Overall it was a good stay. The breakfast was better then expected and the dining area had great views of the lake. My biggest issue is that we had to get a more expensive room with a foldout couch because we have 3 kids. The mattress on the couch was absolutely awful. It was extremely old, discolored, and basically just springs. My 11 year old complained and kept coming in our bed on and off throughout the night. And every time he moved the springs made so much noise. The sleep quality was not great for him or us. Also our bathroom shower was backing up so we were standing in water which sort of grossed me out. Upon arrival I did open the microwave and it was dirty and had clearly had something explode from a previous stay . I did walk down and ask for a rag and spray to clean it out my self because i knew i would be using it. The kids enjoyed the pool area, which also had nice views of the lake. The front desk staff was nice. I had to ask them to fix my key cards a couple of times because they would randomly stop working to get in our room and the pool area. I don’t know if i would stay again at risk of the pullout mattress being as bad as it was. We do frequently come there for family occasions so if i did I would definitely ask about the pullout mattress situation before staying. I would of been better off not using the pullout and bringing a blow up mattress for him.

Our room was ready when we arrive, it was clean and we found everything promised. we had a lake view that was incredible.
