I travel quite a bit. This hotel ranked right up there. The place is airy, comfortable, nicely furnished and the staff could not be any more accommodating, helpful, friendly and service-oriented. The restaurant is excellent as are the bars and my new favorite bartender, Samir (Sam). Highly recommende.

The staff here was wonderful and I felt very safe and secure the entire time. It was very walkable and views of the harbor were really nice. The pool was very nice as well.

Perfect hotel for a short stay in Palma. The staff were helpful, quick and friendly. Whenever we asked for anything they were quick to get it and help out. We stayed in a partial sea view room, which was exactly as stated. Nice balcony to sit and have a coffee looking out to sea. The beds were comfy with lots of pillows. The products in the room were plentiful and smelt lovely. The facilities in the hotel were great. Order a coffee in a morning and get a croissant with it, nice touch. The hotel is a pleasant 30min walk from the centre, so it’s in a quieter neighbourhood and lovely location on the front. Perfect hotel for what we needed. Quiet enough to sleep, buzzy at breakfast, very clean and today and lovely ambience.

Stayed here just for one night. Service is fantastic, quality is high. Room was nice, not brand new, but very comfortable with a bed a mile wide. The bathroom looked stunning, although I did have an issue directing the shower where its needed. The breakfast was superb on the terrace with a stunning view of the marina & overlooking the pool. The menu for dining did seem very limited with without any clear information whether vegetetables etc, come with the dish so we ate elsewhere. We did use the bar where service is great. Bottled beer was €7 with complementary dishes of walnuts & almonds etc on the table. Would definitely go back.

The hotel is five star however we would give 3 star. The hotel pool area is not very nice. Gym very small for two people maximum. The hotel area is vey dusty and dirty, building side all around hotel. This means the view is not great and the noise from the building side all day long. We were on half board basis and the last day that we had to get continental breakfast to the room we have been charged £5! It is not about the money but about the principle. Hotel should not charge us, we already paid for breakfast and should provide us breakfast normally, even if it was 30 min before they started the breakfast service in the main breakfast area. We rented a car from the hotel and gave back the car on the same day and we have been charged for overnight parking although we have gave back the car at 8pm. Dinner on half board was not great. Same menu every day, i chose seabass every day as other food like meat, was not great. Would not choose half board again in this hotel. Dinner outside the hotel would be much better idea. The highlight of the trip was the gentleman working in the guest service. He was so helpful and always gave a good advice regarding excursions around Mallorca.

Vi har boet på dette hotel 3 gange tidligere. Standarden er faldet væsentligt. Servicen er generelt blevet meget lav, og vi havde slet ikke fornemmelsen af at bo på et 5 stjernet hotel. Det mest positive var rengøringen og personalet, som stod herfor. I receptionen og restauranterne var der ofte dårlig og sur betjening. Nogle arealer trænger til vedligehold, og poolen blev ikke rengjort. Desværre kan vi slet ikke anbefale dette hotel længere.

The hotel was amazing, staff where so helpful, our bedroom was kept spotless and everynight they turned the bed covers back and left chocolate s on the bed. Those little extras made our stay very special. The hotel is situated in a perfect spot, views amazing and watching the sunset coming up when having breakfast was a sight to see.

1st time staying at this hotel. The hotel is lovely and super clean. The staff are all very friendly. We were room only so couldn’t comment on food but the area where you can eat and drink is lovely. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

I had an amazing stay! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I loved how convenient the location was easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The ocean view from my room was beautiful, and it made every morning feel special. Definitely a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I’ll be coming back!

Het hotel is prachtig, kamers zijn groot en mooi. Koffie, thee en flesjes water op de kamer gratis. Vanuit onze kamer prachtig uitzicht op de haven. Jammer van de werkzaamheden aan de boulevard en het gebouw pal naast het hotel. Ik denk wel dat als de boulevard straks klaar is met onder meer 3000 nieuwe bomen, het fantastisch wordt om daar te wandelen. Tegen die tijd gaan wij zeker een keer terug.

Positives: very nice room and bath with lovely view of the Marina. Restaurant was excellent both nights we went. Beautiful decor in public areas. Negatives: it took an extraordinarily long time to check in. Two associates were working with two clients who evidently required extra help. A third associate should have been called. The pillows were awful. They are enormous and uncomfortable to sleep on. Would recommend a selection. If you want to be near the tourist zone, this isn’t the place for you. However, if you want a quiet area with excellent restaurants nearby, then this is perfect.

