i arrived at the hotel in the morning on Tuesday with bout 9 hour delay on arrival because i missed my flight from Colombia, i then had to stay at the aiport overnight in Sao Pualo because there was no bligth available to BC. when i arrived to the hotel i realized that none of the reception staff spoke English. i explained to them on arrivale that i am checking in alone and that another persob wilo be coming later. the man at the reception was insisting that i was going to be stating alone since i did not have anybidy with me. i told them i was nit alone and it was just the other person was nit here yet. when i went to the room in i discoveted that my safe was locked so i had to go back downstairs to tell the same reception guy that i had a problem. it tiik yet again a while because the person did not speak english. now today at the check out, another refeptionist started giving me hard time because my guest went to the restaurant. i explained to hom that the room is paid for two people and that i nevrr even wrtn to est breakfst there. he told me that the guest had to be registred. he needed her informatin to eat at the restaurant? are yoy collecting all names for peiple who hust go dine in? he could not explain homself, ignored me by typing something in a google transalete. i am very dissatisfied with the service this hotel provided. This a hotel, not a jail, the company will not go bankrupt just because somebody would go to have a breakfast without registration. I also wo

The floors in the bathroom that I stay was absolutely dirty, was sticky in the floor and they put me in the room that was under the game room. It was so noisy and they say that was normal after I complain a lot they offered to transfer me to another room I found that so disrespectful that they put me in that room knowing that it’s very loud. I can’t believe they do that to people

The staff was very helpful and the location is ans value were wondeduk. My only comment is that the room i had booked was supposed to have one double bed and two twin beds and instead there was 2 double beds.
