This is a quiet, independent three-story reinforced concrete residence without an elevator, located in a peaceful residential area between three stations in Tokyo: Keisei-Sekiya, Ushida Station and Kita-senju Station. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to Keisei-Sekiya and Ushida Station, and 14 minutes to Kita-senju Station, ensuring convenient transportation. From Narita Airport, you can take the Keisei Line directly to Keisei-Sekiya; (for limited express trains, transfer at Takasago or Aoto Station within the platform, with a total journey of about 1 hour.)Haneda Airport is also reachable in about 1 hour by train or bus. The rooms are decorated in a minimalist Japanese style and covered with free Wi-Fi. Each unit is fully private and equipped with: a compact kitchen, private bathroom, air conditioner, induction cooker, mini refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, clothes hangers and hair dryer. We provide towels and bath towels (one set per person) as well as toiletries (including toothbrushes, 2-in-1 shampoo and body wash, razors, etc.). For stays of multiple days, please bring your own daily consumables. Extra fees apply for towel replacement.Additional fees are required if you request room cleaning during your stay. The entrance hall is equipped with the following items (please return them to their original places after use): first-aid kit, iron, ironing board, electronic scale, umbrellas and shoehorns. Important Notice Due to the limited size of the rooms and the need to climb stairs to the 2nd and 3rd floors, guests with large or heavy luggage are not advised to book. A free shared washing machine is available on the rooftop, where you can enjoy a distant view of the Tokyo Skytree light show at night.(Clothes washing and drying are not possible on rainy days. There is a coin-operated self-service laundromat a 2-minute walk away, offering quick washing and drying services.) Luggage Storage Policy - Free luggage storage service is available from 11:00 a.m. onwards.- Free storage for checked-out luggage is available until 4:00 p.m.- Please keep valuables with you at all times.- An additional cash fee will be charged for storage exceeding the free time limit.
