Property is very conventient to downtown Belleville and the front office staff are VERY nice and helpful. This is a "working man's" hotel, reasonable price, clean, appropriaty stockec, limited breakfast options, tight parking lot and a litlle noisy at times, but overall a good place to stay if you're working in the area.

The property was under construction right next to our room and the whole floor above us. Half the outlets in the room didn’t work. The sink was totally cracked and continued to drip. Super loud if you wanted to sleep beyond 7am. No other rooms available to move to due to renovations. Very pricy for a bad stay while remodeling

The AC went out, I just cleaned the air filter and we got it to work, they were doing reconstruction/remodeling at hotel, no complaints, the bed was comfortable we got the AC cleaned out and it worked, all in all it was GOOD!!!

This is an older facility with few amenities. Rooms have older furniture and old worn carpeting and old thin towels... no coffee or drink cups in the room and enough shampoo for one person for one night. The breakfast bar was very spare... sweet rolls, cereal, yogurt, coffee and juice... no waffels, eggs or meat offereings. However everytying was clean and the staff were pleasant. this is a good location for downtown Belleville and priced accordingly.

I have been using this Hotel every time I visit because it is close and it's a smoking allowed Hotel. But the last two years it has been slipping. The plugs in the lamps to charge you phones don't work unless you use tape to keep the plug just right. The furniture ( chairs/sofas) are trash.Now I will say they are remodeling the Bathrooms but still.

Lots of parking in front of your room. Large TV, mini refrigerator, microwave and freshly painted and clean. Outdoors was Decorated nicely with plants and potted flowers. I felt safe. I will stay here again.

Clean and safe Super 8 in downtown Belleville. It was very close to my destination. The breakfast really was not much to be had and the juice machine was not working or the staff had forgot to turn it on…either way I left the hotel with nothing in my stomach in search of something to eat.

I couldnt even bother staing here. Yes, that IS a brown recluse. As you can see hes not been disturbed, hes just hagung out looking cool on rhe bathroom counter top. I about s*%$ good thing i was already in the bathroom. Having been bit by 1 of those bad boys before. I know just how severe of a situation we had going on. I went downstairs and had the move our room....they moved it literally right below spider villa 219. Then he hollers out to his Maintenance guy, and tells him to squish it. No not bomb the place, or spray essential oils, just squish it. Oh yes because that's gonna KILL all the rest right?

The room & bathroom wasn’t clean there was a hole in the bathroom door like someone kicked it. Seen two roaches one on the tv stand and the other on the stand between both beds. I did let the worker who checked us in know and showed pictures.

Not sure why this property has 7+ stars. SMDH… The cigarette smell took us out, literally!!!! The room was supposed to be a none-smoking… As soon as the other guests turned on their air, it was like pouring gasoline on a well lit fire. The property is old with a bunch of layers of paint that is trying to conceal the many, many moons this property has seen. There were flies in the room that were particularly aggressive and a nuance. We checked out within a few hours. The cigarette smoke started to come through the walls real bad after the 2nd hour. When to the front desk to report and property person at the front desk (Jim) said that they didn’t have a nonsmoking room. We specifically requested a non smoking room. Disappointed that Wyndham would put their name on such a low quality property…

It was clearly a newly renovated room. Oddly shaped room. Shaped in an angle, reminds me of an attic. Bathroom pretty small but it was clean and serviced were good.

The walls were dirty but sheets and bathroom were clean, i enjoyed our stay they were every accomodating with my puppy. Was loud at night over the weekend but i felt safe.

Me and my wife came to Illinois for our 2 year anniversary and it was a amazing time. The only thing that we didn't agree with was having so much trouble with our tv in the room. The room was amazing even had a Jacuzzi tub but every 10-15 min you had to re connect the tv to wifi.

Checked n a little earlier due to it raining and the guy at the counter wanted an extra $30 cash payment! I paid n full on hotels.com. It was freezing outside The heat in the room didn't work, what an Inconvenient.... place is old with bandaid all over it!

Great budget option with adjoining rooms for larger families. Great for a quick stay overnight while traveling. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. Breakfast options were small but it’s a budget hotel and there are a lot of restaurants near by. Walkable area.

Nice quiet location, the old guy at the desk is really nice. Very clean. No carpet is the only downside so the floor was cold sonce its winter now. Very quiet location.

The walls were dirty but sheets and bathroom were clean, i enjoyed our stay they were every accomodating with my puppy. Was loud at night over the weekend but i felt safe.

Clean and safe Super 8 in downtown Belleville. It was very close to my destination. The breakfast really was not much to be had and the juice machine was not working or the staff had forgot to turn it on…either way I left the hotel with nothing in my stomach in search of something to eat.

The room was very nice, Nice shower, great water pressure, ac was great, bed comfy, Room 107. I've stayed here many times.a great motel for the money. Very good accross the board. The breakfast was not alot, but enough. Thank you Super8 Belleville, IL

Property is very conventient to downtown Belleville and the front office staff are VERY nice and helpful. This is a "working man's" hotel, reasonable price, clean, appropriaty stockec, limited breakfast options, tight parking lot and a litlle noisy at times, but overall a good place to stay if you're working in the area.

This is an older facility with few amenities. Rooms have older furniture and old worn carpeting and old thin towels... no coffee or drink cups in the room and enough shampoo for one person for one night. The breakfast bar was very spare... sweet rolls, cereal, yogurt, coffee and juice... no waffels, eggs or meat offereings. However everytying was clean and the staff were pleasant. this is a good location for downtown Belleville and priced accordingly.

My son and his girlfriend stayed there for four days. They only had one working outlet in the entire room, which was in the bathroom. They were told by the hotel staff that someone would fix the outlets. The next day they never were fixed through the entire stay and also were never offered another room. This is very unprofessional and I would definitely not recommend anyone else. Stay here.

Clean! Rooms nicely renovated. Great pillows and towels. Pleasant, helpful workers. One block walk to a variety of good restaurants, brews, wine bars - many with nice outdoor tables and some with live music. Adjacent to a historic residential district - great to wander. Friendly residents and visitors. Very safe. Breakfast is ok, only protein was yogurt, but a good start! Truck trouble while driving cross country dropped us here for 3 nights and we were so lucky to find this reasonably-priced motel and town!

Pleasantly surprised how clean and well maintained the inside and outside of hotel was. We stayed in room 201, right above the office hidden from the outside parking, with no big window exposed, which made my daughter and feel more secure since we were by ourselves. Beds are a little firm, but comfortable. Bathroom had all the amenities, including hairdryer. Water pressure was good too. Good size fridge was provided. The only negative was no coffee maker inside room. Otherwise for the low price rate, it was a satisfactory stay.
