Well keep property. Good pool. Lots of beds and no sunbed hoggers. Proper cocktails and good drinks, all served in proper glasses as opposed to plastic. The AI option allows you to order from the menu as opposed to buffet (at the pool bar/dining terrace. Table service at pool and at the evening entertainment. Evening buffet was great! Also.got lste checkout for 30 euro and they said that we have the room for as long as required on check out day. Excellent hotel, service and facilities.

Delightful and friendly staff in reception, pool and lounge restaurant. Special having the Indian tikka on our forehead for Indian night. Food in main restaurant high class like 5 star and food assistants so welcoming. Never seen this before! I suggest you also have a dancer for Spanish and Italian nights! Live music incredible, especially Il Divo male singers. Only negatives are poor sound proofing in rooms and fire alarm problem at 6am! Needed more communication from hotel team after alarm evacuation. Some of us were wearing our nightwear and some people didn’t leave their rooms. I suggest you need more night staff please. Also suggest you continue the music in pool area after 1pm and not stop suddenly when animation ends. Music brings a lovely ambience to the area. Big compliments on your shuttle bus service from hotel to beach. Thanks overall - a brilliant hotel experience.

We have had the most amazing 4 night stay at Valentin Son Bou. The staff were amazing and work so hard to ensure everyone is looked after. We opted for the all inclusive option and this did not disappoint. The choice and quality of the food was outstanding. The hotel is situated on a steep hill, but they offer a free bus service to the beach/town every day. We did not feel we needed to go anywhere as the evening entertainment was outstanding. We will be returning next year!

I knew the reviews were good before we left but they surpassed all expectations, the food was superb, the staff ultra polite and helpful, the pool and entertainment were excellent, the access to the beach and shops was easy with the free and frequent shuttle service. I would absoloutely recommend this hotel to anyone (especially families).

I had read the previous reviews before booking this accommodation and my expectations were high in all areas of this holiday - I have to say I was not disappointed and more than impressed and pleased with my selection. Every staff member was so friendly and helpful, and could not be more charming to us whenever we engaged with them. Right across the reception team, the bar staff, restaurant staff, entertainment staff & service/cleaning staff we felt so welcomed and they couldn’t do enough for us - Special mentions to Ivan, Carmen, Ramiro, Elvis & Bernadette to name a few 👏 The location is slightly isolated from Son Bou beach but everything you could want is on site, we only left to explore Mahón Port once, which is also recommended for the architecture. Everywhere in the hotel complex was kept so clean, my family and I used the restaurant, bar, indoor & outdoor pools, well equipped gym, premium AIP bar and entertainment. They had varied acts on every night, something for everyone and overall the all-inclusive bracelets made us feel like Kings with unlimited drinks and food options. The restaurant food was so much better than I expected, with a wide range of salads, main courses, fruit and desserts plus dedicated chefs cooking grilled food to order. I would highly recommend this hotel and have no complaints at all.

This hotel was amazing! We booked last minute so wasn’t sure what to expect! The staff are amazing, every single one you meet! Receptionists are so lovely when greeting you. They help you with what they can and direct you with anything else. The facilities in this hotel are so decent! The pools are clean, the hotel is clean, the area is clean. The food - we did all inclusive, i mean food is food. It wasn’t bad, however it does get repetitive. However you can’t expect anything else with resorts. The food generally was lovely! Every night had a different cuisine, the live cooking was yummy! The desserts were yummy! Every day at the pool there are classes for all the guests to join in. It’s a pity as we couldn’t join as I have a baby with me. But it looked like so much fun - dance classes, aqua classes and baby disco all in the water! This hotel is great for families, couples. The beach isn’t walking distance but there’s a free shuttle every half an hour which takes you there and back. It takes 5mins to drive. The rooms were okay, spacious! The bathroom however needs some work to it. There’s light but it’s not bright enough for it to reach the bathroom, so it felt like you’re showering in the dark. This was the only downfall. Overall, lovely stay, pleasant staff and one happy family ☺️

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les larges horaires d ouverture de la piscine. Manque de transat aux heures de pointe de la piscine,toujours le meme probleme des gens qyi prenent des transats et ne les occupent pas de la journée.

