Et helt ok opphold, men de levde på ingen måte opp til forventningene. Harde senger og helt ubrukelig sittegruppe i stue. Strategisk av de å plassere all inclusive gjester i bygningen lengst unna snack barer. Snack barene har kun et begrenset utvalg av billig is, to typer saftis, pinup og en kroneis, slush, pils og brus. Altså helt ubrukelig om en har med seg små barn som ikke skal ha sukker. Hotellet har veldig mange regler ifht reservering av solsenger etc, men ingen følger de. Dette resulterer i at de som prøver å følge reglene ender opp uten solsenger. De forskjellige buffetene har masse fersk og god mat, kan ikke klage her mtp

Prima hotel, als je vijf sterren gewend bent zou ik hier niet naar toe gaan. Personeel deed goed z’n best. Veel gericht op Duits publiek. Erg kleine zwembaden. Schoonmaak was goed. Helaas geen strandlakens te leen, moet je zelf meenemen. Eten veel hetzelfde, maar wel prima. Wel jammer dat ouders hun jonge kinderen zelf het eten laten pakken waardoor de hygiëne uitbleef. Leuk dat je gratis fietsen kan lenen.

Mycket bra service och fräscha rum/lokaler/pooler. Bra med olika poolalternativ, grym service i baren och repan. Minus för ljudnivån i matsalen samt variationen på maten(inkl glutenalternativ).

We have had a perfect holiday in Cala Bona, thank you hotel Floriana. Staff are friendly, rooms are spacious and clean. Plenty of options during lunch and evening meals. Also able to help yourself to soft drinks and ice cream throughout the day which was perfect. The whole area of the hotel is spotless and every member of staff we met were helpful and friendly. There is also a variety of pools and animation team went above and beyond every night to keep children entertained. Plenty of activities throughout the day also and just a 5 minute walk from the beach. It’s also a lovely walk in to Cala Millor along the coast. We found the location of the hotel perfect as it was only a 5 minute walk into the main strip, which was busier but still a nice relaxed vibe. It was nice to be at a hotel that was quieter at night and away from the busier part of Cala Bona. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough and will definitely be back. We had a perfect family holiday.

Alles in allem eine schöne Anlage. Die Zimmer sind sehr minimalistisch gehalten und stark in die Jahre gekommen, auf dem Betten kann man nur schwer schlafen, da sie sehr hart sind und die Dusche braucht eine rund um Erneuerung. Das waren so gut wie die einzigen Negativpunkte, Die wir tatsächlich aufzählen können. Der Rest ist wirklich (im Vergleich zu vielen All Inclusive Hotels) sehr gut, die Speisen Auswahl sehr breit, das Personal sehr freundlich, die Anlage sehr schön mit vielen Möglichkeiten der Aktivitäten (bei all inclusive sogar alles im Preis mit drin, wie zum Beispiel Tennis Oder Squash). Zum Strand von Karla Bonoff sind es circa 10 Minuten zu Fuß, der Strand von Cala Millor ist etwas weiter entfernt, aber ebenfalls über einen Spaziergang von circa 20-30 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Der Weg wird auch nicht langweilig, da sehr viele kleine Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants die gesamte Promenade entlang führen.

Außenbereich: Die Anlage ist nicht mehr neu, dies ist an mancher Ecke der Außenbereiche sichtbar (defekte Fliesen am Pool, wackelige Geländer im Treppenhaus, wackelige Tische), werden aber mit viel Personal und Mühe betrieben. Die Begrünung ist wunderschön groß gewachsen und bietet besonders im Bereich des Kinderpools mit dem Segelschiff meistens natürlichen Schatten und schaffen ein angenehmes Ambiente. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden mit dem Außenbereich. Animation, Abendprogramm: Die Animation für die Kinder ist von der Qualität her durchwachsen, aber das ist auch Geschmackssache. Für Kinder, die weder Englisch noch Spanisch sprechen, ist die Verständigung schwierig. Das Abendprogramm ist ebenfalls mal ganz nett mit Live-Musik, auch wenn diese meist nur „Radiohits“ spielt und keine authentische Musik. Die anderen Kunstschaffenden (Messerwerfer, Zauberer) wirkten etwas aus der Zeit gefallen und ungewollt albern. Teilweise läuft tagsüber gleichzeitig laute Musik von Bar und Pool. Hat man ein Zimmer in der Nähe der Bühne und der Bar, ist es bis spät abends (23Uhr) durchgehend sehr laut durch die Musik, Shows, Moderation. Die Lieder variieren hier wenig. Essen/All-Inklusive: Das Büffet ist groß, die Speisen ansprechend serviert. Für Vegetarierer/Veganer geringes Angebot, daher hier keine Empfehlung für diese Ernährungsform. Umgebung und Hotel sind sehr auf britische Touristen ausgelegt. Wer authentisches spanisches Flair sucht, sollte lieber ein anderes Hotel buchen.

