Gleddoch Golf & Spa Resort

Had a pleasant stay. Room was a bit tired bathroom door needed repainting. Food was lovely but took a long time to come. Leisure area was good but had missing tiles around the hydrotherapy pool

Had a great stay but the set up for using spa area and pool is very poor for hotel guests , been going here for 5 years now and always enjoyed using hot tub etc now it’s 2 hr slots Had to book spa day and when time was up tried to pay for another 2 hrs but told fully booked even though place only had 12 people using , will find new place to go next year as only good for 1 night now unless u wish to pay extra £300 for spa day

We found faces on what was apparently a clean towel folded in our room and despite informing staff about it before 9am when we arrived back it was still on the floor after 3pm! Spa was an extra charge pp and is not for anywhere close to adequate access, when we arrived there were already at least 6 adults in a small hot tub. Wifi connection is totally unmanageable we had to hot spot our phones. Decoration is dated and decaying with grout missing in the bathroom and wallpaper peeling off the walls. Horrendous experience particularly when compared to some other 4 star hotels which feel a world apart.
