La habitación estaba bien pero dado que estaba encima del grill/restaurante no podíamos estar ni disfrutar de la terraza por el olor a fritura que llegaba Animacion muy buena Habitaciones muy bien cuidadas por dentro Sólo que no nos permitieron prolongar un rato Más el check out Desayuno y cena , correcto

The staff here with one or two exceptions are all very kind and helpful. The exterior is a bit bit brutaliset in style. The lifts are speedy. The interior is welcoming at reception area. However there are areas of the hotel in need of some TLC. My room.was spacious witj a good size balcony. Comy bed. Good shower. But damage to the flooring. Kept clean by room service. Only one access point of entry in one of the 2 pools Food pretty good. Access to beach and local bars shops etc. T

The Grand Teguise Playa offers a warm atmosphere, fantastic staff, and a pleasant overall stay close to shops, restaurants and beach. The hotel leaves a great first impression—the reception area is very welcoming with plenty of lush plants and ferns hand over 5 floors We would still happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. The animation team deserves a shout out! They were friendly, energetic, and engaging. A special mention goes to Bellen, who kept us smiling & entertained. Dining: The food overall was enjoyable with a fair selection of salads & deserts. Service: From reception to the restaurant, the team was consistently attentive and polite. A few minor details that could be addressed: Sunbed: Guests start "reserving" sun loungers as early as 7:30 AM, yet many go unused until the afternoon (or aren't used at all). Pool bar: The reusable plastic cups by the pool could use a more thorough cleaning process—on a couple of occasions, we found remnants of dirt or ash in them. Room: The bottom of the bathroom door showed noticeable water damage, the flooring had visible gaps, and the room safe was not actually secured to the wall, which defeated its purpose. Food Variety: While the food was ok, the overall buffet choice felt a bit limited at times— We would have loved to see more authentic local Canary/Spanish dishes. The dessert selection was also quite repetitive, offering mostly the same items. Afternoon BBQ, could be improve.

Bestes Fitnessstudio, dass ich je in einem Hotel hatte, aber auch der schlechteste Kaffee. Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr saubere Zimmer. Betten durchgelegen und harte Kissen. Weder Kosmetiktücher, noch Bodylotion und Conditioner im Bad. Die Cocktails an der Bar waren ne Art Fertigprodukte. Essen war ok, aber nichts besonderes. Die Anlage war nett, der Pool für Schwimmer beheizt. In der Nähe nette Restaurants. Wir werden das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.
