To start the hallway to the room smelt like cat pee and it was very strong odor. Room had spider webs in all the corners the toilet made a noise for a few minutes after every flush. Weird noises in the walls that kept us up all night. Left over food from previous guests were also found in our room. The tv didnt work and my sheets werent that clean. Found a few bugs in the room. Overall terrible room cleaning service and for a place that looks like it was renovated it was truly not a good room. Very disappointed in my stay.

The woman that checked us in was lovely. She explained that we couldn't have the room we booked because of main issues so we had two double beds instead of two kings. No problem. The room was very large. The room was filthy. There were bugs on the walls and ones that came out at night crawling on the bathroom countertop. There was no place to hang clothes. There was an iron and filthy ironing board that no one would use. The room smelled so bad that neither of us could sleep. We even sprayed some aromatherapy spray that we had in our car. Nothing worked. The mattresses were filthy with cigarette burns and one was so stained that we just had to put it out our minds. We tried to find another hotel, but the surrounding 30 miles was booked solid. I have pictures of all the broken doors and junk lying around the place. There is nothing. No ice. No vending machines. It looks like a rundown prison. Nothing has been painted in years. The headboards are for bigger beds. The room didn't even have a trash can. I don't know how this place can keep its Wyndham flag or how hotels.com is representing this abysmal horror show. In the morning, the front desk person was so rude to us and acted as if we were trying to rob the place when we asked for a discount because we didn't get the room that we booked. He eventually gave us 20 percent off, but this was not a room for over 100 dollars. This place is really, really awful. Except for the front desk lady and the size of the rooms. It could be