God resort. Der er en gammel og ny del. Vi boede i den gamle del, det var udemærket, da det lå væk fra larmen fra underholdningen. Der var også en god børnepool i det område (ialt 4 pools). Den gamle del er midt slidt, men ikke noget der generer og der er rent og pænt.

Semaine superbe, appartemment très propre, nourriture très bonne pour un buffet avec tous les jours des choses nouvelles ce qui permet qu'on ne se lasse pas. Infrastructures qui permet aux enfants de n'importe quel âge de s'amuser. Structure à taille humaine ou l'on se marche pas de dessus ( on est venu fin août, il y avait peut-être moins de monde)..c'est passé trop vite !

Für ein 3 Sterne Hotel ist es sehr Sauber und ordentlich. Uns hat die Lage der Unterkunft nicht gefallen da der Gebäudeteil G wo wir untergebracht waren nicht sehr schön und sehr laut war. Durch viele Herrenlose Katzen die auf dem Gelände herumlaufen gab es immer einen unangenehmen Geruch auf der Anlage. Manche Katzen haben auch echt gruselig ausgeschaut und nicht gesund.

Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft ist fehlerhaft. Es sind nur ein Doppelbett und zwei Einzelschlafsofa in jedem Zimmer. Die Betten sind steinhart und man merkt jede einzelne Feder im Rücken. Die Unterkunft ist gesamt deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Es ist auf der gesamten Anlage ein teils sehr unangenehmer Geruch zu riechen. Die Zimmer sind außerdem sehr sehr hellhörig, es ist kaum an einen durchgängigen Schlaf zu denken. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nur begrenzt. Wir hatten trotz eingeschalteter Klimaanlage eine durchschnittliche Raumtemperatur von 26 Grad Celsius. Insgesamt ist von der Unterkunft dringend abzuraten. Wir kommen auf keinen Fall wieder. Bei Ansprache der Mängel wurde man vom Personal nur ausgelacht. Nie wieder!!!!

God resort. Der er en gammel og ny del. Vi boede i den gamle del, det var udemærket, da det lå væk fra larmen fra underholdningen. Der var også en god børnepool i det område (ialt 4 pools). Den gamle del er midt slidt, men ikke noget der generer og der er rent og pænt.

Semaine superbe, appartemment très propre, nourriture très bonne pour un buffet avec tous les jours des choses nouvelles ce qui permet qu'on ne se lasse pas. Infrastructures qui permet aux enfants de n'importe quel âge de s'amuser. Structure à taille humaine ou l'on se marche pas de dessus ( on est venu fin août, il y avait peut-être moins de monde)..c'est passé trop vite !

A estadia estava muito limpa, organizada e bem estruturada, gostamos bastante do tempo que estivemos por lá. Um ponto de melhoria seria o atendimento via telefone, muitas vezes ligávamos para perguntar algumas coisas e desligavam o telefone por não entender a língua. Outro ponto é que a limpeza do hotel é feita muito cedo, por volta de 8:00/8:30h e nesse horário ainda não tínhamos saído do apartamento e pedimos para voltar depois, tendo como resposta que não poderia e perderíamos a limpeza daquele dia. No geral, é um ótimo lugar, mesmo sendo afastado de todas as principais praias de Mallorca.

Alles in allem eine schöne Anlage. Die Zimmer sind sehr minimalistisch gehalten und stark in die Jahre gekommen, auf dem Betten kann man nur schwer schlafen, da sie sehr hart sind und die Dusche braucht eine rund um Erneuerung. Das waren so gut wie die einzigen Negativpunkte, Die wir tatsächlich aufzählen können. Der Rest ist wirklich (im Vergleich zu vielen All Inclusive Hotels) sehr gut, die Speisen Auswahl sehr breit, das Personal sehr freundlich, die Anlage sehr schön mit vielen Möglichkeiten der Aktivitäten (bei all inclusive sogar alles im Preis mit drin, wie zum Beispiel Tennis Oder Squash). Zum Strand von Karla Bonoff sind es circa 10 Minuten zu Fuß, der Strand von Cala Millor ist etwas weiter entfernt, aber ebenfalls über einen Spaziergang von circa 20-30 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Der Weg wird auch nicht langweilig, da sehr viele kleine Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants die gesamte Promenade entlang führen.

