Great hotel with excellent amenities.

Water was leaking out from behind the kitchen sink, all over the counter and on all of our stuff. (We didn’t notice this until 6am the next morning. Heat was also not working in the bed area, we had a baby with us and he was cold so we had to move him into the kitchen area to sleep. Hotel manager only offered us a lunch as compensation. Constant noise from the room above like someone was jumping around at all hours. Manager said he couldn’t refund us due to the fact that we paid on a 3rd party website. Probably won’t be coming back. For the price we paid, we could’ve went to a way better hotel.

No air conditioning for the building just portable ones. I room was 27 degrees when we got in. Stifling. Changed rooms and it was just the same. The makeshift air conditioner was a cut out in the sliding door which meant the door couldn’t open of close and all it would take was someone to push it through and come in. Plus wide open for bugs to come in. Apparently we are not the first to complain as to the lack of air conditioning but appears the owners done care to invest in proper air conditioning for the hotel. Yet they charge enough. Bathroom was stained and not well kept. Disappointing overall but the pool area was decent and the kids had fun