Beau domaine très bien entretenu. L'ensemble est très propre (chambre, salle de restaurant, piscine......) Magnifiques buffets, rien ne manque. Personnel très agréable. Le parking et la navette pour la plage sont un plus. Dommage que nous ayons rencontré un désagrément qui nous a contrarié lors de notre séjour et que nous n'avons pas réussi à régler avec l'accueil sinon tout était parfait.

L'hôtel Valentin Son Bou est très bien situé géographiquement pour visiter l'île. Aéroport à 30 minutes en voiture. Nous n'avions que l'option petit déjeuner qui est d'ailleurs gargantuesque, il y en a pour tous les gouts. Les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours, on a apprécié. Petit bémol sur le fait d'avoir une baignoire douche, les personnes ayant des PB de motricité doivent avoir de la peine à enjambée le rebord, toutes les chambres ne sont peut être pas équipées de la même manière ??? Un distributeur de boissons chaudes dans l'entrée serait le bienvenu pour les départs de nuit. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de cet hôtel et y retournerons avec plaisir. Gilles et Nadine du 85

Limpieza, personal, desayuno todo muy bien

It was spotless. the view from the balcony was amazing. we loved the sunset. We had to ask for the kettle which arrived within 10 minutes. buffet breakfast was very good with lots of choices. we ate at the hotel a couple of evenings and the food was excellent, especially Mexican night. The courtesy bus to the beach was very helpful particularity in the evenings. We did walk a couple of times. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

Hotel excelente en líneas generales. Buen servicio y comida. Lo menos bueno, es que al tratarse de un edificio relativamente antiguo, las dichas son pequeñas y con cortinas. Mejorable la limpieza de la zona de hamacas de la piscina, se acumulan muchos vasos y residuos. Muy recomendable

Did not believe that this property could be this nice for the value. It is amazing. The staff is incredible. The rooms are spacious. We had a balcony. The pool is very nice. Everything is conveniently located. The breakfast is phenomenal! Highly recommend this place.

La struttura presenta una hall ben curata e con un ottimo profumo appena si entra. Il ristorante e i bar offrono buoni servizi (anche se nonostante il servizio di all inclusive anche la bottiglia di acqua si paga, ma non mancano erogatori). La mia camera necessitava di una ristrutturazione sia a livello acustico (si sentivano tutti i rumori sia delle stanze vicino come le prese di corrente che della strada) che a livello tecnologico (il clima seppur potente era davvero rumoroso, la tenda della vasca poco funzionale). I fumatori hanno 2 aree dedicate anche se troppo emarginate al resto della struttura. La qualità del cibo non male. Sempre con una buona possibilità di scelta, così da accontentare tutti i gusti. Personale davvero efficiente e cordiale. Tirando le somme: consiglio la struttura come meta per chi desidera una vacanza tranquilla, anche se come già detto andrei ad apportare qualche modifica.

Hôtel avec un personnel exceptionnel. Les chambres sont agréables mais la salle de bain un peu vétuste. La nourriture est top. Par contre quand vous êtes en demi-pension, les serviettes de plage sont fournies une première fois gratuitement puis à chaque changement, c est 1euros.

Praktische Unterkunft, für Familien geeignet. Lage an einer Anhöhe, aber regelmäßiger Shuttleservice zum Strand. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Zimmer in gutem Zustand aber grade das Bad ist renovierungsbedürftig. Duschvorhang in kleiner Badewanne ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Trotzdem war alles sauber. Auswahl beim Frühstück und Abendessen ist okay. Es findet sich immer etwas. Vielleicht wäre etwas mehr show cooking mit Abwechslung noch möglich. Es gab nur das Angebot Fisch/Fleisch manchmal eine Gemüsesorte gegrillt sowie Pasta mit Soßen! Themenabende waren auch gut, aber manchmal passt es nicht so ganz zusammen. Nachtisch war auch etwas eintönig. Wenn es etwas besonders gab musste man schnell sein, weil schon weg! Kaffee zu Frühstück oft Pulvertrank, allerdings gab es eine Maschine mit echten Bohnen für Espresso, der war dann auch gut! Die Auswahl war reichlich, aber viele warme Speisen Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel kann man empfehlen. Vielleicht werden manche Apartments ja auch mal renoviert!

