Well designed hotel with attractive grounds. Pool areas spacious with plenty of sun beds. Rooms large and comfortable. Staff all very pleasant and helpful. Don’t usually go half board as previous experiences have been bad, but decided to give it another try here - very impressed - good choices/variety and well cooked. Just spent a fantastic 5 days here in Sept 2024. The hotel really is fantastic. The spa (and treatments) is excellent. The two main pools are really big and the pool exercise and fashion shows were really good. The small shops in the hotel were great too. Food/restaurants were brilliant. I really can't recommend the Hotel Cordial Mogán Playa highly enough!

Impressive and large hotel in beautiful grounds. It is big, but well run. Breakfast impressive although busy in large dining area. Room comfy. Staff helpful and friendly. Parking included. Some excellent facilies that are well maintained. Very good value, especially if you find the best deals.

This hotel is a dream. It has everything you can wish for located in a paradise resort. The botanical garden is in itself a marvel surrounding the various swimming pools. There is a gym, bowling alley, diving club, tennis, billiard, hiking on the hill at the back of the hotel with exceptional views. The breakfast buffet is diverse, fresh and even has a gluten free/vegan option with various smoothies. It is close to the beach where you can snorkel among coloured fish in the beautiful Puerto de Mogan. There is entertainment in the evening and various restaurants in the hotel itself. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious with courtyards that have waterfalls, beautiful trees & flowers. The staff are very friendly and professional and you even have free indoor parking. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family as the best hotel on the island.

10 out of 10 for everything. Beautiful surroundings with beautiful well maintained gardens. Amazing breakfasts, the variety was outstanding. Large bedroom and bathroom and we had a balcony. Swimming pool was excellent. Walkable distance to the beach and different restaurants as we went b&b. I did have trouble with a socket in the bedroom and needed some more milk, so I asked about it in reception and before I got back to the room the electrician and the maid were waiting at the door for me! The whole place was clean and staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely going there again .

Hotel staff and cleaners were very friendly. Hotel was very clean apart from cat poo smell by the lifts which is not their fault as they look after the stray cats there. Hotel room was so lovely with balcony with green grass and facing the pool, I felt very lucky to have the room although I paid for the cheapest with Expedia Vitality discount. I enjoy sitting on the balcony reading as I like my space, felt perfect. My only dislike, and pet hate are buffets where people are fighting for the food. I went to the buffet helping my 80 year old mother that can not walk well or see well. People were pushing. I hated going to dinner and found myself regretting going half board. The restaurants by the beach are only 10 min walk with fresh fish and drinks and wonderful service. The hotel needs to do something about the buffet, one reason I would not go to that hotel again. But I would consider Cordial self catering apartments.

O Hotel é incrível, a localização é excelente, o cafe da manhã é perfeito, o jantar também foi de alta qualidade com grandes variedades. O Hotel no geral é muito limpo e organizado. The lady at the reception (Rachel) was very polite, professional and helpful. She informed us that we could still go and have our dinner in the restaurant which was very much appreciated after a whole day travelling. I asked in advance for a quiet room on a high floor and we were given an amazing room in block 4 on the 4th floor. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, quiet and with a beautiful view of the adults pool. The ladies cleaning the rooms did a fantastic job and they were always polite and with a smile on their faces. The reception area and the hotel grounds including the pool area were impressive and beautifully surrounded by palm trees and other plants. We booked half board and we thoroughly enjoyed the variety of food we had at breakfast and dinner. The hotel is conveniently located within 10 min walk from the beautiful marina and the beach. Overall, this is a luxurious hotel which felt more like a 5-star. All hotel facilities and the customer service were exceptional.

Overall our stay was very good. The breakfasts were excellent- a wonderful selection of good quality food. We did not have evening meal. Everywhere was very clean and the gardens full of exotic plants. The rooms were spacious, but were dated and ready for redecoration. The bed linen was good, but the towels were well past their best. We were surprised by the fact that we had to pay for a safety deposit box, something not encountered before - another niggle! The pro exceeded the cons and we would return.

