Vila Gale Marina

From the moment we walked thru the door till the second we left this hotel excelled in every respect. Warm welcome , hard working pleasant staff, great room and air con, pool plus facilities really good and food (breakfast in our case)was varied and really fresh and tasty. Finally the cost was real value for money!! Well done to all at the Vila Gale Marina!!

Good hotel in a convenient area with easy access to the marina and the beach. The bus stop is nearby too for exploring elsewhere. The hotel is well maintained and was a very relaxing place to stay. The room with views of the marina and sea was comfortable, with a balcony equipped with table and chairs. We were lucky that our room had the sun on the balcony all afternoon and we also had the sun setting in view as well. In the hotter months the sun might be a bit too much in the room but the air conditioning was very quiet, controllable and efficient. We had twin beds that were okay, my wife thought they were comfortable but I thought mine was too firm. The buffet food was of good quality and a good selection to choose from at breakfast and dinner. One thing I thought was poor was the siting of the grill where the chef cooked fresh items while you wait, it is in the centre of the hot food area and people queuing would block access to the other hot dishes on offer and some seemed a bit miffed having to move to allow you to get to the other dishes, I think they were afraid of losing their place in the queue and probably think you are pushing in. That really is the only thing I would fault. Being late season the evening entertainment was not much consisting mainly of a singer but its only a short walk to the marina with all the bars ect. Overall I would be happy to return

The property was well located a few minutes walk from the marina, restaurants, and bars as well as had excellent breakfast buffet, exercise classes, an indoor and outdoor pools and jacuuzzi. Didn't sample the dinner menu but another guest told me it was very good. Very relaxing environment with large lobby with comfortable chairs, bar and TV's playing sports. Reception and cleaning staff very helpful.

Our stay at the hotel and Vilamoura was excellent with friendly staff, facilities such as swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Lovely marina area with spoil for choice for food, sandy beaches, boat ride. Boat ride to see dolphins and caves as well as parasailing.

This was our second time at this hotel. The hotel is nice, and clean. Great location. Staff is friendly and helpful. Thaina and Mariana, the outdoor entertainment girls were very outgoing and accommodating to our music requests. Poolside is much better with some music on:)

Lovely clean comfortable hotel in a convenient location. Staff were welcoming and polite - good breakfast too! Probably would not return especially in May as guests consisted of large noisy groups who didn’t seem to consider anyone else! Unacceptable noise levels and bad language continued into early hours.

Our room was on the 7th floor & the view from the balcony was beautiful, beds were made everyday & fresh towels were provided too. The breakfast option was great with so many options. Its just a few minutes walk to the marina where you find great restaurants & bars not to mention shopping. I certainly would stay there again with a doubt. We even got a free goodbye drink the day before we left & met with the manager to give our views which was nice👌👌. You just cannot go wrong with this hotel, the staff are very helpful & polite too.

It is steps away from the marina. Staff were very polite and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Ótimo hotel, ótima localização bem em frente a Marina, com excelentes restaurantes e área comercial ao redor. Vilamoura é um distrito moderno e movimentado, com fácil acesso as estradas para visitar todo o Algarve. A praia mais próxima não é boa, mas pode-se caminhar até a Praia das Falésias, que é excelente.
