You walk into the hotel and are greeted by a beautiful lobby with a fireplace. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well set up. Only thing that would have made the room better would be if the large tv could swivel so if your on the couch you could face it that direction or towards the bed instead of it being flat on the wall between the two areas. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Auburn.

This hotel is great! Close to movie theater, Outlet Mall and Walmart and an awesome free breakfast. We had a few noisy neighbors. Walls either thin or they were in the hallway, but it sounded close. I’ve stayed here 3 other times in the past and had never had this issue. Still awesome regardless.

We booked two rooms for two nights. Check in on September 11 and check out on September 13. We were very disappointed with the services and the stay at Best Western Plus - Mountain View Auburn Inn, Auburn, WASHINGTON, for three reasons: 1) We arrived at the hotel after 6pm on September 11, we were told that both of our rooms are not yet ready, more than two hours behind the promised check in time! 2) Poor reception service without expressing any apologies on the late delivery of the rooms! 3) Poor reception service: reception did not provide room cleaning policy. We found the room was not serviced when we returned on the evening of September 12.