Solo trip having stayed at the hotel many times pre covid. Fantastic hotel in a great location. Fabulous pools and the whole space is perfect for a holiday. My interaction with all staff was very good. So why not 5 stars.Fridge in room was useless, notbroken but told by staff not designed to make anything cold. I assume to increase drink sales via the hotel. But not to have a working fridge is bonkers.Rooms are now dated so if you want modern I would suggest the radison nearby. My biggest comment though is in relation to customer behaviour. This hotel always provided an upmarket experience but they seem to be now attracting a different audience. Drinking and music by the pool. Certain familiesallowed to dominate the pool environment. Customers wearing vests for dinner. It just wasnt what i had remembered and it did affect my enjoyment of the hotel.

Putroppo le stanze esposte a nord sono poco illuminate e le piscine frequentate da famiglie sono rumorosissime, impossibile riposare di pomeriggio. La sera volumi alti dei locali nei dintorni. Inoltre per mangiare "alla carta" si spende 30 EUR a testa + bere. Non c'è nemmeno la possibilità di scegliere stanza a sud o nord. Puerto Mogan sembrava piu tranquillo e piu spazioso.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable! I loved that the hotel provided wash cloths as well as towels. The hotel also provided shampoo and conditioner. My experience in Spain was that shampoo was usually provided, but sometimes conditioner was not. I did not like the highway traffic noise, but I got used to it. I had no problem sleeping once I considered it white noise.

Hyggelig hotell som er laget som en slags landsby med masse fin beplanting rundt. God mat og hyggelig betjening. Det som trekker ned er at mange av terrassene ikke har sol i det hele tatt ila. dagen (jeg var der i juleferien). I tillegg er det få plasser rundt bassengene som har sol hele dagen fordi det er så mange palmer som skygger for solen. Fører til at man må flytte rundt og lete etter solplass. Skal du ha noen av de beste solstolene med sol hele dagen (kun få av disse), måtte man komme før kl 8.00. Romslige og rene rom, men lytt mellom rommene.

Erg goed hotel. De tweede dag echter kregen we waterinsijpeling door het plafond. De klusdienst hakte een gat in het plafond. Als ons badmateriaal was nat en vies. Het heeft veel moeite gekost om enige compensatie te krijgen. Wel werd ons een nieuwe kamer toegewezen en kregen we een voucher voor een diner voor 5 personen in het hotelrestaurant. Een povere compensatie voor de ongemakken. Een voucher voor een nieuw verblijf was toch het minimum vind ik.

Et flott hotell med alle fasiliteter, men som dessverre har noen minussider. Flere av servicepersonelle har meget liten engelskkunnskaper og ingen av poolrestaurantene hadde enkle lunchretter, så det ble noen turer til byen og på Spar for noe enkelt og vi var defintivt ikke alene om å mene dette.

Hotel generally well kept, good size rooms, with balcony (we were in a pool view) It’s large property amongst tropical gardens - you could almost get lost walking around! Plenty of facilities, more than we would need. Breakfast was very good, the choice was vast and fresh. (We did have dinner there so can’t comment) The staff are friendly and helpful. Great stay with friends.

Hôtel exceptionnel, parc tropical incroyable et architecture des bâtiments très typique et harmonieuse. Personnel chaleureux et la nourriture est très bonne et variée. The accommodation was clean & comfortable. The staff in the hotel were friendly. The breakfast was amazing ! We didnt have dinner as the nearby restaurants and bars offered a good selection of food. The pool was lovely clean & tidy. The sun loungers very comfortable. The position of our room was at the back of hotel so meant we didnt get any sun on the balcony' next time would remember to select a room overlooking the pool

På et såpass stort sted burde det vært et utvalg av flere sukkerfrie desserter, evt deserter uten tilsatt sukker. Frukt blir litt kjedelig, og spesialbestillinger er ikke noen god løsning. Når cruiseselskapene klarer dette for langt færre gjester til middag burde hotellet også klare det.
