Pacha has the history, a nice Brunch, and pleasant attendants. But it appears that the building is struggling, and maybe this place isnt worth the price. Our AC didn’t work, and they didn’t seemed concerned when alerted. The elevators stopped working every day. A big positive was free entrance into the club (across the streeet)… but you had to enter by 1230 am (they open at midnight) or they wouldn’t honor that either. So for 350 € a night, there are way better options.

Good location (not old town), old town - 20 minute walk, small room, no ocean view, near ocean (not beach), plenty of free parking nearby, easy to find. good breakfast (no salad though), not many restaurant nearby, all high end stores in marina (summer only) - 5 minure walk. Restaurant "Cappuccino" in Marina is good, Across the famous Pacha club.

This was my third stay at the hotel this year. We are overall v happy with the facilities and the location of the hotel. Free parking is v convenient. What I am surprised by though is that the hotel started charging a 10pct service fee at check in. Not only is this very unusual but during this stay the hotel didn’t even mention the charge when I was asked to settle the outstanding bill. Only after I asked I was told they added an optional service charge. I find this very unfortunate and unnecessary. I don’t know if any hotel that does that. Especially not at check in.

Attention: tromperie sur la marchandise!! Notre aventure à l'hôtel Le Pacha. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel car les entrées au club Le Pacha pour 2 personnes étaient comprises dans le prix de la chambre. Arrivés à l'hôtel, quand je lui demande comment accéder au club dans la soirée, le réceptionniste m'informe que les entrées ne sont pas comprises dans le prix de la chambre les vendredis et samedis soirs. Je reste calme et lui montre un mail du Pacha du 2 avril 2024 confirmant mes propos. Il me dit que la politique a changé mi-avril. Je ne veux rien savoir, demande le remboursement de la chambre ou les entrées au club, menace d'appeler la police. Il contacte le manager qui ne lui répond pas. Nous squattons la réception avec nos bagages et refusons de bouger. 20 min plus tard, toujours aucune nouvelle du manager. Le réceptionniste, qui subit comme nous la situation et fait admirablement son travail, part au club demander 2 entrées au club pour nous. Il les obtient. Nous prenons possession de notre chambre et allons au club. Auparavant, une personne du club me contacte pour m'indiquer que nous rentrerions au club sans problème avec un mot de l'hôtel. Everything was excellent, except the breakfast was a little weaker than expected. Room was perfectly comfortable and clean, the pool was small but guests can also take advantage of the other hotel’s facilities which are large and quite nice. Food, drink and music at the pool are all good too. Special thanks for Ivan, the waiter at the pool for making our holiday much better with his being kind and helpful with us.

Le estancia en líneas generales fue muy buena, las instalaciones en perfecto estado, todo muy limpio y mencion especial a la atencion, todo el personal fue super amable. Lo unico que le faltó para que fuera todo perfecto es que el desayuno fuera un poco mas completo, de resto todo excelente.

Siendo un hotel maravilloso hubieron pequeños detalles muy subsanables que hicieron que nos sintiéramos un poco molestos. También la limpieza de la habitación no acababa de ser muy buena, dejando muchos rincones sin limpiar ni recoger. Y como sugerencia debería ser el room service, al menos para bebidas 24h, ya que acaba a la una y media y no podías pedir ni agua.

Loved our stay at the Hotel Pacha! My only suggestion would be to update the materials in the bathroom and shower. The plaster walls build up gunk and tile would feel much cleaner. Loved the staff, area, accommodations, and overall stay!

El hotel en si, es magnifico. En instalaciones, en personal, en atencion, en comida, en mantenimiento, en ubicacion, todo magnifico. Unicamente no hemos estado nada comodos con los ruidos de las habitaciones contiguas (ha sido imposible descansar ninguno de los dias que estuvimos alojados), y al ponerlo en conocimiento del hotel, si bien nos dijeron que iban a poner remedio, no surgió efecto. Y tampoco disponian de mas habitaciones en noviembre??. El resultado: Todo lo bueno que te puede ofrecer el hotel, no lo puedes valorar, porque no tener nada de descanso, y estar unos dias para intentar desconectar, te vienes con muy mala experiencia y sobre todo, recuerdos.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the staff in particular made our stay wonderful. A big thank you to Ivan and Alexandra for being so helpful and answering any questions we had and for being so friendly and good with my son. We had the master suite and it was so spacious we loved it. Would definitely return to this hotel!

