We have stayed at the Four Points multiple times and have always been happy with the hotel and its services. The availability of the shuttle between 4 AM to 5 AM makes it critical for our usually early flights. The shuttle is also available for us when we check-in and then return our rental car. They will pick us up at the rental car terminal.

Overall, nice hotel near the airport, but also 15 minutes from downtown. Very friendly and helpful staff. A bit irritating to have to pay $10 a night for parking. In my experience hotels in somewhat suburban areas like this generally include free parking because there is plenty of space. I was also disappointed that the pool was not open until nine or 10 AM making it impossible to swim on the day of checkout.

The property was nice, well kept, our room was comfortable and quiet. However, upon our arrival from dinner, it took me 25 minutes to circle around the parking lot in order to find a parking spot. Which I was not successful, I was asked by management to park my car in front of the property until something freed up because there were a couple of parties being held on businesses that share all parking spots. 7 dollars were charge to park, which were later withdrawn. At 11 pm I was woken up by an associate in charge, and asked to move my car. This was very inconvenient as I was deep asleep. I don't think I would stay at this property on any other that has no dedicated parking.

The hot tub was broken, Our wake up call Never came. The shuttle ride to the airport on the way was fine, Coming home the man drove like a maniac. The lady was rude when I asked for a receipt. Hotel was kind of run down. Found several long thick dark hairs in bathtub, on faucet handle and on bathroom floor and sink. Tub was clogged so by the time you were done with a shower you were ankle deep in dirty water.

Very dirty rooms. When we first arrived; the bed sheets were filthy with round fluid stains (yuck!) So I immediately called front desk and they switched me over to a new room, and it was almost as filthy. the stay was so uncomfortable. The carpets were filthy, and I just felt disgusted all night, but I couldn’t find any other accommodations because of the Jhené Aiko concert happening. I would not recommend, plus it was kinda expensive at $180 a night to be immensely run downed? Definitely take your money elsewhere. I’m still itchy thinking about it.

You pay for parking even though it’s their parking lot. The hotel seems to be upgraded a bit, but you can tell it was a bit dated. It was okay. $8 for no valet seemed wild to me. And the bathroom was loud when you turned the light on. The room is big with high ceilings, but nothing special.

Convenient to SMF airport. Staff were all courteous and helpful, Shuttle to airport ran right on time. Hotel room itself however had seen better days. While clean, the walls were scuffed and dirty in some places, the bathroom floor grout was stained with cracked tiles, and the HVAC under the window was so loud we couldn't use it and just left it off.

My only complaint was the couple arguing in middle of the night next door. Which is not the hotels fault. And the air conditioner was a little too loud. But all that being said. Hotel is about 5 minutes from airport which is really convenient.

Hotel was conveniently located and clean. Most of the staff was pleasant but unfortunately we did have not so friendly lady check us in . We also needed an early airport shuttle that was incorrectly booked . To be fair this was rectified after a bit more stress that we didn’t need .

The hotel was clean and nice. Housekeeping made me regret my decision of staying here. Day 1: asked housekeeper for extra towels and she made a face. Day 2: called if they could switch my sheets (son threw up). They said they couldn’t since they had already passed our area and the housekeepers that were going at 4:00 pm couldn’t. They said they could just provide me with additional towels. I was understanding and said that just the towels were okay. I get a call later saying that housekeeping went and we didn’t answer the door. I informed them I wasn’t in the room but they were welcomed to drop them off. They said I could pick them up in the front desk when I was back. At this point I was frustrated. Why couldn’t the 4:00 pm housekeeper clean our room? Why couldn’t the housekeeper leave me towels although I wasn’t there? Do housekeepers not have keys? Day 3: called for 5 towels and they questioned the amount of towels. I didn’t explain that I had toddlers and wanted another for my hair, nor did I feel the need to explain that. No one showed. Heard the housekeeper outside of the room and asked her for 5 towels and she again made a face and only provided 4. Felt like a bother so I wouldn’t be back.

The service was great! The team at the bar were courteous, friendly, helpful and professional. I was greeted immediately before even sitting down at the bar by both Bryce and Noah, the manager. They advised me on their wine and food menu. They also answered my questions I had about the local area. Also, the chicken wings were great!

They tried to charge me again for a room I already paid for. I had a handicap person with me. I requested a 1st floor room over a month ago and they gave me the 4th floor. I asked about the 1st floor and they finally did. They asked me if I wanted the room serviced since I would be staying more than one day. I said yes. They did not clean the room. I went to the front desk and told them the room was not clean and that I requested it not be. I was mad because they asked me and I told them yes. I would not stay there. They can follow through with anything.

They tried to charge me again for a room I already paid for. I had a handicap person with me. I requested a 1st floor room over a month ago and they gave me the 4th floor. I asked about the 1st floor and they finally did. They asked me if I wanted the room serviced since I would be staying more than one day. I said yes. They did not clean the room. I went to the front desk and told them the room was not clean and that I requested it not be. I was mad because they asked me and I told them yes. I would not stay there. They can follow through with anything.

The shuttle service to and from the airport was wonderful! Also, it was convient to leave my car at the hotel while the family enjoyed vacationing in Oahu. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff did an excellent job, but they were overworked. The receptionist: checked people in, answered the phone several times for people wanting shuttle service, and she took payments for the convience store. Two people should have been working at the desk. In the restaurant: one person did the bar tending (taking and serving drinks), took food orders, served the food, took payments for drinks and food. Two people should have been working, it took over 1 hour for us to get our food. The staff did an excellent job accomodating the guests. They had positive attitudes and didn't complain about multi-tasking.

The service was great! The team at the bar were courteous, friendly, helpful and professional. I was greeted immediately before even sitting down at the bar by both Bryce and Noah, the manager. They advised me on their wine and food menu. They also answered my questions I had about the local area. Also, the chicken wings were great!

Excellent friendly staff. The bar food was outstanding and the presentation is as good as I have ever found in this type of property. Nice to see staff that really go out of their way to prepare and present food and drinks. I will always stay there from now on for sure. So much better than the Hyatt Place next door.

This hotel wasn't terrible. It wasn't good, either. The room felt outdated, dim and dreary, with fluorescent lights as the only source of illumination. Sadly for me, there was also a very bright outdoor fluorescent light beaming through my window all night, which the inadequate blackout curtains could only partially conceal. There were no cozy duvets on the beds; instead, there was a single sheet and a remarkably thin blanket, perhaps part of the hotel's energy conservation program. I woke up in the middle of the night shivering. The bathroom looked dirty and featured a strangely curved shower/tub that made showering tricky. I could only order food from the restaurant if I went downstairs and ordered in person (there were no menus in the rooms), and I woke up with a backache from the unsupportive mattress. The staff seemed to be doing their best, but this place should be avoided.

Everything about this place is top notch!! Everyone is kind, very helpful, having a restaurant / bar makes it extra convenient. We have stayed here 3 different times and have never been disappointed!! The food is excellent with wonderful, friendly bartenders! We will definitely be back!!
