounds and room had a good impression, great view, spacious and modern. The room could have been cleaner and there was a lot of broken tile, and things that could be fixed in the room for the price you pay. Some days we didn’t even get room service when we had placed the placard on the door. When my husband asked the front desk they stated, “well are your towels even dirty?” Room service includes coffee refills which we had to ask for multiple times as well. Customer service at the front desk was terrible, a few times there was nobody there. We love the location of this hotel but the price and service you get do not match. We will probably look into booking elsewhere next time.

Heat hotel was an integral part of our enjoyable vacation to Lake Havasu. The hotel staff was exceptional. They were all, including the young gentleman manning the night desk, friendly, efficient, accommodating and seemingly in a good mood! Everyone was so happy, in fact, that we thought that it must be a good place to work! Our room was wonderful with a fabulous view of the London Bridge. Any closer and we would have been sleeping on it, lol! The room was very clean, well appointed, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching the boats go under the bridge and the cliff swallows zooming back and forth to their mud homes just under the bridge railing. We also appreciated the easy access to the channel path when taking our pups for their walks. The hotel docks were also great. I watched a green heron stalking dinner along the step! What an unexpected treat!

Super convenient. Good location. Competitive price. Small items that could be better: fitted sheet instead of regular sheet. Without a fitted sheet the sheets slid all over the place. Had to flush toilet multiple times even when peeing to get it to go down. Fan in restroom comes on with light and it is extremely loud and obnoxious. I know it’s hot outside but you can’t turn AC lower than 72. All minor really but everyone should know.

This property was fantastic! Walking distance to everything we were interested in. Shower pressure was the best we have ever had in a hotel, size of room was amazing! View was incredible! We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice poistion overlooking the original London Bridge. Clean bright hotel with great river views. Nice room with a terrace. Eating options very close by plus the river/lake tour boats. Would have liked to stay longer to take advantage of those but our itinerary meant we were just passing through having only booked one night. We might suggest some warmer lighting in the rooms as it was a bit bright...

Location was perfect. The room was great.I would not recommend this location if you like more quiet/dark environment at night. You can definitely hear loud music playing at night from the surrounding bars. We utilized a sound machine to drown it out but other than that, our stay was great! Walkable to all nearby attractions…parks, bridge, beaches, shopping & restaurants. Our bed and linens were very comfortable and clean! We would stay here again.

Heat Hotel had large wonderful waterfront accommodations. We totally enjoyed sitting in the balcony and seeing the London bridge and all that surrounds it! They don’t offer breakfast or have a restaurant on-site ….but they do provide very good coffee in the entry area. The room and bathroom was very spacious, and all staff were very pleasant and welcoming! This is a nice place to stay for a special occasion!

Location was perfect. The room was great.I would not recommend this location if you like more quiet/dark environment at night. It was an ok stay. The cantina parking signs made it really difficult to figure out where the hotel even was, let alone where to park. We parked right in front of the hotel but the parking spots said cantina parking so I thought it was a restaurant, not hotel. We drove back across the bridge and parked in a public lot and walked back to ask and realized it was the hotel. Then found out I had to share a balcony with 2 other rooms. I wouldn't have paid almost $400 for 2 nights if I had known that. No pool, fitness room, breakfast, or microwave. But the room was nice, but hard to keep warm. More than half the walls are a huge glass window (inferno king room). The 1st morning I had the heart on 72 and woke up FREEZING!!! Had to set it on 76 the next night. I wouldn't stay again. Amenities not worth the high price.

My view was fantastic. My only complaint was that the glass around my shower leaked. There was evidence of water damage from the problem around the shower. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room and hotel were clean and I appreciate that. I had a drink during happy hour and that was a pleasant experience too. The staff were helpful and friendly.

We were in town for the Lake Havasu Balloon festival and couldn't have picked a more perfect location. We walked acrossLondon bridge whick is right at base of the hotel and the two walking paths on both sides of the river. The patios look right onto the water so fun to watch the boats and action. The hotel itself was very nice, comforable and quiet. They have the best shower with great water pressure! There are restaurants next to the hotel that made things convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

The moment we arrived the gentleman behind the front desk made us feel welcome & check in early as the room was ready. This was at no extra charge, so refreshing! The room was really really spacious & in the best possible location. A stunning view right next to the London Bridge. Amazing location!

Even though it was very hot while we were there. We enjoyed our stay at the Heat! The morning staff was great! Perfect place to see the London Bridge on your balcony! Location was perfect for a first time Lake Havasu visitor! 100% we would stay there again. Next time will bring a boat!!

Michael was Fabulous who checked us in but was also our Bartender and made some Amazing Drinks! Tiger Lily is my new Favorite! All of the Staff was Terrific to be honest with you! Very clean, right on the water, Spectacular view of the London Bridge. We will be back again!!!
