Suburban Studios Denver Central-Arvada

The suburban studios is a very roach infested hotel if I could upload the videos I would the hotel is horrible there are stains all over the floors it always has horrible smells the roaches come out and visit you by the elevator and anywhere else me and my child were take it to the hospital for the rotanfestation that we had no acknowledgment of until staff got there Marsha &Leah. They falsify information in court saying that they are owners of sandpiper however they are not owners of sandpiper nor is Leah or Marsha a regional manager they have your car's towed just because they don't know that you purchased a vehicle because you weren't able to get tags the same day they are very rude they even disrespected my 12 year oldchild Marsha did and from that point on I as a mother bear became in defense for my cub the lights in the parking lot they don't stay on the cameras don't work and if they do Marsha will say that she has no access to them and there's nothing she can do. there are a lot of break-ins in the parking lot the homeless people walk across the parking lot all time is very trashy you have leaks from the ceiling and the elevator breaks down every 2 months and it's down for like 5 months at a time the hotel from 2022 and this hotel now it is horrible I do not recommend it for a family vacation or anywhere I do recommend the extended stay not in Aurora off of East Harvard. I do recommend the extended stay off centennial or any of the InTown suites and woodspring suites

The rooms advertised is not what we were given upon arrival.

I like the gym

Booked this room via Hotels dot com. Arrived for my stay at 1:20 am after a 26 hour travel day, and arrived to hotel to find the doors locked. Called the number on the window and was told “they tried to reach me” (I had no missed calls, emails, voice mails or otherwise) and that my room had been given away/was unavailable. Do not book at this hotel if you’re planning to show up after 11pm. I’m still fighting to have my money reimbursed because of this; cost me extra time and money in travel and also paid for a room I was denied access to. ZERO STARS. Hope management sees this.

Very small lobby area. The lobby also always has this funk to it like food and mildew had a baby. The staff was friendly at least at first. The room has many many burn marks and the walls were dirty and streaked. My first issue outside of the cleanliness was that the room had no remote for the tv. Then they gave me a remote that didn’t work. Then they found a remote that worked but there were literally only a handful of channels that actually worked. I did Not feel safe leaving my car in the parking lot. I am Very glad they put me away from the elevator as it is very loud. This was a genuinely bad experience and had i anywhere else to stay i would Have left. I did not see any bed bugs but the mattress was so stained and gross i went To Walmart and bought a cheap mattress topper thing. I wont Be returning. And i feel Extremely itchy all over my body.