Außenbereich: Die Anlage ist nicht mehr neu, dies ist an mancher Ecke der Außenbereiche sichtbar (defekte Fliesen am Pool, wackelige Geländer im Treppenhaus, wackelige Tische), werden aber mit viel Personal und Mühe betrieben. Die Begrünung ist wunderschön groß gewachsen und bietet besonders im Bereich des Kinderpools mit dem Segelschiff meistens natürlichen Schatten und schaffen ein angenehmes Ambiente. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden mit dem Außenbereich. Animation, Abendprogramm: Die Animation für die Kinder ist von der Qualität her durchwachsen, aber das ist auch Geschmackssache. Für Kinder, die weder Englisch noch Spanisch sprechen, ist die Verständigung schwierig. Das Abendprogramm ist ebenfalls mal ganz nett mit Live-Musik, auch wenn diese meist nur „Radiohits“ spielt und keine authentische Musik. Die anderen Kunstschaffenden (Messerwerfer, Zauberer) wirkten etwas aus der Zeit gefallen und ungewollt albern. Teilweise läuft tagsüber gleichzeitig laute Musik von Bar und Pool. Hat man ein Zimmer in der Nähe der Bühne und der Bar, ist es bis spät abends (23Uhr) durchgehend sehr laut durch die Musik, Shows, Moderation. Die Lieder variieren hier wenig. Essen/All-Inklusive: Das Büffet ist groß, die Speisen ansprechend serviert. Für Vegetarierer/Veganer geringes Angebot, daher hier keine Empfehlung für diese Ernährungsform. Bis auf eine weibliche Bedingung (Eli), welche äußerst unsympathisch und arrogant wirkte und die etras harten Federkernmatrazen im Schlafzimmer war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub für die gesamte Familie. Wir planen schon, wann wir nochmal wieder kommen. Auch das Essen war super lecker sogar etwas besser als im Jahr zuvor in einem vier Sterne Hotel.
Bis auf eine weibliche Bedingung (Eli), welche äußerst unsympathisch und arrogant wirkte und die etras harten Federkernmatrazen im Schlafzimmer war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub für die gesamte Familie. Très bon hôtel Chambre confortable et spacieuse Bemol 2 lits simple pour 1 couple c'est pas top Pas de café ou thé a disposition dans les chambres (all inclusif) pas de bouteille d'eau Pas de sèche cheveux et télé en espagnol... Plusieurs piscines Restaurant excellent mais horaires trop tard le matin 8h..et tôt le soir 21h.. Pour le reste parfait !

Service to help carry bags up and down the stairs would have been helpful because hurting my back at the start of the vacation is not a good start. That being said, they easily had the best, most friendly, most helpful staff across the board. Day trips can be planned with the hotel pickup but the actual pickup spots are 5-10mins walk away. Something to keep in mind. All inclusive was very cost effective especially if you are in a large group. But it is limited to specific timeslots of availability. But the option in those timeslots are varied so one can easily get enough. This is a kids friendly resort, so keep that in mind. We didn't mind it but other couples might not. We might go back there as a group with kids but probably not as a couple to try to experience more mature entertainment options and facilities.

We have had a perfect holiday in Cala Bona, thank you hotel Floriana. Staff are friendly, rooms are spacious and clean. Plenty of options during lunch and evening meals. Also able to help yourself to soft drinks and ice cream throughout the day which was perfect. The whole area of the hotel is spotless and every member of staff we met were helpful and friendly. There is also a variety of pools and animation team went above and beyond every night to keep children entertained. Plenty of activities throughout the day also and just a 5 minute walk from the beach. It’s also a lovely walk in to Cala Millor along the coast. We found the location of the hotel perfect as it was only a 5 minute walk into the main strip, which was busier but still a nice relaxed vibe. It was nice to be at a hotel that was quieter at night and away from the busier part of Cala Bona. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough and will definitely be back. We had a perfect family holiday.

