Lovely property and friendly helpful staff. Dining options were excellent and food was of a high standard Our room was very comfortable - particularly as our balcony faced the sun - not all do as we heard from other guests. Pools were not heated so with the windy weather and the slightly lower temperatures not much swimming took place. It is worth bearing in mind that Reserve guests have access to a pool, lounge and other facilities which other guests don’t Booking dinner proved problematic (although the buffet option was always available) and sitting up til midnight to grab an online reservation became a nuisance. WiFi was slightly odd with much dropping out and signing on - but not a major issue. We would stay here again.

Nice hotel well situated on the beach. the weak was the pool which was not heated asd thus impossible to use ! first time in the Canaries Islands with a none heated pool (in a 5 stars hotel) The food was not at the right level and the buffet was not very varied and everything was cold We tried 1 of the special restaurant : La graciosa : Service was poor and the food really not good ! A good point : the Gym was very well equiped and very well situated on the beach. i took some personnal coach sessions which were very cool

A quality hotel, with great amenities and a modernised look. Lovely rooms that are spacious and comfortable. There’s a very large lounge bar area and main restaurant. The all-inclusive dining offered great food and drink options, and the main restaurant food choice was extensive and a really good quality. The pool and the gym were excellent and there were several options for activities at both. Seemed to be a good location with a walkway by the beach immediately behind the hotel, although we only left once or twice as we had everything we needed at the hotel.

Magnifique, établissement. D’une propreté. Impeccable. Avec un personnel souriant et agréable. Une Qualité de nourriture parfaite. Beaucoup de raffinement. C’est l’endroit idéal pour se reposer. Très calme. La promenade au bord de mer qui mêle paysage et shopping est très agréable. Le point négatif reste probablement cette jolie piscine d’eau salée qui n’est absolument pas chauffée. Et comme Lanzarote est une île où il y a beaucoup de vent. Se baigner relève du courage ! Mais les transats en quantité suffisante, vous permettent néanmoins de passer un bon moment, en sirotant des cocktails délicieux! à recommander pour un séjour relax et de haut standing. Encore merci à tout le personnel pour le travail fourni. Mention spéciale à Brian à la réception principale un jeune français qui Vous aidera dans toutes vos démarches. Bravo pour le service de conciergerie très utile. Merci à Véronica pour l’accueil.

The hotel is fabulous and the food was really good too. The only small issue I had was the lack of explanation/clarity of the "reserve" option that has an exclusive access lounge and access to both swimming pools, instead of just the one.

We are just got hone from a 6 night stay. Staff,food fantastic along with verything else the only down side was that the pool is freezing so couldnt go swimming. Which is the one thing i love doing.xx

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff are fantastic so helpful and friendly. This was our second time at the hotel and both times have been fantastic. We took part in the various activities in offer which were great fun.

We upgraded to a junior suite which made our stay. Staff are really friendly and everything was spotless. Although there were always sun beds available we noticed people had their favourite spot by the pool so would often ‘save’ their sun beds from early in the day. Food was very nice although a bit repetitive.

Being honest, we had wanted a short trip where we could soak up some sun (being from the UK) and didn't have to leave the property we were staying in, eventually we landed on Paradisus and I'm so glad we did. The hotel is beautiful, very unique architecture and well maintained, it definitely has 'wow' factor. The large pool area is immaculate as well as being lovely and quiet (probably down to it being January but the fact that it's adults only didn't hurt). There is have beautiful live music playing during some meal-times, during the day and entertainment in the evenings which adds to the relaxing ambiance of the hotel. Dailos welcomed us when we arrived and is just the loveliest person, although all the staff were extremely friendly and courteous throughout the stay. The room was quite basic and a bit of a struggle if you're working while away as the table is quite small but it was very clean and comfortable. There are 3 restaurants on site, we had heard the Italian was the best but that was our least favourite of the 3 (maybe we just ordered wrong), both La Graciosa (local cuisine) and Samira (middle-eastern) were impeccable. We used the buffet on two evenings and felt that was the only part of the stay that didn't feel up to the 5* rating; it was a typical buffet with things being a bit cold and not a huge selection but overall we were happy with the stay and felt the all-inclusive aspect to be well worth the cost.

7* !! Great courteous people! Place is kept very clean. Food is good! All inclusive package is worth every dime. Most of all for us it narrows to people and hospitality. Always very helpful! Will come back here again!!

We upgraded to a junior suite which made our stay. Staff are really friendly and everything was spotless. Although there were always sun beds available we noticed people had their favourite spot by the pool so would often ‘save’ their sun beds from early in the day. Food was very nice although a bit repetitive.

