Location was great - lot of great restaurants, shops, theaters are nearby. Checking and checkout were very smooth. Staff was very friendly and warm, especially at the restaurant. Room was clean and amenities were great.

Friendly staff and great location. Walkable to many places. Wish the bar area would remain open later. We've never seen a hotel bar close at 10 pm!

I absolutely loved my stay at Rewind in Des Moines and would definitely stay here again! We stayed Friday through Monday, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The location couldn’t be better. Everything you could possibly need is nearby. Walmart and Target are less than five minutes away, and there are plenty of great dining and shopping options close by, including spots like Texas Roadhouse and Olive Garden, as well as Jordan Creek Town Center for even more shopping. The hotel itself has such a fun, unique aesthetic. The artwork throughout the property is amazing and really adds to the overall vibe, with colorful retro-inspired murals and eye-catching vintage-themed pieces that make every hallway feel interesting. One of my favorite features was the photo booth in the lobby—you can take pictures and have them instantly sent to your phone by text, which was such a cool touch. From the atmosphere to the convenience and overall experience, everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Des Moines!
