A séjourné 2 nuits

We had 2 rooms this time. One for our son and the other for my husband and myself. I said I would pay at the hotel. The cost had already been charged to my account- $263.11 for each room which was correct. Then on Friday I noticed those 2 charges had been replaced with $536.22 for each room. I went to the front desk and explained what they had done the lady fixed it and one $536.22 was removed. I got ready to Check out this morning and I saw they had charged me $263.11 again. I asked why and they said that was what was due. I was very mad at this pint and I wasn’t to nice to the young lady at the desk. I did apologize before I walked away. She got smart with me and that antagonize more. I told her I wanted it removed because it was already paid. She said she couldn’t do it. It would have to be my bank to remove it which is a lie!! I told her I was beginning to think River Cities Best Western was a thief or the people at the desk were liars. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THAT HOTEL AGAIN!!

Listen, the people are sweet. The food was pretty good for a hotel. The room was very clean as well. I'll stay here every time I'm in Ashland, and I have. The only thing that has been rough was a tractor trailer idling all night outside the hotel on a Thursday. I have yet to see/hear it on a weekend night. The noise was awful, and it cost me a lot of sleep. On the nights I've stayed here without the idling trucks, it's virtually silent. Overall, a wonderful hotel.
