Quality Inn Bennettsville

Room’s floor was dirty with bugs on wall. Could see light through door after closed. Very noisy around 3am. The staff were very friendly. We left early without trying breakfast. Did not feel safe.

The air conditioner wasn’t working, which made the night unpleasant.

Room had bed bugs. Notified the lady at desk at checkout. She said sorry and that she’d let the manager know. I never got a call from manager or offer for refund or discount. Little to no breakfast. Would not stay here again.

The room was okay and the ceilings were neatly designed according to my wife.

A shooting occurred about 100 yards from the hotel. The room phone did not work, the TV in the room didn't work untill a remote sensor was fished out from behind the cabinet. Oh and the filth back there was disgusting! Holes burnt into the comforter, one of the beds had a broken frame. Offer pot didn't work. Staff working the front desk wasn't much help if any. When mentioning these things during checkout the attendant didn't seam to be at all concerned. 1 out of 10
