We had a wonderful time in Old Town Bluffton. This property was ver clean, had everything we needed, very responsive, and convenient location. We actually enjoyed the music coming from the bar downstairs, but we knew that was the case and they were down by 10pm. Parking was sometimes harder to find, but again we knew this when we booked this property. I would do it again, especially since we were all adults.

The property was located right on the main strip near bars, restaurants, shops and walking distance to parks, the water, etc. It was much bigger than we expected, and truly a wonderful stay. Our one and only note is that on Saturday night there was loud live music directly outside our home until 9:30PM which was a little tough with the babies going to bed. Luckily for us we had no trouble finding parking, but in busier seasons you may have difficulty as it's first come first serve in an area where many might be coming to shop, eat, etc. Grocery stores were a quick 6 min drive, and Hilton Head Beaches were only 10ish mins away. We also spent time in Palmetto Bluff (20 mins away) and Savannah GA (35 mins). Lovely visit!

I am in love with Old Town Bluffton! The location was great, close to shops and great restaurants. We loved walking around and exploring this cute town. The food was great, live music was a bonus! The townhouse was perfect, has all amenities you need for a weeks stay. Very clean and nicely decorated. The porch on the third level was great for playing games at night. The porch on the second floor was nice for listening to the live music while swinging. My husband and I plan on bringing my daughter back and grandchildren next summer. I will definitely try and get the same townhouse, everything was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better trip! ❤️

We loved this townhouse!! The only teeny tiny thing to mention: the lock is very challenging and took us about 20 minutes to get into the unit the first night at 1am when we got into South Carolina. We also got locked INSIDE the townhouse because the lock was so tricky. After you get the hang of it, it's totally fine. But it definitely takes some getting used to! Read the manual when you get into the house -- it will help you tremendously to figure out the balcony doors, entryway, etc.

Great location in old town Bluffton!! There were delicious restaurants within walking distance which was nice and convenient ! The only real issue we had was the door lock..it took us 15 minutes to get into the townhouse when we arrived. It was very frustrating. There has to be easier ways to access the townhouse. Also having an assigned parking spot near the townhouse would be nice especially when you have luggage and stuff. Another suggestion would be to have tv’s in the 2 bedrooms.

The property is well maintained, clean and adequately equiped. However, it is not clear in the listing that this property is upstairs with no access to an elevator. It was difficult for us (we are in our 70's) to get our luggage upstairs. There is an elevator of sorts that we could have used to send our luggage up the stairs, however, this was not available to us. Parking is a nightmare. The listing did say, "parking is first come" which we now know is it's at a premium. If you move your car, that space is not availale when you return. This property is not for any individual who has any disability or unalbe to climb stairs, carrying luggage upstairs. I would not have booked this property if I had known all the details I have shared.

This was our second trip to Bluffton and our second stay at this great villa on the Promenade. Great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Location is about 20 minutes to any of the beaches on Hilton Head Island. The place is VERY spacious and for the most part quiet. The outdoor seating options are wonderful and our family enjoyed the cooler evenings with dinner together. My only suggestions would be to add some USB/alternative charging ports for the bedrooms. A Keurig coffee maker would be a great addition as well. Overall, this place is a cannot miss - love to visit again sometime in the future!

This is one of my all time most favorite places my husband and I have rented. Just fabulous. The inside feels upscale, comfortable, clean and taken care of. We loved having the balconies to overlook the happenings! I was worried about being on a street, but it’s more like a small town, and the street isn’t used for a through-way for main traffic. Noise was never a problem for us & I am sensitive to such things. The master bedroom looks out to a natural area so it feels so tucked away in such a central location. The bed was very comfortable.We have family that lives in Bluffton and will highly recommend anyone visiting them about this place. We hope to stay there again in the future.An absolute jem. We loved it.

Place was very clean. It is in a busy area with loud music but quiet at night. Believe all the good reviews. There was no snorer next door. Would definitely stay here again but without kids next time. A dresser would be useful in the mbr at least and a TV.

This townhouse is beautifully decorated with lots of charm. Many restaurants close by. One restaurant is right next door and they have live music that shuts off right around 9pm. Never bothered us and we enjoyed sitting on our porch listening to it. The beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was so clean. Lots of square footage for our family of 4. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the property three nights, but wish it was longer! Located within walking distance from a few great restaurants and fun shops. About 30 minute drive to Caligny Beach on Hilton Head Island (highly recommended). Kids loved their own floor upstairs and was very clean and cozy place. Great time and hope to be back again!!

We really enjoyed the accommodations and where it was located. Great location for those interested in Bluffton and surrounding areas. It was a modern place and very clean with lots of room and we loved the front balcony.

