This hotel is a scam. They show pictures of the lake, but the rooms and the amenities are horrible. It is old and has not been renovated in at least 20 years. The price is not fair value. Very depressing experience.

This is The Best location in Lucerne. The Boat was to the Left and The bus was To the Right. 13 minutes on Bus 103 to ost west, great town or the Main train station Interlaken ost. The Staff eas extremely knowledgeable of the Area and very friendly. The Rooms were amazing. Facing Lake Brienze. Swimming Kyaking Speed BOAT BOAT cruise 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ all the Way Highly Recommend

Nice quiet neighborhood with an easy bus ride to downtown Interlaken. Staff was great, and the breakfast buffet was always fresh. The lake view is breathtaking.