Being honest, we had wanted a short trip where we could soak up some sun (being from the UK) and didn't have to leave the property we were staying in, eventually we landed on Paradisus and I'm so glad we did. The hotel is beautiful, very unique architecture and well maintained, it definitely has 'wow' factor. The large pool area is immaculate as well as being lovely and quiet (probably down to it being January but the fact that it's adults only didn't hurt). There is have beautiful live music playing during some meal-times, during the day and entertainment in the evenings which adds to the relaxing ambiance of the hotel. Dailos welcomed us when we arrived and is just the loveliest person, although all the staff were extremely friendly and courteous throughout the stay. The room was quite basic and a bit of a struggle if you're working while away as the table is quite small but it was very clean and comfortable. There are 3 restaurants on site, we had heard the Italian was the best but that was our least favourite of the 3 (maybe we just ordered wrong), both La Graciosa (local cuisine) and Samira (middle-eastern) were impeccable. We used the buffet on two evenings and felt that was the only part of the stay that didn't feel up to the 5* rating; it was a typical buffet with things being a bit cold and not a huge selection but overall we were happy with the stay and felt the all-inclusive aspect to be well worth the cost.

This rebranding has pluses and minuses. The rooms are great but I’m not a huge fan of all inclusive. The food options at dinner were not very varied. The speciality restaurants were Greek/Middle Eastern which was good, Italian - ok not great and Canadian which we didn’t try. I love this hotel but the food is not 5 star hope it improves

Très bon établissement Le cadre était magnifique , les chambres étaient spacieuses , la cuisine était très bonne et variée Le personnel vraiment très pro ( Marcos du ginger bar était très agréable ) Cependant un petit bémol mérite d’être mentionné Il aurait été appréciable que l’hôtel nous propose les activités extérieur offertes comme mentionné sur l’application ( mirador del rio et jardins des cactus ) cela aurait permis aux clients de profiter pleinement de toutes les expériences disponible . Malgré cela notre séjour a été mémorable et je recommande vivement cet établi à tous ceux qui cherchent à se détendre dans un cadre idyllique .

Dining options were excellent and food was of a high standard Our room was very comfortable - particularly as our balcony faced the sun - not all do as we heard from other guests. Pools were not heated so with the windy weather and the slightly lower temperatures not much swimming took place. It is worth bearing in mind that Reserve guests have access to a pool, lounge and other facilities which other guests don’t Booking dinner proved problematic (although the buffet option was always available) and sitting up til midnight to grab an online reservation became a nuisance. WiFi was slightly odd with much dropping out and signing on - but not a major issue. We would stay here again.

My friends & I came for a relaxing break just to spend time with each other, decompress & relieve stress. We were able to do that here because the ambiance allows for it. All the neutral tones provide that calming feeling you'd want. The crowd is more...mature. Many were the basic European couple or family & it looked like they were of retirement age. As an observation, there weren't very many of us mixed variety guest in the 30's range aside from us & a speckle of others. However, we weren't going for a party scene & we had each other so it wasn't a big deal. Many nights they had a live band & the Entertainment Coordinator was great at hyping up the crowd to dance & enjoy the vibes. There are three restaurants that require reservations so make those in advance if you can. Also be mindful that La Graciosa has a tasting menu for dinner. The all you can eat had a pretty decent turnover of new food being replaced when it first opens but when they're about to close thats when you see the dregs of what's left. If I had to complain about that it would be some of the meats could be a bit more seasoned (more of a preference issue) & I would have wished they had longer time slots for each meal session instead of feeling rushed. I knocked off a star for the service is because: 1) we were not provided the rooms we requested but they tried to compensate by giving us access to both rooms. 2) We didn't get quality CS from Rafael at the Shack. I had to go request for it. We'd return though

Magnifique, établissement. D’une propreté. Impeccable. Avec un personnel souriant et agréable. Une Qualité de nourriture parfaite. Beaucoup de raffinement. C’est l’endroit idéal pour se reposer. Très calme. La promenade au bord de mer qui mêle paysage et shopping est très agréable. Le point négatif reste probablement cette jolie piscine d’eau salée qui n’est absolument pas chauffée. Et comme Lanzarote est une île où il y a beaucoup de vent. Se baigner relève du courage ! Mais les transats en quantité suffisante, vous permettent néanmoins de passer un bon moment, en sirotant des cocktails délicieux! à recommander pour un séjour relax et de haut standing. Cet hôtel nous a été vendu comme étant sur une plage de sable blanc avec transats, parasols et serviettes de plage. Et, si l'hôtel est très bien, il n'y avait absolument pas de plage !!! Nous avons été reçu sur place par une manager qui était désolée mais que c'était la description d'Expédia qui était fausse, qu'eux n'y étaient pour rien ! Qui a raison ? Mais nous, nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour sa plage et même s'il est vraiment très bien, nous sommes très déçu des arguments de vente du descriptif fait par Expédia, ils sont faux et mensongers…

