Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht. Zu teuer für was man bekommt. Das Spa-Wellness müsste man extra bezahlen (30€ und zeitlich begrenzt). Dies sollte in diesem stolzen Preis inbegriffen sein (zumindest ein Mal). Aussenpool ist ok, jedoch ohne Bedienung und ohne proaktiv angebotene extra Badetücher. Ausser der Rezeption spricht niemand vom Hotelteam Englisch. Fokus liegt augenscheinlich auf spanischen Touristen. Sie haben sich auch nicht Mühe gegeben langsam Spanisch zu sprechen.

Estuvimos 4 días, sus instalaciones son un poco antiguas en algunos aspectos pero elegantes, no están todos los detalles pero cumple con la expectativa, buen desayuno buffet y la cena menú no estuvo tan mal, la atención es buena a pesar de algunos problemas con sus sistemas informáticos, nos alojamos inmediatamente, el balneario está muy bien, los precios no tanto, pero pagas por lo que recibes, buen trato y relax, un poco hospital la zona de masajes pero en fin nadie es perfecto, volveríamos.

En general bien, nuestra habitación Suite 5, antigua en mobiliario y baño, a pesar de ser la zona noble que le llaman. Los colchones muy duros, pedimos un topper para poder descansar y lo pusieron sólo en una de las camas, nos dijeron que no había más disponibilidad. Al estar las camas unidas, esto hizo que una cama quedara más alta que la otra. Por lo demás las zonas comunes muy bonitas y agradables. El Balneario una gozada y el equipo fantástico, un lugar para recargar pilas sin duda. Inconveniente en el desayuno, cuesta 15e. persona en el hotel, cafetería del hotel y bares de la zona hasta las 11 no dan desayunos, hemos tenido que ir a un pueblo cercano.

I would strongly suggest that if you are British you book elsewhere. We did a two day stop off before the ferry from Santander to Plymouth after driving all through Spain. This is the only place throughout our travels that we felt we were unwelcome by both staff and customers. If we could have got an earlier ferry to cut the trip short we would have done. Beautiful hotel, but they are catering for Spanish on holiday and are only tolerating customers from other areas it seems.

En general bien, nuestra habitación Suite 5, antigua en mobiliario y baño, a pesar de ser la zona noble que le llaman. Los colchones muy duros, pedimos un topper para poder descansar y lo pusieron sólo en una de las camas, nos dijeron que no había más disponibilidad. Al estar las camas unidas, esto hizo que una cama quedara más alta que la otra. Por lo demás las zonas comunes muy bonitas y agradables. El Balneario una gozada y el equipo fantástico, un lugar para recargar pilas sin duda. Inconveniente en el desayuno, cuesta 15e. persona en el hotel, cafetería del hotel y bares de la zona hasta las 11 no dan desayunos, hemos tenido que ir a un pueblo cercano.

Estuvimos 4 días, sus instalaciones son un poco antiguas en algunos aspectos pero elegantes, no están todos los detalles pero cumple con la expectativa, buen desayuno buffet y la cena menú no estuvo tan mal, la atención es buena a pesar de algunos problemas con sus sistemas informáticos, nos alojamos inmediatamente, el balneario está muy bien, los precios no tanto, pero pagas por lo que recibes, buen trato y relax, un poco hospital la zona de masajes pero en fin nadie es perfecto, volveríamos.

During the week the lounge bar is not open (only open on Fridays and Saturdays). There is the Cafeteria option but this is not as a nice setting for relaxing or carrying out work.
