Stayed here as a mid point for our final destination. The hotel was very well priced and the fact that breakfast was included was an even bigger draw. Breakfast was hot, plentiful and there were options to suit all preferences. Kids loved the pool area. The rooms were spacious, clean and best of all quiet! Check in was simple and quick-all facilitated by friendly staff.

The pool room was freezing. The outside door and metal ceiling vent were covered in frosty ice. I noticed they had an industrial fan trying to melt the ice. The heat from the hot tub created a deep fog in the room and we couldn’t see our kids in the pool. It was weird!

Was a basic hotel. Nothing special. Food was left in the fridge from the last person staying there..not sure how thorough the rooms get cleaned. Been to way nicer hotels for the same price. Prob won’t stay here again.

The Hotel is nice, but the room was pretty dirty, the couch had some food and red substance splattered across the side, there were numerous hairs of various sizes all over the bed and thermostat only worked for 15 minute periods and required me to walk up to it and touch it to get shocked before it would turn back on again. The pool and hot tub were great, but there appeared to have been severe water damage at some point

The room they gave us did not have a working AC which we didn't discover until well into bedtime thinking it would just take a little bit to cool down. They did listen to our complaint and moved us to a room where it worked. Normally I wouldn't mind this, but it's the peak of summer and they should've made sure the AC was working first before making the room available.

Check in and check out went very smooth. Convenient to have a nearby restaurant and shopping. Despite there being 5 pillows they were super flat. Glass door on the bedroom doesn't provide any privacy when sharing the room with others. Overall it met our needs and was fine for what we needed.

We were surprised that during our six night stay, housekeeping never came. We had to go to the front desk and inquire why on the third day and ask for more Kleenex and towels. We were told that their policy is to only clean the room once we check out.

Was not satisfied with the room location. We were located as far away from the front door as you could get, top floor and all the way to the end of the hallway. We’re seniors and we had a good room the last time we were there. The desk person didn’t seem to be very concerned about our problems.

Our one night stay was just ok. All started out bad - my husband got locked in the room and I was locked out. The key/door swipe electronics was jammed or not functioning and why he couldn’t get out. Front desk man tried helping out and it continued to malfunction. We now had to wait for a maintenance man to take the door handle and stuff apart. A real inconvenience and especially after a 11 hour drive and no dinner. The maintenance man was helpful and quite pleasant. We now had to pack our things again as we needed to move rooms. While this isn’t their fault, it was still a real inconvenience and something that was concerning should an emergency had occurred. Anyway, perhaps this is an indication of the age of the hotel and things. Rooms appear clean but they are really seeing their age. The room had a feeling of dampness and the carpets are quite dirty. The bed was not the most comfortable and the noise from the floor above was quite noticeable. The In room coffee was horrible, if you are a person who likes having a cup of coffee first thing. However the coffee offered with the breakfast was good. Breakfast was ok, but not like what we are used to at holiday inn express and suites. The lady working the breakfast area was quite pleasant. Regrettably we wouldn’t stay here again, not when our usual hotel was at the same price, however we this time we choose this one due to its location and it had a fairly high rating.

The bed was not the most comfortable and the noise from the floor above was quite noticeable. The In room coffee was horrible, if you are a person who likes having a cup of coffee first thing. However the coffee offered with the breakfast was good. Breakfast was ok, but not like what we are used to at holiday inn express and suites. The lady working the breakfast area was quite pleasant. Regrettably we wouldn’t stay here again, not when our usual hotel was at the same price, however we this time we choose this one due to its location and it had a fairly high rating.

Wonderful stay. Comfy rooms. Friendly staff. Fitness center did not have any hand weights which I would have likes but did have treadmill and stepper. Restaurant across parking lot was great and convenient. Would stay here again.

The staff went above and beyond. Great environment and the breakfast was perfect. A variety of choices on the breakfast.would definitely recommend and I would stay there again.
