Everyone was absolutely so nice. Couldn’t ask for a better staff. The only problem we had was the fact we weren’t able to use the pool. It got closed down and once it got opened again it was raining but overall it was a great hotel.

Our first room had a horrible smell. The lady at the front desk was very nice and moved us to another room. The second room was better. It was clean and fine for the night. The pool area had broken chairs and broken step on the ladder . There were also lots of cigarette butts along the pool area which is just gross.

Second floor hallway air condition does not work and hallway was 80+ degrees at all times. Also first floor hallway had number of holes in ceiling from water leaks which looked disgusting and shared obvious lack of care for facility. Would never stay here again

Kim was very nice and understanding. Parking of big trucks and trailers took up a lot of the parking lot. The room was good but needs some dusting. Air conditioning was good.

I have to say my stay was good at best but overall i was satisfied. They are doing or have done some remodeling but in that aspect again i was satisfied. What i was not happy about was the fact that they wouldnt take a card for the market and then when going back they would not take the 100$ bill. All in all i can still say i was satisfied.

The carpet in the hallway was old and worn. The trash can outside one of the doors was completely full. Several spots in the hallway ceiling were peeling. The breaksfast bar was unsatisfactory. Looks like the food has been cooked earlier and then set out, for the whole time. Limited selections. The towels were bare thread and some had holes in them. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were nice.

The room was clean and quiet. The main hallway on the first floor had some water damage in the ceiling. It didn’t look like they were repairing it quickly. TV was good. It looked like they updated the room and most of the bathroom.

I do not know this establishment has "Good" review rating. I've stayed at many La Quintas in the past and this one is not at all up to the standards I've experienced at others. I would have left immediately had the booking not been non-refundable As soon as we walked in it was clear this place is in need of major repairs. There's water damage and large holes on the ceilings in the shared areas. The halls smelled musty and the carpets had large stains all over. The room was ok, not great but clean enough. The rest of the hotel and its poor level of upkeep and cleanliness gave me the creep crawlies and made sleeping here rough. Unfortunately, in the morning I found all the towels were heavily stained. They smelled clean but the large stains all over them disgusted us. We decided to forgo showering, check out and continue on our travels. The included breakfast didn't appear bad, but there was barely anything there when we checked at 7:15AM nearly two hours before it ends. There was no hurry to refill it either as we watched the woman taking care of it check the food and then proceed to sit at the front desk and play on her phone. On top of this I was double charged. I prepaid in full on hotels.com, then my card was charged again by the hotel during online check in. I assumed it was an incidental hold but it finalized. I tried to get a refund from the hotel itself as this was their mistake, but they were unwilling. Hotels.com took care of the refund for me in the end.

The towels had stains all over them. They did give me new ones that were somewhat clean ones. The room smelled like dog pee.the lamp shades had small wholes in them and rust on the base of the lamp. The hall carpet was dirty with stains. There was a humidifier in the hallway. The elevator floor was dirty. I should had read more reviews before I booked

Staff was very nice, bed was comfortable. Other than those two things, not good. I will NEVER stay again. I visit this area about once a month. Toliet had splatter, inside it, drips down it, hair stuck on it. Floor looked to be unvaccumed, dog hairs on floor amd couch. Dust all over furniture, thick dust. Items dropped behind nightstands, including a ziplock bag of food and used tissue. Coffee maker tray had spilled dried coffee on it, looked like it had not been washed in a very long time. Wish I could post the pictures I took. I was half afraid to sleep in bed after seeing uncleanliness of the room. I was very tired and not feeling well. I did share with staff member upon checkout a d she wrote some things down on a paper, but pretty much only said im sorry amd stated they have a different maid on floor two. I wasted $100 and wont do it again. In December I stayed at Fairfeild Marriott on same exit. I will be going there again and happy to pay a little more for cleanliness and much better breakfast.

Do not book this hotel if you want to be appalled by poor quality and dirty rooms. Upon arrival my husband and I were greeted unprofessionally as the night desk staff barely got off their chairs to check us in, and one was even carrying on a personal conversation on speaker their cellphone. Then directed to my room on the first floor the hallway had open ceiling tiles from what appeared to be water leaks with nothing covering the construction mess and appeared in shambles. Towards the end of the hall large mosquitos were flying around the back door. Entering our assigned room: the bathroom had hairs in the sink, the counter was dirty, and while I didn’t open every towel but several towels & wash cloths also had hair strands among them that were not our own. When we pulled back the blankets on the beds we were shocked to find stained dirty bedding and hairs amongst the bed linens. Lamp shades were ripped, one metal lamp was visibly rusting. I was able to ask for linen replacements that while were clean however they too had permanent stains on them. The curtains on the windows were also stained. The beds were uncomfortable. You could hear any movement made by other guests elsewhere in the building. The tv didn’t work. And to top it off we were awoken in the middle of the night by an alarm set most likely by the previous guest. The only positive experience was the AC unit in the room worked extremely well & was quiet. We do not recommend anyone to stay at this location.

Not a great stay. Bathroom was so gross. All it takes to clean is cleaning spray and a scrub brush. They obviously don’t do that at this hotel. Moldy shower and gross sludge around the faucet and sink area. The carpet areas that weren’t the walkway were not vacuumed and the bed had comforter had what looked to be period stains on it. 2 of us woke up with what look like bites of some sort. To top it off, the cleaning staff walked in our room as we were getting ready. No knock, just walked right in. Breakfast was not appetizing, so we left for McDonald’s across the street. Thankfully this was just a stop and sleep overnight on our way to Florida. We have stayed at many La Quinta hotels over the years and they have always been clean. This was by far the worst. The place looks updated, but needs major cleaning.

