Schickes Hotel. Pool direkt in der Fussgängerzone mit wenig liegen. Essen war ok. Service und Auswahl ganz gut. In Summe eine schönes Hotel zentral im Touristengebiet. Ruhe suchende sind hier nicht richtig aufgehoben. Wer mit eigenem Auto kommt, muss ich auf Parkplatzsuche einstellen.

The staff was fantastic – incredibly friendly and attentive. We were truly impressed by the hotel and are convinced we made the best choice. The rooms were beautiful, the views stunning, and there were lovely areas to relax, including a rooftop pool. The location is also perfect; everything is easily accessible from there. Just a small note: some of the tiles in the rooftop pool had come loose in one spot, which could be dangerous if you don’t see it and step on it. Although we’ll probably not visit Mallorca again, we will absolutely recommend this hotel to others - and we already did! Thank you so much MiM-Staff!

Äußerst freundliches Personal - Top Lage, sehr sauber. Parkplätze sind kein Problem in der Nähe des Hotels einfach zu finden. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Lediglich die fehlenden Sonnenschirme am Pool sind unverständlich. Auch die Bezahlung der Doppelliegen ist mir unklar. Hier besteht Verbesserungsbedarf.

Loved our stay at MiM! Before arrival, I exchanged a few emails with the hotel staff about arranging a surprise for my fiancé’s birthday — they were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make it special. The gym and spa facilities were lovely, and everything was spotless. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, including fresh fruit and made-to-order omelettes. Highly recommend!

El hotel muy bonito y perfecto para parejas. Nos gustó mucho disfrutar del sky bar durante el día haciendo uso de una balinesa y por la tarde con un dj en directo viendo el atardecer. La nota negativa de la terraza fue la piscina de la azotea, que estuvo turbia durante todo el día. En los amenities echamos en falta crema hidratante, que después de tomar el sol durante todo el día lo hubiéramos agradecido, además de un cepillo de dientes, que justo se nos olvidó llevarnos y tuvimos que salir a comprarlo. El desayuno bastante flojo. Solo una variedad de queso en loncha, bollería de baja calidad y en general, calidad baja en la materia prima. Como nota positiva, destacar el trato intachable de todo el personal del hotel, quienes siempre nos atendieron amablemente y con una sonrisa.

A really great hotel - spotlessly clean and the breakfast selection is fantastic. The spa area is lovely and relaxing and well worth a visit during your stay. Staff can be a bit standoffish/millitant and some of them lack warmth and customer service. I would point out that the hotel reserves 25% of their sunbeds for guests who wish to pay for them. Sorry MiM Mallorca - you’re not a beach club in Ibiza, you’re a hotel in Mallorca. Allow your guests to have a sun lounger without paying!

"La struttura in sé è carina. La camera non è troppo grande, in compenso il bagno è spazioso. La pulizia delle camere lascia a desiderare (c'era un tappo di un deodorante nell'angolo del bagno ed è rimasto lì per tutta la settimana). Piccoli dettagli che non fanno la perfezione. Ritornando alla camera, l'insonorizzazione è da 5 stelle. Il personale è gentile. La zona sulla terrazza è da brivido, tenuta male: c'era un tavolo con un escremento di uccello e i materassini tutti macchiati e ingialliti (basta poco con uno sgrassatore. La colazione è ottima, c'è di tutto. In generale, l'hotel è una struttura ottima, ma certi dettagli vanno curati continuamente, altrimenti si rischia di degenerare."Ti

We stayed recently for 6 nights B&B and loved it! Hotel is very modern, clean and relaxed. Staff are super helpful, we were able to check in early and offered complimentary shower facilities after check out as we had a late flight. Roof top pool and sky bar offer amazing views too. Would highly recommend 👍

Toll war das Personal, sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war lecker und es gab eine schöne Auswahl. Der Koch bereitete frisches Omelette zu. Das Zimmer und die Aussicht waren sehr schön. Ich werde gerne wieder kommen.