Hotel area was lovely . It said delux room which it wasn’t . Everything was old in the room and mismatched furniture . Our friends that had classic room had a much bigger bathroom and ours you could not swing a cat in it . Room dis not have a partial sea view as promised

The hotel is fine, front desk team were helpful and friendly as were all the restaurant and pool staff. Room was quite dated despite being a highly graded room and quite dark in a corner. Biggest issue was the noise from the massive construction around and in front of the hotel so it wasn’t particularly restful or pleasant during our stay.

Vi har boet på dette hotel 3 gange tidligere. Standarden er faldet væsentligt. Servicen er generelt blevet meget lav, og vi havde slet ikke fornemmelsen af at bo på et 5 stjernet hotel. Det mest positive var rengøringen og personalet, som stod herfor. I receptionen og restauranterne var der ofte dårlig og sur betjening. Nogle arealer trænger til vedligehold, og poolen blev ikke rengjort. Desværre kan vi slet ikke anbefale dette hotel længere.

I travel quite a bit. This hotel ranked right up there. The place is airy, comfortable, nicely furnished and the staff could not be any more accommodating, helpful, friendly and service-oriented. The restaurant is excellent as are the bars and my new favorite bartender, Samir (Sam). Highly recommende.

We arrived at the beginning of a busy weekend, check in slow, we were allocated a room much smaller, poss 22 sqm, than the one we reserved and paid for, 34 sqm. Another room was offered at an additional €90 per night. The bathroom was tiny. Turn down service happened 2 out of 6 times. Communication v poor. No compensation offered. Poor great. Lots of building work so v noisy

Checking was a bit disorganized, not really a line and people cutting in line without any reaction from the staff. Some areas need some attention but other than that, this hotel has real 5 stars amenities in the room (like bed turnover at night with chocolate on the pillow and night slippers by the bed), impeccable rooms and great beds! Every staff member was extremely nice and helpful, congratulations to all and management for such a well run hotel! We will come back for sure.

Het hotel is prachtig, kamers zijn groot en mooi. Koffie, thee en flesjes water op de kamer gratis. Vanuit onze kamer prachtig uitzicht op de haven. Jammer van de werkzaamheden aan de boulevard en het gebouw pal naast het hotel. Ik denk wel dat als de boulevard straks klaar is met onder meer 3000 nieuwe bomen, het fantastisch wordt om daar te wandelen. Tegen die tijd gaan wij zeker een keer terug.

We really enjoyed our 8 days at the Hotel. It was very relaxing. The staff, generally, were very friendly and made us fee welcome. The only down side during our stay was that there was a building site next door (building refurbishment with a big crane) and the road between the hotel and the sea was a building site > plus the associated building noise.

Perfect hotel for a short stay in Palma. The staff were helpful, quick and friendly. Whenever we asked for anything they were quick to get it and help out. We stayed in a partial sea view room, which was exactly as stated. Nice balcony to sit and have a coffee looking out to sea. The beds were comfy with lots of pillows. The products in the room were plentiful and smelt lovely. The facilities in the hotel were great. Order a coffee in a morning and get a croissant with it, nice touch. The hotel is a pleasant 30min walk from the centre, so it’s in a quieter neighbourhood and lovely location on the front. Perfect hotel for what we needed. Quiet enough to sleep, buzzy at breakfast, very clean and today and lovely ambience.

Hôtel de très bonne qualité, idéalement situé à seulement 20 minutes à pied du centre-ville. La vue sur la cathédrale et le port est magnifique. Le mini-bar dans la chambre est payant. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la possibilité de bénéficier gratuitement d’une Audi Q6 e-tron pendant une journée. Le personnel est très agréable et attentionné. Une délicate attention pour mon anniversaire, avec du champagne et des macarons, a rendu le séjour encore plus plaisant. Seul petit point d’amélioration : aucun membre du personnel ne parle français.

早めに予約したこともあったのか、値段と比較してもかなり良いホテルだと感じました。 内装や設備は日本人でも問題なく感じるレベルで良く、スタッフも親身になって対応してくれます。 近くにバス停もあるのでパルマ中心部へも問題なく向かうことができます。 私がスマホをタクシーに置き忘れた時も相談したらタクシー会社に連絡を入れてくれて無事、スマホが手元に戻ってきました。本当に助かりました。 Perhaps because I had made a reservation early, I felt that it was a pretty good hotel compared to the price. The interior and facilities are good enough for Japanese people to feel comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is also a bus stop nearby, so you can easily reach the center of Palma. When I left my smartphone in a taxi, I consulted with them and they contacted the taxi company, and my smartphone was returned to me. That was a really big help.

