Ich war mit zwei Freundinnen in einem Dreibett-Zimmer. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer zum Pool, es war sehr schön leise zum Schlafen. Im Zimmer hat man einen Kühlschrank, Handtücher für Pool/Strand, einen Wasserkocher und Gläser mit Karaffe! Auf jeder Etage gibt es kostenlose Wasserspender, wirklich hervorragend! Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schönes Hotel, nette Mitarbeiter/innen in allen Bereichen. Frühstück ausreichend, Abendessen ala carte. Wer das hotel bucht muss wissen, dass es abends/nachts etwas lauter werden kann wenn die Feierwütigen nach Hause kommen. Wellnessbereich ok aber müsste mal erneuert werden, vor allem der Wirlpool. Alles in allem sehr gut und die Lage perfekt.

I stayed in a single room at this property. The room was just the right size for one person. The staff are all multilingual and very helpful. I was able to leave my bags before I went to the airport in a safe room. The pool and outdoor facilities are gorgeous. There is free yoga and pilates. I went to the pilates class and it was great. The bus to the old town of Palma is right in front and is an easy commute. This is a big German party area, so it recommend this area for young people looking to party.

The hotel is far from a 4 star hotel. The room is somewhat comfortable with a great view (seaside). The air conditioning isn't great, the breakfast is okay. The location is terrible in my opinion, the street is noisy and full of drunk tourists, it’s pretty far from palma, about 30 mins (i thought it was closer when i looked at the map, my mistake) The beach in front of the hotel is rather nice but packed with loud and drunk tourists. The hotel doesn’t have a parking lot, and some days it was really difficult to park close to the hotel. The hotel should at least have a bellboy to help with bags, as they don’t offer parking inside the hotel. In general i expected more from a 4 star hotel. Me and my wife were woken up a couple of times by drunk clients coming in at 4 am as well. I wouldn’t recommend this for someone looking for a calm and high quality hotel.

Keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Sehr praktisch, da direkt am Ballermann. Austattung war sehr mager. Pool sieht viel grösser aus auf den Bildern. Ausserdem das Gym auch. Preis Leistung stimmt nicht aber im grossen und ganzen keine weiteren Probleme

Ich fange mal mit den positiven Sachen an, diese sind: die Lage ist natürlich 1A besser geht es nicht. Die Zimmer sind absolut okay. Es ist alles relativ sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich. Alles in allem absolut okay für einen Strandurlaub. Kommen wir damit zu einem für mich negativen Punkt: der Pool ist nicht gerade einladend. Die gesamte Poollandschaft lädt nicht zum verweilen ein. Es gibt nur ein einzigen Pool. Mein Eindruck war, dass der Bereich kaum genutzt wird. Da habe ich in der Vergangenheit anderer Erfahrungen in anderen Hotels gemacht, wo man wirklich Spaß hatte, auch mal am Pool zu liegen. Das Frühstück ist an sich okay, es ist ausreichend was angeboten wird aber richtig toll sieht das nicht aus alles. Dem Frühstück würde ich ehrlich gesagt ne 3- geben. Tische vom Vorgänger teilweise nicht sauber gemacht, Decke noch schmutzig, usw. Kommen wir zum Abendessen. Wir hatten nämlich Halbpension und Halbpension, das hab ich so noch nie erlebt ist in dem Aya Hotel abends à la carte. Dabei kann man aber bestellen, was man will und wie viel man will und das war das beste Essen, was ich bisher hatte. ich war auch bereits in fünf Sterne Hotels auf Mallorca die hatten auch Buffet. Das kam aber nicht daran an das, was wir dort bekommen haben. Optisch sehr ansprechend und geschmacklich sehr lecker für das Abendessen à la carte im Aya würde ich ne glatte 1 geben. Das war absolut Top und sehr lecker 👍👍👍.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Gleich bei Checkin wurde mir alles sehr genau erklärt. Das Hotel hat eine Top Lage für die Partygänger und ist trotzdem an einer ruhiger Lage (Abends). Das Gym muss angemeldet werden und ist relativ klein , reicht aber für den normalen Gebrauch. Sauna ist ebenfalls klein aber sehr sauber und für 2 Personen ideal. Zimmereinrichtung und Hotel könnte einwenig herzlicher eingerichtet sein, deswegen würde ich dem Hotel eher ein 3,5 Sterne geben.

Staff were great and very helpful. Cleanliness of the room and bedding can be improved. When cleanjng the room, balcony should be cleaned too. Drinking glasses in the room should be cleaned and changed. Basic necessities should be provided, considering the amount charged.

Very clean and simple hotel, on the beach side. Room was spacious and clean, nice large balcony. 15 min Walk away from mega Park. We did took a bus for 2 euro to the downtown- took about 20 min. It is about 20 min walk to boat rentals. Location was great. Breakfast was simple with a lot of variety.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich im Service Merce, da sie sehr bemüht war die Gäste zufrieden zustellen. Die restlichen Kellner waren eher unmotiviert. An der Rezeption war der Check In und Check out von Ionel ebenfalls super. Housekeeping war lediglich am zweiten Tag super, das Leintuch wurde bei einem Aufenthalt von 9 Nächten nicht getauscht. Der Boden wurde die letzten 3-4 Tagen nicht gewischt. Der Balkon wurde ebenfalls nicht gereinigt. Obwohl dieser durch einen Vogel verdreckt war.