Nice hotel well situated on the beach. the weak was the pool which was not heated asd thus impossible to use ! first time in the Canaries Islands with a none heated pool (in a 5 stars hotel) The food was not at the right level and the buffet was not very varied and everything was cold We tried 1 of the special restaurant : La graciosa : Service was poor and the food really not good ! A good point : the Gym was very well equiped and very well situated on the beach. i took some personnal coach sessions which were very cool

A quality hotel, with great amenities and a modernised look. Lovely rooms that are spacious and comfortable. There’s a very large lounge bar area and main restaurant. The all-inclusive dining offered great food and drink options, and the main restaurant food choice was extensive and a really good quality. Nice hotel well situated on the beach. the weak was the pool which was not heated asd thus impossible to use ! first time in the Canaries Islands with a none heated pool (in a 5 stars hotel) The food was not at the right level and the buffet was not very varied and everything was cold We tried 1 of the special restaurant : La graciosa : Service was poor and the food really not good ! A quality hotel, with great amenities and a modernised look. Lovely rooms that are spacious and comfortable. There’s a very large lounge bar area and main restaurant. The all-inclusive dining offered great food and drink options, and the main restaurant food choice was extensive and a really good quality. The pool and the gym were excellent and there were several options for activities at both. Seemed to be a good location with a walkway by the beach immediately behind the hotel, although we only left once or twice as we had everything we needed at the hotel.

We upgraded to a junior suite which made our stay. Staff are really friendly and everything was spotless. Although there were always sun beds available we noticed people had their favourite spot by the pool so would often ‘save’ their sun beds from early in the day. Food was very nice although a bit repetitive.

Being honest, we had wanted a short trip where we could soak up some sun (being from the UK) and didn't have to leave the property we were staying in, eventually we landed on Paradisus and I'm so glad we did. The hotel is beautiful, very unique architecture and well maintained, it definitely has 'wow' factor. The large pool area is immaculate as well as being lovely and quiet (probably down to it being January but the fact that it's adults only didn't hurt). There is have beautiful live music playing during some meal-times, during the day and entertainment in the evenings which adds to the relaxing ambiance of the hotel. Dailos welcomed us when we arrived and is just the loveliest person, although all the staff were extremely friendly and courteous throughout the stay. The room was quite basic and a bit of a struggle if you're working while away as the table is quite small but it was very clean and comfortable. There are 3 restaurants on site, we had heard the Italian was the best but that was our least favourite of the 3 (maybe we just ordered wrong), both La Graciosa (local cuisine) and Samira (middle-eastern) were impeccable. We used the buffet on two evenings and felt that was the only part of the stay that didn't feel up to the 5* rating; it was a typical buffet with things being a bit cold and not a huge selection but overall we were happy with the stay and felt the all-inclusive aspect to be well worth the cost.

This rebranding has pluses and minuses. The rooms are great but I’m not a huge fan of all inclusive. The food options at dinner were not very varied. The speciality restaurants were Greek/Middle Eastern which was good, Italian - ok not great and Canadian which we didn’t try. I love this hotel but the food is not 5 star hope it improves

The staff can’t do enough for you, they accommodated my wife’s dairy intolerance allowing her to enjoy the dining experiences. The gym is of a really high standard - especially for a hotel gym. The amenities in the room are amazing, from flip flops to a beach bag. The room was always clean to a high standard. I wish the parasols around the pool area (we sat in the reserve area) were of a better standard as we had to keep annoying the lovely man by the pool to keep putting it up for us. The all inclusive package is outstanding. So many lovely places to sit and chill (and hide from the windy weather), we always felt we had enough space to relax and enjoy a drink. A huge shout out to Rahul. We look forward to coming back.

Had an amazing 8 night stay recently. Food (both buffet and a la carte restaurants) were excellent. Every member of staff from welcome, management, bar, buffet, pool and cleaning were gracious, friendly and incredibly welcoming. The WhatsApp ability to talk to the hotel without having to visit a reception was excellent - very fast replies too! The only gap from here compared to the Adults Only Melia we stayed in Tenerife is the Reserve Pool was freezing - Tenerife had some heating which really took the edge off it such that my wife would get in - she refused in Paradisus as a result which was sad. Everything was clean and well maintained, there's a very small beach directly behind the resort if you want to pop out - just mind out when it's windy, as it DOES get windy. Would happily return in future, very much recommended (although we do tend to vary our locations for our winter sun break)
