Days Inn by Wyndham Amherst OH - Near Cleveland Cedar Point & Lake Erie

Desayuno malo, mal estado de las habitación y además, nos cobraron $20 por ensuciar una toalla con sangre, que fue bien poca y eso requiere limpieza. No entiendo, es la primera vez que pasa esto. Jamás me hospedaría en ese hotel. Aparte que el personal pésimo

Mal olor y muy caro por la mal limpieza

La habitación no estaba limpia. Olor a cigarrillo. La luz del baño no funciona y la bañera está tapada. Desayuno no tenían huevos. Los áreas verdes y el estacionamiento están limpios. El personal muy amable. Gracias

If I could give this no stars I would. We booked the room while we were at a concert and was unable to get there until 230 in the morning due to the concert and the traffic. When we got there the front desk clerk stated that she was just about to cancel our non refundable room and give it to someone else since it was the last room she had. We finally got in our room and it was disgusting. No toilet paper, hair in our beds, dirty towel hanging on the back of the door, mold and mildew in the air conditioner, no comforters and no phone to call front desk to complain. The pillows were mini flat pillows. Breakfast was a joke. The juice machine was out of order, had a gallon and a half of milk with rings around the top, the cereal was stale and the jelly for the toast was spoiled and the apples were bruised and bad. That was the extent of their breakfast. For 80 to 100 a night you would think they would do a better job at cleaning and make some sort of an effort for breakfast. I was very disappointed and extremely upset. Also the room next to us played loud music ALL night and kept banging on the walls. No compensation what so ever. The front desk lady said I should have called down. I advised her there was no phone in the room and she said I could have came to the front desk to let her know. Yes but it was 3 in the morning I would have had to walk out of my building and we were extremely exhausted after driving 5hrs for the concert and another he for the room afterwards. Ugh