Wir waren nun schon das dritte Mal im Floriana und es hat uns wieder wirklich gut gefallen. Das Hotel war gut und man merkt, dass sich das Team große Mühe gibt, den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend – ein großes Lob dafür! Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass wir unser altes Zimmer wiederbekommen haben, wie wir es bei der Buchung angegeben hatten. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und stets lecker, sodass jeder etwas Passendes gefunden hat. Auch bei den Getränken gab es eine gute Auswahl, und die Hotelbar war wirklich top – das Personal dort war sehr fix, und es hat nie lange gedauert, bis man ein neues Getränk bekommen hat. Das fanden wir richtig gut. Auch wenn es „nur“ ein Drei-Sterne-Hotel ist, bekommt man hier viel geboten – sowohl beim Service als auch beim Komfort. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

That being said, they easily had the best, most friendly, most helpful staff across the board. Day trips can be planned with the hotel pickup but the actual pickup spots are 5-10mins walk away. Something to keep in mind. All inclusive was very cost effective especially if you are in a large group. But it is limited to specific timeslots of availability. But the option in those timeslots are varied so one can easily get enough. This is a kids friendly resort, so keep that in mind. We didn't mind it but other couples might not. We might go back there as a group with kids but probably not as a couple to try to experience more mature entertainment options and facilities.

We have had a perfect holiday in Cala Bona, thank you hotel Floriana. Staff are friendly, rooms are spacious and clean. Plenty of options during lunch and evening meals. Also able to help yourself to soft drinks and ice cream throughout the day which was perfect. The whole area of the hotel is spotless and every member of staff we met were helpful and friendly. There is also a variety of pools and animation team went above and beyond every night to keep children entertained. Plenty of activities throughout the day also and just a 5 minute walk from the beach. It’s also a lovely walk in to Cala Millor along the coast. We found the location of the hotel perfect as it was only a 5 minute walk into the main strip, which was busier but still a nice relaxed vibe. It was nice to be at a hotel that was quieter at night and away from the busier part of Cala Bona. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough and will definitely be back. We had a perfect family holiday.

Für ein 3 Sterne Hotel ist es sehr Sauber und ordentlich. Uns hat die Lage der Unterkunft nicht gefallen da der Gebäudeteil G wo wir untergebracht waren nicht sehr schön und sehr laut war. Durch viele Herrenlose Katzen die auf dem Gelände herumlaufen gab es immer einen unangenehmen Geruch auf der Anlage. Manche Katzen haben auch echt gruselig ausgeschaut und nicht gesund.

Alles in allem eine schöne Anlage. Die Zimmer sind sehr minimalistisch gehalten und stark in die Jahre gekommen, auf dem Betten kann man nur schwer schlafen, da sie sehr hart sind und die Dusche braucht eine rund um Erneuerung. Das waren so gut wie die einzigen Negativpunkte, Die wir tatsächlich aufzählen können. Der Rest ist wirklich (im Vergleich zu vielen All Inclusive Hotels) sehr gut, die Speisen Auswahl sehr breit, das Personal sehr freundlich, die Anlage sehr schön mit vielen Möglichkeiten der Aktivitäten (bei all inclusive sogar alles im Preis mit drin, wie zum Beispiel Tennis Oder Squash). Zum Strand von Karla Bonoff sind es circa 10 Minuten zu Fuß, der Strand von Cala Millor ist etwas weiter entfernt, aber ebenfalls über einen Spaziergang von circa 20-30 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Der Weg wird auch nicht langweilig, da sehr viele kleine Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants die gesamte Promenade entlang führen.

God resort. Der er en gammel og ny del. Vi boede i den gamle del, det var udemærket, da det lå væk fra larmen fra underholdningen. Der var også en god børnepool i det område (ialt 4 pools). Den gamle del er midt slidt, men ikke noget der generer og der er rent og pænt.

A estadia estava muito limpa, organizada e bem estruturada, gostamos bastante do tempo que estivemos por lá. Um ponto de melhoria seria o atendimento via telefone, muitas vezes ligávamos para perguntar algumas coisas e desligavam o telefone por não entender a língua. Outro ponto é que a limpeza do hotel é feita muito cedo, por volta de 8:00/8:30h e nesse horário ainda não tínhamos saído do apartamento e pedimos para voltar depois, tendo como resposta que não poderia e perderíamos a limpeza daquele dia. No geral, é um ótimo lugar, mesmo sendo afastado de todas as principais praias de Mallorca.