Need to pay for every small things. Need to weigh your bags in cloak room---pay; need water---pay; want to use the safe---pay; need water when dining---pay! 3. Substandard rooms. Rooms felt like we were back to early 2000s 4. No basic toiletries (except for hand wash and shampoo) was provided. Body wash provided was actually hand wash soap. 5. As a first time traveller, any and all information about the stay, visit to the beach, travelling to other location etc. was severely lacking, i.e., it was not given automatically. Such information was provided only when asked. For example, we wanted to travel to the airport, so were told to take a bus, but no one told us from where to catch the bus. We were told (when the bus did not arrive from where we were expecting it to come) at the very last minute before departure where the bus would arrive (the location was behind the hotel premises).

Si trova in una posizione tranquilla immersa nel verde ma comunque vicino al mare raggiungibile con una comodossima navetta gratuita a disposizione ogni mezz ora.Molto pulito in tutti i suoi ambienti, cibo ottimo con tantissima scelta sia a colazione che pranzo/cena.Camera pulitissime e comode, peccato solo abbiano il bagno un po buio e ci sia la doccia in vasca invece del piatto doccia.Anche il team di animazione molto simpatico.un grazie speciale a Francesca della reception!:-p

Lovely hotel set up on the hill, about 5 minute walk from the beach (hilly). The property itself is a bit dated and would benefit from a little modernisation. The staff and facilities of the hotel are great, the buffet was plentiful for both breakfast and dinner, delicious dishes and lots to choose from. Would certainly stay here again.

The staff and facilities of the hotel are great, the buffet was plentiful for both breakfast and dinner, delicious dishes and lots to choose from. Would certainly stay here again.

Fabulous hotel. Stayed in an apartment half board for 12 days. The buffet is amazing with a lot of healthy options to eat. 10 stars. The hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Only a couple of little things that we don't like: 1.- Sometimes the bathroom had smell from the sewers. 2.- The entertainment shows at nights should start at 10pm instead of 9:30 pm once the dinner is over, because the most of the times we missed the beginning of the performances because we were still finishing our dinner.

This hotel was amazing! We booked last minute so wasn’t sure what to expect! The staff are amazing, every single one you meet! Receptionists are so lovely when greeting you. They help you with what they can and direct you with anything else. The facilities in this hotel are so decent! The pools are clean, the hotel is clean, the area is clean. The food - we did all inclusive, i mean food is food. It wasn’t bad, however it does get repetitive. However you can’t expect anything else with resorts. The food generally was lovely! Every night had a different cuisine, the live cooking was yummy! The desserts were yummy! Every day at the pool there are classes for all the guests to join in. It’s a pity as we couldn’t join as I have a baby with me. But it looked like so much fun - dance classes, aqua classes and baby disco all in the water! This hotel is great for families, couples. The beach isn’t walking distance but there’s a free shuttle every half an hour which takes you there and back. It takes 5mins to drive. The rooms were okay, spacious! The bathroom however needs some work to it. There’s light but it’s not bright enough for it to reach the bathroom, so it felt like you’re showering in the dark. This was the only downfall. Overall, lovely stay, pleasant staff and one happy family ☺️

Praktische Unterkunft, für Familien geeignet. Lage an einer Anhöhe, aber regelmäßiger Shuttleservice zum Strand. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Zimmer in gutem Zustand aber grade das Bad ist renovierungsbedürftig. Duschvorhang in kleiner Badewanne ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Trotzdem war alles sauber. Auswahl beim Frühstück und Abendessen ist okay. Es findet sich immer etwas. Vielleicht wäre etwas mehr show cooking mit Abwechslung noch möglich. Es gab nur das Angebot Fisch/Fleisch manchmal eine Gemüsesorte gegrillt sowie Pasta mit Soßen! Themenabende waren auch gut, aber manchmal passt es nicht so ganz zusammen. Nachtisch war auch etwas eintönig. Wenn es etwas besonders gab musste man schnell sein, weil schon weg! Kaffee zu Frühstück oft Pulvertrank, allerdings gab es eine Maschine mit echten Bohnen für Espresso, der war dann auch gut! Die Auswahl war reichlich, aber viele warme Speisen Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel kann man empfehlen. Vielleicht werden manche Apartments ja auch mal renoviert!
