My family (3 adult children and my husband and I) came for a week. The house is absolutely beautiful!! It was just like the pictures but the view is even more breathtaking!! Melbourne is a cute little town (but an hour and a half from Orlando, so keep that in mind). The beach access is so convenient and we had a blast! (The house has everything you could possibly want for the beach so don't stress about packing anything for your days in the sand!) The owners were so helpful and made themselves very available if we had any questions. They gave suggestions for what to do for some activities and even ordered us some special red flashlights so we could go look at hatching turtles!! It was an amazing stay!!

Thank you for sharing your home. We had a great stay and enjoyed the townhouse. The view is wonderful and the beach is perfect…many shells and birds to watch. It was a little early for the turtles but we did spot a dolphin in the river at sunset. We also had the perfect view for a SpaceX launch. We appreciated the amenities and little extras. We will stay here again if/when we return to the area.

We loved the location, the view of the ocean, the sound of the surf and the amenities. The place is very clean and updated just like in the photos. The hosts provided snacks and beverages for our arrival, plenty of beach towels, lots of beach chairs, toys, boogeyboards and 2 surf boards that we used. The washer and dryer were new, the A/C worked well and it was an amazing place to relax and enjoy walks on the beach, meals on the balconies, playing in the surf, and enjoying everything the Space coast has to offer.

The place is exactly as advertised. This is our second time staying here. The sound and view of the ocean from the balcony is amazing. The kitchen is well stocked. The place is very clean. Easy access to the beach right behind you. We have never seen more than a handful of people within view when on the beach. Just a great place for us to relax, getaway and just enjoy.

We enjoyed our time at the beach house. It was clean, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax after several days at Disney World. The kitchen was fully equipped, and it was a nice touch leaving a bottle of wine and snacks. We loved the master suites. Or son really enjoyed having his own master suite. 😊 It was an awesome location, you could walk right out on the beach. There was a beautiful view of the water. It was very relaxing hearing the sound of the ocean. It’s always a plus when there’s a washer and dryer available. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay for the whole family.

Very nice place! We appreciated all of the amenities. The closeness to and the privacy of the beach were just what we were looking for. Our girls enjoyed having their own space. The second master was a huge hit. And the balcony views of the sunrise were fantastic. Thank you!

My family and I visited in early August. Due to the location of the townhome, the private access beach, and the snowbirds all being up North, we had the beach all to ourselves. The ocean was beautiful shades of turquoise and aqua blue. We were lucky enough to witness sea turtles laying their eggs and hatchlings making their journey to the ocean! The pictures in the listing accurately represent the space and decor. We had extended family visiting for a day and we had plenty of space to entertain in the spacious living room with an incredible view. The unit was well-stocked and met all of our needs. I only wish we could have stayed longer, we would definitely rent again.

Loved this rental so much! Everything you needed was at the home! Even things we didn't know we needed! The home was exactly as pictured. The owners were very helpful with any questions we had and answered promptly. The beach was right outside and the beach was gorgeous and private. Definitely would stay there again!

We absolutely loved this beautiful beachfront home. It is as beautiful as the photos and wonderfully stocked with everything you could need for your vacation. The house has spectacular views over the beach for sunrises and sunsets. We saw dolphins, many pelicans and other water birds. The beach is very clean and not busy. We highly recommend this property and will definitely go back.

We have found our forever vacation rental on the East Coast. Melbourne Beach is lovely but this condo tops the cake! Multi-level condo makes it great for Families with adult children. We visited with our adult daughters and their friends and we had so much privacy. The beach is literally right in the back yard. The cleanliness, layout, and comfort of this condo was top notch. We seen baby turtles, mama turtles, rays jumping from the water, dolphins all steps from the condo. The beach was empty! The privacy was wonderful! The condo had everything needed! Just bring your clothes and some food and you’re all set! We will be back to Jim and Barb's beautiful home!

We always love our stay here. The house is right on the beach. Love hearing the sounds of the waves from the living room and downstairs bedroom. The kitchen is stocked, love the kitchen! Our son loves having his own king sized bed and bathroom. So do we! This beach house has been a great place to recover and recharge after our trip to Disney. We love the local cafe. We visit there every time we go back. Love the whole chill vibe of the area! Not as commercial and crowded as some beach towns. We would absolutely come back here to stay at the this house!

We had a wonderful time staying here for Christmas. There were nice touches like a small tree, and some festive decorations. My family of 5 had plenty of room, and we really loved the house and being able to spread out a bit. Kitchen was super well equipped. You cannot beat the view and the location was just right for us! Would 100% stay here again. Thank you so much!