Et helt ok opphold, men de levde på ingen måte opp til forventningene. Harde senger og helt ubrukelig sittegruppe i stue. Strategisk av de å plassere all inclusive gjester i bygningen lengst unna snack barer. Snack barene har kun et begrenset utvalg av billig is, to typer saftis, pinup og en kroneis, slush, pils og brus. Altså helt ubrukelig om en har med seg små barn som ikke skal ha sukker. Hotellet har veldig mange regler ifht reservering av solsenger etc, men ingen følger de. Dette resulterer i at de som prøver å følge reglene ender opp uten solsenger. De forskjellige buffetene har masse fersk og god mat, kan ikke klage her mtp

Prima hotel, als je vijf sterren gewend bent zou ik hier niet naar toe gaan. Personeel deed goed z’n best. Veel gericht op Duits publiek. Erg kleine zwembaden. Schoonmaak was goed. Helaas geen strandlakens te leen, moet je zelf meenemen. Eten veel hetzelfde, maar wel prima. Wel jammer dat ouders hun jonge kinderen zelf het eten laten pakken waardoor de hygiëne uitbleef. Leuk dat je gratis fietsen kan lenen.

Wir waren nun schon das dritte Mal im Floriana und es hat uns wieder wirklich gut gefallen. Das Hotel war gut und man merkt, dass sich das Team große Mühe gibt, den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend – ein großes Lob dafür! Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass wir unser altes Zimmer wiederbekommen haben, wie wir es bei der Buchung angegeben hatten. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und stets lecker, sodass jeder etwas Passendes gefunden hat. Auch bei den Getränken gab es eine gute Auswahl, und die Hotelbar war wirklich top – das Personal dort war sehr fix, und es hat nie lange gedauert, bis man ein neues Getränk bekommen hat. Das fanden wir richtig gut. Auch wenn es „nur“ ein Drei-Sterne-Hotel ist, bekommt man hier viel geboten – sowohl beim Service als auch beim Komfort. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Hôtel très propre. Le personnel est très agréable. Le buffet est très bon et diversifié, surtout le soir. (avis donné par un Français qui aime la bonne nourriture). Le midi c'est plus réduit mais c'est bien. L'insonorisation des chambres est médiocre mais pas pire que dans les hôtels espagnols.

Plusieurs piscines Restaurant excellent mais horaires trop tard le matin 8h..et tôt le soir 21h.. Pour le reste parfait !

Semaine superbe, appartemment très propre, nourriture très bonne pour un buffet avec tous les jours des choses nouvelles ce qui permet qu'on ne se lasse pas. Infrastructures qui permet aux enfants de n'importe quel âge de s'amuser. Structure à taille humaine ou l'on se marche pas de dessus ( on est venu fin août, il y avait peut-être moins de monde)..c'est passé trop vite !

Gentillesse du personnel, calme de la chambre, piscines pour les enfants (et adultes) super, animations sympa (mini-disco à 20h20, spectacle à 21h), buffets très bons (un petit moins pour les desserts). Possibilité de prendre des vélos auprès de l'accueil avec 10€ de caution. Plage à 5min à pied pas des plus jolies mais à 5min en voiture très belle. On a passé un très bon séjour !

God buffet, selv om det ikke var det største utvalget. Bør ha all inclusive om man bor her. Godt utvalg av aktiviteter, spesielt for litt større barn og ungdom. Ganske støyete på kveldstid, spesielt området rundt scenen (også om man ikke hadde rom som vendte mot scenen). Ikke helt optimalt for mindre barn: Savnet air conditioner på kids Club, da det eneste stedet å kjøle seg ned med barna var på rommet. Middagen startet også litt for seint for oss med små barn som legger seg rundt kl 19-19.30. Litt for fullt i og rundt bassenget. Nb! Må ta med egne håndklær til basseng. De hadde ikke for utleie.

We stayed on a self catering basis and found plenty of supermarkets within walking distance. The beach is also only a 5 to 10 minute walk away. Pros: * Spacious rooms * Four pools to choose from * Clean toilets around the pool areas * Free fresh drinking water available poolside * Comfortable beds in the bedrooms * Iron and hairdryer available to rent for €10 each, fully refundable upon return * Plenty of sun loungers at all pool areas * Large resort with lots of activities and facilities Cons: * If possible, avoid staying in Block I. We were in room 2265 on the upper floor and could hear a cockerel crowing early every morning. * Sofa beds are uncomfortable * Pool lifeguards seemed more focused on their phones than monitoring the pools * Evening entertainment could be improved, particularly for adults The staff were friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. The housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout our stay. Would I return? Yes. The location is great, and the resort is ideal for families with children.