Die Matratzen waren aber zu weich und die keine gute Qualität, zu wenig Federtaschen, wir hatten leider beide schon während der ersten Nacht Rückenschmerzen. Das Frühstück war nicht sehr überzeugend, die Rühreier z. B. schmeckten nach und hatten eine Konsistenz wie Butter. Es gibt alles was man braucht, aber auch nicht mehr. Im Zimmer ein paar Ameisen, aber das ist in Südländern fast unvermeidbar. Die Lage ist allerdings perfekt zum Herumschlendern, tagsüber und nachts, viele Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Ach ja, falls das jemand interessiert und weil ich eine (ungerechtfertigte) "Beschwerde" mitbekam: Kaffee auf dem Zimmer (Kapseln für die Maschine) ist nur beim ersten Mal frei, danach kostet es. Steht aber auch auf der Homepage. Also insgesamt für einen Kurztrip zu empfehlen. Und wenn man ein Mietauto hat, ist die Gegend sowieso eine super Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge. Nur leider hat das Hotel keine Parkplätze, man muss in der Umgebung suchen, und die war schon Ende Mai immer voll. Wir waren für ein Wochenende zu Besuch. Das Hotel hat ein tolles Ambiente und sehr nettes Personal. Die Umgebung war sehr schön mit netten Restaurants und Shopping Möglichkeiten. Mit unserem Mietwagen ging es schnell zu vielen nahegelegenen Städten und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ein etwas klappriges Bett und teilweise schon kalte Speisen beim Frühstück sowie ein sehr mittelmäßiger Kaffee aus dem Automaten haben definitiv zu Abzügen geführt.

Fantastic hotel. Very clean. Very modern. Well laid out. Super comfy beds. Can definitely say we enjoyed our stay. However, the food was a let down. The food was very mediocre, hardly anything vegan, the food quality was not to the standard of the hotel. Service was ok. Bar staff were fantastic but waiters and waitresses werent very good. Would return but the food would had to have been massively improved on. Next time I think we’d eat outside the hotel.

Hotel pas digne d'un 4étoiles ! Contrairement à ce qui est inscrit personne ne parle, ni comprend le français. Chambre donnant sur une rue, extrêmement bruyante... insonorisation nulle ! impossible de dormir avant 2h du matin Machine à café et produits de grignotage mis à disposition, mais aucun dépliant indiquant les tarifs... la capsule de café est facturée à 1euro ! (toujours offerts dans ce type d'établissement en France) Flacon crème douche vide et la femme de chambre m'a informée qu'il ne serait pas renouvelé ! Pas de peignoir ! Hammam payant, peu de transat et les lits au bord de la piscine sont facturés. Loved our stay at MiM! Before arrival, I exchanged a few emails with the hotel staff about arranging a surprise for my fiancé’s birthday — they were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make it special. The gym and spa facilities were lovely, and everything was spotless. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, including fresh fruit and made-to-order omelettes. Highly recommend!

A really great hotel - spotlessly clean and the breakfast selection is fantastic. The spa area is lovely and relaxing and well worth a visit during your stay. Staff can be a bit standoffish/millitant and some of them lack warmth and customer service. I would point out that the hotel reserves 25% of their sunbeds for guests who wish to pay for them. Sorry MiM Mallorca - you’re not a beach club in Ibiza, you’re a hotel in Mallorca. Allow your guests to have a sun lounger without paying!

I liked the food at the restaurant which was included in the Half Board option however there were limited variety and you have to pay for water at dinner which is a bit odd. Ended up getting double charged and the refund was less than the charge. Pretty sure it was a angry move from staff after we complained about the hidden SPA fees & dinner drinks.

Schickes Hotel. Pool direkt in der Fussgängerzone mit wenig liegen. Essen war ok. Service und Auswahl ganz gut. In Summe eine schönes Hotel zentral im Touristengebiet. Ruhe suchende sind hier nicht richtig aufgehoben. Wer mit eigenem Auto kommt, muss ich auf Parkplatzsuche einstellen.

The staff was fantastic – incredibly friendly and attentive. We were truly impressed by the hotel and are convinced we made the best choice. The rooms were beautiful, the views stunning, and there were lovely areas to relax, including a rooftop pool. The location is also perfect; everything is easily accessible from there. Just a small note: some of the tiles in the rooftop pool had come loose in one spot, which could be dangerous if you don’t see it and step on it. Although we’ll probably not visit Mallorca again, we will absolutely recommend this hotel to others - and we already did! Thank you so much MiM-Staff!