Very clean hotel with comfortable beds, great pool, hot water and ice cold a/c. Restaurant on site has great drinks (we did not eat here). Beach was a quick walk across the street and had beautiful views of the mountains. I would stay here again next time I visit the area.

Für ein 4 Stern Hotel ist es relativ schlecht. Das Essen wäre ok gewesen für ein 2 oder 3 Stern Hotel. Die Fenster sind nicht dicht, sprich, man hört die feiernden Leute draussen die ganze Nacht durch. Die Zimmer werden nicht immer geputzt.

Wir sind begeistert von dem Hotel. Der Service ist super, nettes Personal. Es gibt ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und beim Abendessen kann man sich drei Gänge aus der Speisekarte aussuchen. Das Zimmer war sauber, groß und modern. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Gartenblick, dort war es schön ruhig. Der Strand ist direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite und die Wege zum Megapark, Bierkönig etc sehr kurz. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gute Lage und Aussicht auf das Meer bei entsprechender Zimmerkategorie. Zimmer war sauber. Bett war allerdings sehr hart und es gab nur ein Laken als Decke. Der Balkon war ok, aber die Stühle darauf äußerst unbequem und zu klein und eng für normalgroße/große Menschen! Der Pool ist schön und es gibt meist ausreichend Liegen. Eine Pool-Bar gibt's auch und die Getränke werden in Plastikbechern ausgegeben, so dass man sie am/im Pool trinken kann. Das Frühstück war ganz gut mit ordentlicher Auswahl.

I totally enjoyed AYA Seaport Hotel. The staff was friendly. The restaurant and food were wonderful. Location is PARAMOUNT! My only issue is this is not a great place to stay for a period of time greater than a long weekend. The rooms are on the smaller side with EXTREMELY limited "closet space" or places to store clothing. I stayed on the pool view side. These rooms have a Full/Queen bed, ocean side rooms were larger but has 2 twin beds. Two people in the pool view room would be challenging. Overall, an excellent place to stay, if my issues are of little concern to you.

Sehr schönes Hotel, super und tolles Frühstücksbuffet, hat von allem etwas. Zimmer sehr schön, hatten Zimmer mit Aussicht aufs Meer. Alles rundum gut bis auf die Toilette im zimmer, diese lässt von "Geräuschen" her sehr wenig Privatsphäre zu.
Sehr schönes Hotel, super und tolles Frühstücksbuffet, hat von allem etwas. Zimmer sehr schön, hatten Zimmer mit Aussicht aufs Meer. Alles rundum gut bis auf die Toilette im zimmer, diese lässt von "Geräuschen" her sehr wenig Privatsphäre zu.

Convenient hotel and very helpful staff. We had a nice room with partial ocean view. The room smelled from time to time and the shower leaked into the bathroom. However the hotel staff was quick to act and resolved the issue. Our room was clean but not as fancy as the photos, however we got a great deal and the hotel met our needs. Hotel brunch was great, restaurant was good. The pool looked nothing like the photos. Hotel is in a very convenient location and staff was awesome, I’d be open to staying here again in the future.

The staff of this hotel are very considerate and very humane. Even though we arrived late on the day, they were still waiting to serve us. The overall environment of the hotel is very good, with convenient transportation, clean and tidy, and the staff have a very good sense of service. The breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant are excellent. If I have the opportunity to come again, I will choose this hotel again and I will recommend it to my friends.

The staff at this hotel are super friendly and can’t do enough for you. From the cleaners to the reception staff. Reception helped book us a trip and transport and gave sound advice regarding the area and things to do and see. We had an excellent stay at AYA hotel. Its right on the beach with good connections to Palma city centre. The breakfast is nice, offering wide variety of food options. The rooms are nice clean and spacious. Staff is also very friendly and welcoming.

Very clean and simple hotel, on the beach side. Room was spacious and clean, nice large balcony. 15 min Walk away from mega Park. We did took a bus for 2 euro to the downtown- took about 20 min. It is about 20 min walk to boat rentals. Location was great. Breakfast was simple with a lot of variety.

Clean, beautiful property right on the waterfront. We had a sea view with balcony and it was absolutely stunning to see the sunset. Property had beach towels for us to use and the beach was right out front. It was quiet at night, we stayed in late september. There were lots of german people and german restaurants in this area and I could see how this area could be noisy at night during peak season.

Service überall super, extrem freundliche MitarbeiterInnen, von Rezeption, über Poolbar bis zu den Zimmermädchen, alle immer mit einem Lächeln. Die Lage ist sowieso top und war für unseren Mix aus Erholung und Party perfekt!

Staff were all lovely, clean basic room, great location with beach just across the road. My only issue with this hotel is the dining area, no atmosphere for evening dining and it feels cold and clinical. Food was nice though. Would stay again but only on breakfast basis.

The hotel was great, however I wouldn’t have said it was a 4*. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. I stayed half board, breakfast was a standard continental and had a variety which was great. But the evening meals I found were quite bland, although it was presented well the evening dinners were of a small selection, it could have been a lot better. The area itself is heavily German influenced, this is from the various of bars to restaurants and masses of groups of them dominating the area in general which I did not expect as much as it was. Overall I did enjoy my stay and couldn’t fault the staff and it being relatively safe. However, I won’t be returning to this area of Mallorca.

Well maintained hotel but it’s in a very noisy area and there was a large group having a party right above us until after 3:30am. Tried calling the room and front desk twice but no answer despite a reporter 24 hour concierge. Made for a very tired day the next day!