Me gustó mucho el hotel , limpieza muy buena y la comida espectacular. El desayuno también tenía mucha variedad . El personal del hotel un poco seco y demasiado serio pero muy respetuosos al final . Las habitaciones grandes , cama muy muy confortable y el baño espacioso y limpio. Cada vez que salía de la habitación, repasaban el baño y la cama .

Sehr schönes nostalgisches Hotel mit tollem Blick auf den Yachthafen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Qualität der Speisen im Frühstücks Buffet und Poolbereich ist mittelmäßig. Ich hatte ein tolles Zimmer, aber etwas hellhörig. Zum Glück hatte ich leise Nachbarn.

Stayed here just for one night. Service is fantastic, quality is high. Room was nice, not brand new, but very comfortable with a bed a mile wide. The bathroom looked stunning, although I did have an issue directing the shower where its needed. The breakfast was superb on the terrace with a stunning view of the marina & overlooking the pool. The menu for dining did seem very limited with without any clear information whether vegetetables etc, come with the dish so we ate elsewhere. We did use the bar where service is great. Bottled beer was €7 with complementary dishes of walnuts & almonds etc on the table. Would definitely go back.

The hotel is five star however we would give 3 star. The hotel pool area is not very nice. Gym very small for two people maximum. The hotel area is vey dusty and dirty, building side all around hotel. This means the view is not great and the noise from the building side all day long. We were on half board basis and the last day that we had to get continental breakfast to the room we have been charged £5! It is not about the money but about the principle. Hotel should not charge us, we already paid for breakfast and should provide us breakfast normally, even if it was 30 min before they started the breakfast service in the main breakfast area. We rented a car from the hotel and gave back the car on the same day and we have been charged for overnight parking although we have gave back the car at 8pm. Dinner on half board was not great. Same menu every day, i chose seabass every day as other food like meat, was not great. Would not choose half board again in this hotel. Dinner outside the hotel would be much better idea. The highlight of the trip was the gentleman working in the guest service. He was so helpful and always gave a good advice regarding excursions around Mallorca.

Jag har bott här tidigare och varit mycket nöjd. Denna gång var jag lite besviken på servicen vid poolen, har varit mycket bättre än nu. Nu var den mer random, hade man tur fick man service. Badvakt och SPA-personal satt och stirrade i sina mobiler. Löv från träd och fågelträck - vid poolkanten fick ligga kvar, ingen sopade och höll rent. Poolrestaurangen hade kunnat servera bättre lunch. Allting kändes mer slappt och ignorant. Om jag gissar så beror det på nytt management (jag gissar). Med enkla medel skulle hela poolupplevelsen kunna öka i positiv mening, väsentligt. Det är klart att jag kan leva med alla dessa avvikelser men det är lite irriterande då jag tidigare upplevt hur bra det kan vara samt att det är lågt hängande frukter att hantera. Det är ändå ett femstjärnigt hotell. Hoppas på bättring. Notera att check-in-ut, städning på rum, frukostpersonal, allmänt på hotellet - är bra.

The hotel is fine - I would struggle to say 5 star. The pool is nice but by a busy road and the terrace is lovely with great views over the port. We booked a cathedral view room but there was a massive palm tree in the way as we were on the 1st floor. However, there is no free water in the room - you have to use the mini bar at €5 per bottle. Our room was not serviced in the morning when we were out. When it was eventually serviced after I called the maid barged passed us as we were trying to leave the room to get in and looked very grumpy. At the pool one of the attendants just grunted at us and then shoved some sort of fruit cup at us without asking if we actually wanted it. At the checkout they tried to charge us €50 for a late checkout when they had agreed a one hour extension for free (they did eventually agree we only had a one hour extension and it was complimentary but it took a while). And when I asked to see the final bill before paying the extras they seemed frustrated and eventually managed to give me a breakdown. If you need to stay by the port and want a nice pool then it's a good choice. Some (not all) of the staff just don't seem that happy at the hotel. I wouldn't go back.
