Sleep Inn & Suites Port Charlotte-Punta Gorda

Air Conditioner never cooled room. Handicap Accessible bathroom with built in bench in tub did not have hand held shower. No bath mat. Room on top floor.

So the Staff was very friendly! Room was clean but no water pressure and bathroom shower area was in need of some repairs. The wash machine worked but no dryer, we had to pay to go to a laundromat, we also could not use the printer as it was not working either. So we had to pay to go to staples and use their computer and printer. So i ranked hood because room was clean staff was friendly, otherwise it would of been ok due to the lack of working amenities

clean room staff was great breakfast was great parking is free

Very clean, staff was very friendly and the location was very convenient.
