Traveled from. uSA to UK and looked forward to this place. Upon arrival, trash in all trash cans, food in kitchen, beds dirty, wet towels in shower spider webs everywhere. Checked in late and went to hotel to stay. Host has cut off communication even with picture proof and fighting to get our refund. They are refusing refund.

Flat was spacious, but dated, and is located in an undesirable area. Cleanliness was generally okay but decor etc could do with upgrading and flat may benefit from being aired regularly. We got the impression that it had been a while since the windows had been opened.