We picked this place to be away from the tourist craziness, the private beach was breathtaking. Our host left snacks, wine, and some chocolates for us. We drove for 16 hours to get there. We all felt like royalty here. There was nothing that we went without. Our host was 100% amazing! If anyone is looking for a breathtaking place to get away and feel like you are secluded from a crowded beach and want a truly relaxing condo this is the place! Love it does not cover it.

We all felt like royalty here. There was nothing that we went without. Our host was 100% amazing! We loved the location, the view of the ocean, the sound of the surf and the amenities. The place is very clean and updated just like in the photos. The hosts provided snacks and beverages for our arrival, plenty of beach towels, lots of beach chairs, toys, boogeyboards and 2 surf boards that we used. The washer and dryer were new, the A/C worked well and it was an amazing place to relax and enjoy walks on the beach, meals on the balconies, playing in the surf, and enjoying everything the Space coast has to offer.

Loved this rental so much! Everything you needed was at the home! Even things we didn't know we needed! The home was exactly as pictured. The owners were very helpful with any questions we had and answered promptly. The beach was right outside and the beach was gorgeous and private. Definitely would stay there again!

We've stayed here every July for six years -- and year seven is already booked. We LOVE it here, and we love our hosts for always doing such an amazing job. This is truly the BEST stay on the beach, anywhere. Thanks Jim and Barbara for another great year! xx

My family (3 adult children and my husband and I) came for a week. The house is absolutely beautiful!! It was just like the pictures but the view is even more breathtaking!! Melbourne is a cute little town (but an hour and a half from Orlando, so keep that in mind). The beach access is so convenient and we had a blast! (The house has everything you could possibly want for the beach so don't stress about packing anything for your days in the sand!) The owners were so helpful and made themselves very available if we had any questions. Perfect location and all the amenities you could need to make it feel like a true home away from home. Our family enjoyed our stay very much with a perfect beach, sea turtle sightings every night and an ice cream place withing walking distance. We even caught 2 rockets taking off from Cape Canaveral that was a total surprise. The heat was excessive, but no one can predict record highs and sticking the beach chairs in the water fixed that right up!

Thank you for sharing your home. We had a great stay and enjoyed the townhouse. The view is wonderful and the beach is perfect…many shells and birds to watch. It was a little early for the turtles but we did spot a dolphin in the river at sunset. We also had the perfect view for a SpaceX launch. We appreciated the amenities and little extras. We will stay here again if/when we return to the area.

The place is exactly as advertised. This is our second time staying here. The sound and view of the ocean from the balcony is amazing. The kitchen is well stocked. The place is very clean. Easy access to the beach right behind you. We have never seen more than a handful of people within view when on the beach. Just a great place for us to relax, getaway and just enjoy.

We have found our forever vacation rental on the East Coast. Melbourne Beach is lovely but this condo tops the cake! Multi-level condo makes it great for Families with adult children. We visited with our adult daughters and their friends and we had so much privacy. The beach is literally right in the back yard. The cleanliness, layout, and comfort of this condo was top notch. We seen baby turtles, mama turtles, rays jumping from the water, dolphins all steps from the condo. The beach was empty! The privacy was wonderful! The condo had everything needed! Just bring your clothes and some food and you’re all set! We will be back to Jim and Barb's beautiful home!

We always love our stay here. The house is right on the beach. Love hearing the sounds of the waves from the living room and downstairs bedroom. The kitchen is stocked, love the kitchen! Our son loves having his own king sized bed and bathroom. So do we! This beach house has been a great place to recover and recharge after our trip to Disney. We love the local cafe. We visit there every time we go back. Love the whole chill vibe of the area! Not as commercial and crowded as some beach towns. We would absolutely come back here to stay at the this house!

We enjoyed our time at the beach house. It was clean, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax after several days at Disney World. The kitchen was fully equipped, and it was a nice touch leaving a bottle of wine and snacks. We loved the master suites. Or son really enjoyed having his own master suite. 😊 It was an awesome location, you could walk right out on the beach. There was a beautiful view of the water. It was very relaxing hearing the sound of the ocean. It’s always a plus when there’s a washer and dryer available. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay for the whole family.

Wow!! This 4-level town home really lived up to the reviews!! My family and I are so in love with this place!! There’s room for everyone to be comfy and it’s nicely put together! When they say the kitchen is fully equipped, they mean it’s fully equipped!! (I cooked a quick breakfast each morning and saved a ton of .:) They also have all the things you need for the beach like towels, chairs, games, and more!!Speaking of the beach, the best part of this townhouse is that the beach is literally just steps away! It was wonderful not to have to pack up everything to go down to the beach. Need to use the bathroom? Need some water? Need some shade? Just run up to the room!! Again, we are so in love with this place! The best review I can give is that we have already booked this place for next summer! If you’re considering booking here, just do it!! It’s so worth it!!
