Riverview Hideaway by Mountain Oasis | Dog-Friendly Riverview Cabin in Coosawattee

Riverview Hideaway is a beautiful cabin near the river. The cabin is decorated in a classic upscale fishing style. The area is surrounded by a peaceful wooded landscape. Very serene. We had beautiful deers to greet us daily. The cabin was clean and the sheets were immaculately fresh. The beds are very comfortable. We had no trouble falling asleep. Some of the activities to do in the lower level of the cabin were in need of refurbishing, but there were many things to do that you don’t really have to leave the cabin. The furniture overall was comfortable and fit the feel of the location. The driveway to get to the main level was a little tricky, so we ended up parking on the lower level and trekking up the hill with our suitcases and groceries or you have the option of carrying everything up a flight of stairs from the lower level. The road to get to the location is paved part of the way and the rest is gravel as well as the driveway which is probably best for inclement weather conditions. You can hear and see the river this time of year and it made for a lovely peaceful experience. The Mountain Oasis Management ladies were very helpful and friendly to talk with, they even let us know there was an extra day available to extend our stay, so we loved having an extra day. I think it really takes a few days to be able to enjoy everything the cabin and area have to offer. We loved going to a few of the apple orchards as well! My family highly recommends this cabin for a great stay.

This home was such a blessing! The quiet atmosphere was just what we needed to rest after a very busy season. And the kids stayed entertained in the game room.

Absolutely beautiful cabin nestled up in the woods with a flowing river. Everything was clean and perfectly accommodated for our stay. Although we trailer our Harleys up to the cabin, id suggest you leave them outside the entramce.

Very nice cabin. Only small issue was we could not get the TV to work in the kids room.
