The location, breakfast and pool were all good. I was very dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel room and the housekeeping service. When I went into the room I spilled some water and wiped it up and the white towel turned black from the dirty floor. When i asked for the room to be mopped, i was told yes, but that the floors were always dirty. The second thing is that housekeeping did not make up the rooms when we went out. They only change the towels and collect the trash. The beds are not made. I've never been to a hotel that doesn't make the beds.

This was a great hotel. We loved the atmoshpere. Awesome location in Moab. Very walkable area to restuarants and shops. Conveinent to Arches and Cannyonlands. Loved the decor.
