We loved our stay at La Concha our room was oceanfront fabulous very spacious and comfortable with a huge kingsize bed..Staff was friendly and helpful we loved just going out to the beach or pool and having beach chairs and towels at the ready by the excellent beach chair staff..Breakfast was quick and easy at the Breakfast place and the whole facility is just super clean well maintained and very nice..We loved our stay and look forward to returning soon...

The room was clean and nice, the staff were kind and helpful. Why not 5 stars from me? Well I recommend researching PR Food and Wine festival which is hosted at the resort. We were told that the very loud music would end at 10pm but it didn’t end until 12A Friday and Saturday. Due to this event you aren’t able to access the full property to include all the pools and the open pools close early. While the room appeared clean there was black mold in the bathroom sink’s overflow hole. I did make staff aware and I think it may be addressed. In all I’d say expect what’s advertised unless something is going on.

Spa staff and service was excellent. Our room was not ready at 4:30 when we checked in. We were told we would receive a text message when it was ready. After waiting another hour 1/2 no text message was received. Went back to lobby only to find out the room was ready. No apologies was offered.
