This hotel is run down and a long walk into the center of town. It seems to mainly be booked by bus tours. They have a huge pool in a large garden like space that is great for relaxing and there are plenty of pool loungers, although some are broken.

Das Hotel is schön. Zimmer sind sauber. Etwas weit von der Innenstadt aber gut gelegen für Ausflüge nach Cádiz. Personal sehr hilfsbereit Aber…der eigentlicher schöne außen Bereich hat bessere Tage gesehen. Alles wirkte verlassen. Pool schmutzig. Liegebereich voll mit Taubendreck. Echt Schade, denn der Garten echt schön wäre.

Realmente no hubo nada que me gustara del alojamiento porque se trataba de un Hotel normal, con mucha falta de reformas. De los dos ascensores que había, uno estaba fuera de servicio y el otro muchas veces no funcionaba. Se caían las piezas de la habitación: la lámpara estaba medio torcida, el tope de la puerta estaba arrancado, faltaba un colgador en el baño. En cuanto a la limpieza de alguna de las instalaciones se notaba que, como dice el dicho, “limpiaban lo que veía la suegra”, porque el grifo del lavabo llevaba costra de tiempo. Los desayunos eran al montón, sin ningún control, reponiendo con briks de zumo las botellas que allí tenían y cogiendo las cosas que se caían con la misma mano con la que luego volvían a colocar otras en las bandejas. Y la guinda fue que había reservado una habitación doble y cuando entré en la habitación había una cama supletoria. Esa misma tarde lo dije en recepción y me respondieron que es que había muchas reservas y, que si me molestaba, que lo dijera y la retiraban. Todo esto me hace pensar que a este hotel le sobraría alguna estrella de las que tiene adjudicadas. Sin duda no pienso reservar de nuevo en un hotel Exe y tiemblo al pensar que los hoteles Eurostars, cadena a la que pertenecen o están asociados, sean igual que este.

A modern hotel towards the centre of Jerez. Located in a very pleasant neighbourhood. We stayed there just one night on the way to catch a ferry from Cadiz. The room was comfortable and clean and the reception staff were helpful and friendly. I initially made an error with my booking dates through the app (got dates 1 day out) but hotels.com were able to sort this out with the hotel to ensure I was not charged for the night I didn't stay. Not sure if this is a regular thing but there was a large coach party also in when we stayed so our evening meal option in the hotel was restricted to the extensive buffet laid on for the coach party at a cost of 20 EUR each. It was reasonable value and I suspect gave us as much if not more choice than a regular menu would have done.

Hotellet var generelt godt. Men tynde vægge på værelserne, ingen tøj vask service og morgenmadsbuffeten var meget begrænset. Jeg havde nok forventet mere af et 4 stjernet hotel. Personalet var super imødekommende! Fik undervejs et værelsesskift da der kom kloakvand op i badekarret som var ret ildelugtende.

Vi hadde bestilt en suite, den var helt forferdelig! Bortsett fra sengen lignet ingenting på bildene. Det var kun ett vindu hvor du så rett inn i betong. Ikke ett bilde på veggene. Vasken var tett, dusjbatteriet ødelagt, sofaen var flekkete og skitten. Vi er silvermedlem og inkl i prisen var en flaske musserende. Den var erstattet av to bittesmå flasker. Foran minibaren var det forøvrig en dørstopper midt på gulvet som vi slo borti hver gang vi gikk forbi. Baren var steng, de annonserte med roomservice, men det hadde de ikke. Litt av en nedtur etter opphold på Parador i Cadiz

Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Needs a little updating though. Not the best place to stay if you want to relax in your room. That walls are thin. I could hear the person in the next room snoring all night. The room must have been located next to the housekeeping room. I heard them talking and slamming objects. I've stayed there several other times and had better experiences.

It’s not awful at all & we got a cheap, last minute booking but the photographs make the t look much more luxurious than it is. It’s tired. If you need a clean place to lay your head, book but if you’d like something lovely, I’d say book something else.

The hotel is a little outside of the town center but within walking distance. A nice quiet place and convenient place if someone would like to have a relaxing place. The minor issue is that neighbors are too hearable through the walls. Nevertheless, we visited during a relatively quiet period and therefore, it was not a too disturbing issue.

El hotel tiene una bonita instalación, pero algo descuidada. Lo peor del hotel es que el servicio gastronómico solo se limita a un feo bar de piscina que ofrece solamente algunos cócteles y cervezas. Todo las demas necesidades tienes que suplirse en máquina expendedora. Destacar la bartender que salva la cituacion con un trato muy agradable.