Boy was I dissatisfied with the condition of the room. I haven’t stayed at a La Quinta since COVID but used to frequent them quite a bit before and was always happy with the room for the price. This location was in need of some TLC. The paint was peeling on the ceiling over the tub and marks on the wall when you came into the room. It also looked like it was missing a mirror. The room smelled of smoke too.

This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room had busted up cabinets, drywall, and lamp shades. There was a 2ft whole in the ceiling of the hallway from a water leak. The room had mold on the wall, water stains on the shades and the bed squeaked very loud just from sitting down on it, all of which i have pictures and video of, and to take the cake, my wife and I were forced to take a cold shower, which the lady working at the front desk explained that another room had no hot water as well. The front desk clerk was probably the only good thing about this hotel. This is the second hotel booking in a row from Expedia/hotels.com that was a complete failure.

We arrived early and they were able to accommodate us. Everyone was very pleasant. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The dresser/tv stand had seen its better days but served its purpose. The shower was very clean but could have probably used some caulk around the edge at the floor. You could tell they had tried to touch up the paint on the walls in the bathroom for it was the wrong color but in no way did it affect our stay. We would definitely go back.

The AC has a terrible noise and an awful smell. The room was very outdated and gave me an ick feeling. I booked this because the reviews all sounded good. I would’ve paid more money to stay at a more dated hotel.
The AC has a terrible noise and an awful smell. The room was very outdated and gave me an ick feeling. I booked this because the reviews all sounded good. I would’ve paid more money to stay at a more dated hotel.

The room was clean and quiet. The main hallway on the first floor had some water damage in the ceiling. It didn’t look like they were repairing it quickly. TV was good. It looked like they updated the room and most of the bathroom.

Great service, the room smelled good and it was clean. The beds were VERY comfortable, with 3 big pillows and a nice comforter. The bathroom was clean with plenty of towels, and the shower water pressure was perfect. The gym had weights and a bench. The breakfast was free, and they had waffles. The coffee was delicious.

Everyone was absolutely so nice. Couldn’t ask for a better staff. The only problem we had was the fact we weren’t able to use the pool. It got closed down and once it got opened again it was raining but overall it was a great hotel.

The worst hotel , front desk staff was not there when I arrived, called out few times and waited for over 5 minutes, when she finally got there she game me my keys and I went to room it was hot and I Looked at the sheets and they had stains. Returned to front desk and again no one there waited again never showed up so I left. I don’t understand how a place like this is open. I would like to get a refund of my payment as we ended up staying elsewhere.

Staff was great my daughter and I got in a little late around 2 AM so we were late getting up for breakfast. I made it down there around 8:45 and didn’t realize they closed at nine AM. Jermeriah was was working the breakfast and also check out by herself and she offered to make extra food if we needed it.

I booked and paid for my room and when I arrived after 15 hours of driving the woman sitting at the front desk said my reservation was cancelled due to overbooking. She was rude and didn’t even attempt to get her ass off her stool behind the desk to assist me. All I kept hearing was “It’s not my fault “! Well, it damned sure wasn’t mine! I want my money refunded IMMEDIATELY, and will NEVER stay at LaQuinta again, which WAS always our first choice for stays!

It was much better than we ecxpected the entrance road was a little weird but not difficult just newly developed. Desk clerk was competent and friendly. Beds excellent pillow’s very comfortable temperature perfect, fridge and microwave ok I guess, bathroom clean and bright, water perfect. Free breakfast was eggs, biscuits with good sausage gravy, begal toast juice, cereal, milk, seating area better than usual, coffee was just OK , no fresh fruit though. Didn’t use the pool (was there a pool?) didn’t use work out room (?)parking was convenient. They allowed dogs, dog lovers liked that. We had a tapper next to our room but he kept quiet after 9 30 or so. Was not a problem. We’re putting this hotel on our list of regular places to stay on our annual trips to Florida. All for $100 or so. Good restaurants very close, Applebees and Longhorn Steakhouse.

Breakfast was very poor . Coffee was water with color , apple were the only fruit , to be an apple state producers and apples festival every we’re , the owner place very bad apples almost spoiled apples . All in all a decent stay - however at 8:15am there was no coffee and not much of anything left of the breakfast offerings so I had to go elsewhere for breakfast which wasn't expected and disappointing.

breakfast was from 6-9. I went down at 8...there were no eggs, sausage or potatoes left, no coffee., no hot water for tea or oatmeal. The manager or person in charge couldn't care less and made no attempt to refill anything. I had cereal. At least 10 other people entered the breakfast area after me to the same result. Will not stay here again.

Beds felt fresh and comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. But otherwise the place needs a cleaning and refresh. Significant Grime on bathroom door, toilet paper roll on the tank bc the holder is broken, toothpaste spattered on wall under the mirror. Surfaces did seem cleaned. Breakfast was sparse but the coffee was good.

Pool was dirty did not use, our bathroom was in need of paint Someone tried to patch paint with a different color and over wear and tear was obvious. No blow dryer. I small shampoo for 5 people. I didn’t even end up staying. The man and woman who were managing it had horrible energy. He was being abusive to her when I walked in and I could tell she wasn’t okay. He made her get up and take care of me… there were lights flickering. It felt like something from a horror movie. I asked for my money back and they said no. I ended up just forfeiting my money and staying at the holiday in where it felt safe.
