Vi har varit där 3 ggr. och det har tagits bort personal - primärt märks detta i "matsalen". De hinner inte duka av och det springer runt en mycket stressad personal. . Trots att de ställer iordning solstolar m.m. Likaså sköts inte underhållet med fasad, trappor, städar inte poolområdet. Mycket sitter löst, så som kontakter, lamphållare etc. Stod samma använda glas lite här och där vid poolområdet under de tio dagar vi var där (verkar vara brist på pengar trots att detta nog var ett riktigt ståtligt bygge när det byggdes). Solsängar - en stor del är riktigt ofräscha! Mindre matutbud än förr - men fortfarande mer än nog och bra (stor del för at tvi åkte tillbaka)! Bra viner för detta koncept. Bra rumsstädning! Sedan har vi det där med andra gäster (utan att låta som tråkig gubbe) - Trötta tyskar som inte vet vad kö är och föräldrar som låter släppa allt lös. men det är som vanligt alltså! Slutsats: Bra hotell generellt, extra för bra mat/dryck och strandnära!

We are extremely happy with our stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the ladies at the reception, who were always kind and welcoming. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and there was a great variety to choose from. The snack bar also offered an excellent selection throughout the day. The hotel is located right next to a beautiful beach with direct access from the resort, which was a huge advantage. Our room was modern, spacious, and spotless, just like the entire resort. Everything was kept exceptionally clean. We would especially like to thank the staff for their outstanding care and kindness. We were travelling with insulin and needed to freeze the cooling packs for our travel container. After asking if this would be possible, they went above and beyond by bringing a refrigerator with a freezer compartment directly to our room. This thoughtful gesture made our trip so much more comfortable, and we truly appreciated it. This hotel is perfect for families with children. There are plenty of activities, including a foam party in the children's pool, a large inflatable obstacle course in the pool, daily entertainment, mini golf, a padel court, a beach volleyball court, a football pitch, outdoor barbecue events, and many other attractions. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

The hotel is spacious, no feeling of crowd, plenty of loungers available. We had all inclusive, plenty of tasty food, no issues at all in the large buffet restaurant