Overall our stay was pleasant. It was clean and had everything we needed. The variety of restaurants, shops, and coffee shops was great. There were just a couple things that were not ideal. The live music on Friday and Saturday night was extremely loud. We enjoyed it for a bit, but then it increased in volume about the time we were ready to sleep. I recommend bringing earplugs. The other issue was that the cleaner(s) next door vacuumed at 9:30pm one night and it was really loud when I was trying to sleep. (We are early to bed and early risers.)
Overall our stay was pleasant. It was clean and had everything we needed. The variety of restaurants, shops, and coffee shops was great. There were just a couple things that were not ideal. Long weekend with friends. Location next to Calhoun's which has great food. Right in the middle of everything. Walking distance to all the great restaurants/bars in Old Town. Personal favorites are Sippin Cow, Local Pie, Calhoun's and Nectar. Pearl and Bluffton room are a bit more upscale. Due to it's great location, it can be noisy in the condo until about 10pm if there is live music but it quiets down quickly.

The bed was very comfortable.We have family that lives in Bluffton and will highly recommend anyone visiting them about this place. We hope to stay there again in the future.An absolute jem. This is one of my all time most favorite places my husband and I have rented. Just fabulous. The inside feels upscale, comfortable, clean and taken care of. We loved having the balconies to overlook the happenings! I was worried about being on a street, but it’s more like a small town, and the street isn’t used for a through-way for main traffic. Noise was never a problem for us & I am sensitive to such things. The master bedroom looks out to a natural area so it feels so tucked away in such a central location. The bed was very comfortable.We have family that lives in Bluffton and will highly recommend anyone visiting them about this place. We hope to stay there again in the future.An absolute jem. We loved it.

We had an amazing time exploring Old Town Bluffton from this beautiful, .well appointed, and comfortable villa. There is so much to enjoy in very easy walking distance. We definitely want to come back!!!!

We really enjoyed the accommodations and where it was located. Great location for those interested in Bluffton and surrounding areas. It was a modern place and very clean with lots of room and we loved the front balcony.

We had a wonderful time in Old Town Bluffton. This property was ver clean, had everything we needed, very responsive, and convenient location. We actually enjoyed the music coming from the bar downstairs, but we knew that was the case and they were down by 10pm. Parking was sometimes harder to find, but again we knew this when we booked this property. I would do it again, especially since we were all adults.

The property was located right on the main strip near bars, restaurants, shops and walking distance to parks, the water, etc. It was much bigger than we expected, and truly a wonderful stay. Our one and only note is that on Saturday night there was loud live music directly outside our home until 9:30PM which was a little tough with the babies going to bed. Luckily for us we had no trouble finding parking, but in busier seasons you may have difficulty as it's first come first serve in an area where many might be coming to shop, eat, etc. Grocery stores were a quick 6 min drive, and Hilton Head Beaches were only 10ish mins away. We also spent time in Palmetto Bluff (20 mins away) and Savannah GA (35 mins). Lovely visit!

We had such a comfortable stay at this beautiful unit. The condo had everything we could possibly need. The location was hard to beat being so close to shopping, dining, bars, & the river. We can't wait to return some day!

This was our second trip to Bluffton and our second stay at this great villa on the Promenade. Great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Location is about 20 minutes to any of the beaches on Hilton Head Island. The place is VERY spacious and for the most part quiet. The outdoor seating options are wonderful and our family enjoyed the cooler evenings with dinner together. My only suggestions would be to add some USB/alternative charging ports for the bedrooms. A Keurig coffee maker would be a great addition as well. Overall, this place is a cannot miss - love to visit again sometime in the future!

This is a beautiful condo in Old Town Bluffton, close to shops and restaurants. It was clean and exactly as described. We really loved the porches. It’s a short drive to the beaches on Hilton Head Island. We’ll definitely go back to Bluffton in the future.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to shops and restaurants of quaint Old Town Bluffton. The place was very clean and comfortable, and so nice to come back to after a day of sightseeing. Loved the 2 balconies. We could sit out on them with our own drink and snacks, while listening to the live music next door. The restaurants close down early in town, so it's quiet when you are ready to retire for the night. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location, property was super clean, photos represented it well and it was extremely quiet…you would never know it was located on a street with shops, restaurants and live music going on. Having 3 outdoor patios options was awesome. Shops and restaurants were walkable. Recommend and would stay here again!

Amazing location. Lots of space and comfortable. Walk to everything. Located right above the Calhoun Street Tavern. We found the live entertainment fun and it ended 9PM, so noise wasn’t an issue for us, because we have adult children. Communication excellent. Thank you for an awesome stay!