Pros: The facilities. The hotel is absolutely stunning. New, modern, and SO clean. We got the room with a full ocean view and it was gorgeous. The wraparound balcony was so fun. The pool is very nice, with a nice ocean view. Their rooftop pool is so fun & has a bar The bathroom had a window overlooking the ocean that opened up and you could hear the waves while showering Cons: The staff is very young - agewise and experience-wise. They all seem new and it shows in their hospitality. We tried 3 alcoholic beverages and they were some of the worst we’ve ever had. I finally ordered a margarita thinking how can you mess up a margarita? But that they did. I got it with no ice, in a martini glass, looking and tasting quite sad. The bar crew is in some deep need of training. We got the breakfast & dinner plan & I highly recommend you skip. The breakfast was average, but the dinner was just sad and repetitive and often cold. If you are looking to visit the popular calas on social media, they are all quite far from this location. One day we opted to just hang out at the beach by the hotel to avoid driving and we were very disappointed. There was so much trash in the ocean. Plastic bags, plastic bottles, kids running unsupervised with full bags of food in the ocean which were then falling in & creating more trash.

A really great hotel - spotlessly clean and the breakfast selection is fantastic. The spa area is lovely and relaxing and well worth a visit during your stay. Wir waren für ein Wochenende zu Besuch. Das Hotel hat ein tolles Ambiente und sehr nettes Personal. Die Umgebung war sehr schön mit netten Restaurants und Shopping Möglichkeiten. Mit unserem Mietwagen ging es schnell zu vielen nahegelegenen Städten und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ein etwas klappriges Bett und teilweise schon kalte Speisen beim Frühstück sowie ein sehr mittelmäßiger Kaffee aus dem Automaten haben definitiv zu Abzügen geführt.

I liked the food at the restaurant which was included in the Half Board option however there were limited variety and you have to pay for water at dinner which is a bit odd. Ended up getting double charged and the refund was less than the charge. Pretty sure it was a angry move from staff after we complained about the hidden SPA fees & dinner drinks.

Extremely wonderful and very helpful staff, we didn’t use the pools very much but when we did try the skybar pool the tiles were broken and laying at the bottom of the pool, this however is probably the only thing negative about our stay here. The room was very clean and wonderful view as well although maybe the window could have been a bit cleaner. The food that was served at the skybar was extremely good although the portions did vary a bit each time we ordered the club sandwich. The breakfast was great and got restocked before we even noticed. Overall our stay here was fantastic. Location 10/10 Food 9/10 Staff 10/10

Tolles Hotel in super Lage. Ein paar Minuten bis zum super schönen Strand. Tolles Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück. Einzige was nicht schön ist, dass rauchen auf dem Balkon erlaubt. Sehr unangenehm, wenn man Raucher neben einem hat!

Das Hotel war wirklich super. Sowohl die Zimmer als auch die Pools & gesamte Hotelanlage waren sehr sauber. Wir hatten nur Frühstück dazugebucht & das war auch völlig ausreichend, denn die Umgebung hatte viele lokale Restaurants zu bieten. Vor Ort war das Abendessen im Hauptrestaurant eher einfach gehalten mit Pommes, Hot Dogs und einen Salatbuffet. Das exklusive Abendessen auf der Rooftop-Terrasse war hingegen sehr lecker. Den Rooftop-Poolbereich hatten wir häufig für uns alleine, nur leider waren dort manche Schirme und Liegen defekt. Die untere Pool Area war hingegen eigentlich während unseres ganzen Aufenthalts immer komplett besetzt, dort liegt man allerdings direkt an der Promenade. Das Personal war super hilfsbereit auch was Infos zur Umgebung anging.

From the bottom of my heart, MIM did not dissapoint! Brilliant location, clean rooms, selection of great food! Kindest staff including David, Lucia and Luis! Could not have been happier with our stay and would highly recommend. Would have loved for parking to be onsite but there is plenty of parking locally that is free which is super helpful