Unicamente no hemos estado nada comodos con los ruidos de las habitaciones contiguas (ha sido imposible descansar ninguno de los dias que estuvimos alojados), y al ponerlo en conocimiento del hotel, si bien nos dijeron que iban a poner remedio, no surgió efecto. Y tampoco disponian de mas habitaciones en noviembre??. El resultado: Todo lo bueno que te puede ofrecer el hotel, no lo puedes valorar, porque no tener nada de descanso, y estar unos dias para intentar desconectar, te vienes con muy mala experiencia y sobre todo, recuerdos.

Attention: tromperie sur la marchandise!! Notre aventure à l'hôtel Le Pacha. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel car les entrées au club Le Pacha pour 2 personnes étaient comprises dans le prix de la chambre. Arrivés à l'hôtel, quand je lui demande comment accéder au club dans la soirée, le réceptionniste m'informe que les entrées ne sont pas comprises dans le prix de la chambre les vendredis et samedis soirs. Je reste calme et lui montre un mail du Pacha du 2 avril 2024 confirmant mes propos. Il me dit que la politique a changé mi-avril. Je ne veux rien savoir, demande le remboursement de la chambre ou les entrées au club, menace d'appeler la police. Il contacte le manager qui ne lui répond pas. Nous squattons la réception avec nos bagages et refusons de bouger. 20 min plus tard, toujours aucune nouvelle du manager. Le réceptionniste, qui subit comme nous la situation et fait admirablement son travail, part au club demander 2 entrées au club pour nous. Il les obtient. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the staff in particular made our stay wonderful. A big thank you to Ivan and Alexandra for being so helpful and answering any questions we had and for being so friendly and good with my son. We had the master suite and it was so spacious we loved it. Would definitely return to this hotel!

Everything was excellent, except the breakfast was a little weaker than expected. Room was perfectly comfortable and clean, the pool was small but guests can also take advantage of the other hotel’s facilities which are large and quite nice. Food, drink and music at the pool are all good too. Special thanks for Ivan, the waiter at the pool for making our holiday much better with his being kind and helpful with us.

Pacha has the history, a nice Brunch, and pleasant attendants. But it appears that the building is struggling, and maybe this place isnt worth the price. Our AC didn’t work, and they didn’t seemed concerned when alerted. The elevators stopped working every day. A big positive was free entrance into the club (across the streeet)… but you had to enter by 1230 am (they open at midnight) or they wouldn’t honor that either. So for 350 € a night, there are way better options.

Good location (not old town), old town - 20 minute walk, small room, no ocean view, near ocean (not beach), plenty of free parking nearby, easy to find. good breakfast (no salad though), not many restaurant nearby, all high end stores in marina (summer only) - 5 minure walk. Restaurant "Cappuccino" in Marina is good, Across the famous Pacha club.

This was my third stay at the hotel this year. We are overall v happy with the facilities and the location of the hotel. Free parking is v convenient. What I am surprised by though is that the hotel started charging a 10pct service fee at check in. Not only is this very unusual but during this stay the hotel didn’t even mention the charge when I was asked to settle the outstanding bill. Only after I asked I was told they added an optional service charge. I find this very unfortunate and unnecessary. I don’t know if any hotel that does that. Especially not at check in.

Siendo un hotel maravilloso hubieron pequeños detalles muy subsanables que hicieron que nos sintiéramos un poco molestos. También la limpieza de la habitación no acababa de ser muy buena, dejando muchos rincones sin limpiar ni recoger. Y como sugerencia debería ser el room service, al menos para bebidas 24h, ya que acaba a la una y media y no podías pedir ni agua.
