Since it’s a motel that faces the highway it is so loud. It also smelled like smoke. The inside was clean and somewhat updated but you can see all the patches in the walls and floors. They did a horrible job covering up stuff. The tv just had cable no smart tv like a lot of hotels are switching too. The lady at the desk was super nice but was alone which always sketches me out to begin with. Compared to the two nice hotels next door this seems like a sorry excuse of a hotel and it has no pool. I have stayed in really nice quality inns so i know they can do better.

The location is very awkward to get to. Then you can't park on the courtyard side. Have to park on the street side and then walk through a breezeway to get to room while caring your luggage. On the up side, the room was clean and spacious.

Good breakfast choices. Room great and clean and comfortable. Great laundry on site. Very noisy area though which is no fault of the hotel but definitely disturbs sleep.

The property is hard to get to and when you finally find the entrance, you have to drive through another motel\'s parking lot to get to the "Quality" Inn. The roadway is disastrous and unsafe, lumpy and full of potholes. We had to push the luggage cart through the exercise room in order to get to our outside room door. When we tried to check out, we put our room key on the dresser as we usually do and then found out that the only way out to the office is through the laundry room which, unfortunately, requires the use of our room key. I had to knock on the door of another "guest" and borrow his room key in order to open the laundry room door. Thank God I found a person who was willing to help us. We will NEVER stay in this dump again!

Filthy rooms and lobby. We found beer bottles between the mattress and box spring. There were dead bugs and candy wrappers all around the room… obviously this room wasn’t cleaned between guests. I expect that they just pulled the sheets up instead of changing the room over between guests. When I complained to the desk attendant his response was to give me another room that was equally as filthy, the bed was full of hairs!!! Overall, this hotel was by far the worst I have stayed at.

The rooms are not very sound proof. You could hear the people walking and talking outside the room. You could also hear all the road noise from the highway. You had to be careful pulling up the lever for the shower head water or you would pull the shower faucet out of the wall.

Room interiors were really good. Clean beds, sheets, fridge, microwave, office table, chair etc.. all looked new and comfortable. The building is very old and doesn't look great from outside, but it didn't really impact me much, since interior comforts were good, and at less than half the price of Hampton inn next door, this was great.

When you first pull up, it looks like a motel. However, when you get inside the room. It's actually very nice and very comfortable and very clean. John at the front desk is all really nice guy and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

I wish there could be a negative star rating. Big thing our toilet wouldn’t flush. Went to the front desk at 8 am to report it. My son and I left and came back at 3:30 and room had not been cleaned and toilet had not been fixed. Went back down to ask the front desk for immediate fix and was told they’ll be up soon. By 6:30 pm nothing was done so we checked out and ended our 4th of July weekend early. Place is a run down cesspool!

Very personable Night Clerk (we arrived around midnight) and in consideration of our ‘Not Spring Chickens’ conditions, lol, kindly gave us a ground floor room near the Office (and Breakfast Room) with Parking right outside our door! The room was clean & their ‘Television’ System & accompanying Remote was THE BEST we encountered among the 4 hotels involved in this trip. Must also say our ‘Fellow Travelers’ at Breakfast & Departure early the next morning were very friendly - along with good coffee, was a great way to begin another long day of travel. My ONLY ‘complaint’ would be that the bathtub had no Stopper . . . however stuffing in a washcloth worked just fine! Good prudently priced choice for traveling through. Would stay again & recommend!

This hotel was way better than we thought! Especially for the price. The outside could use some updating BUT the rooms were completely remodeled. Very clean and comfy! It was right off the interstate and across the street from a huge shopping center!

This property was your basic value hotel. The building has been there awhile, but it was clean. I don't have any complaints in that area. The "hot" breakfast could include more than what they offer. It is beside the interstate, so traffic could be heard constantly. For the most part though, it didn't disturb us too badly. If you're on a budget and not going to be in the room except to sleep, it's worth the price.

Friendly staff. Room was fine. Clean enough. Condition was a bit worn. Breakfast was a few options (waffles, cereal, yogurt, and heat-your-own breakfast sandwich). It was a bit loud next to the interstate. But for the price, you get what you pay for.

The room was ok but not worth the price we paid. The night staff didn't have the breakfast area properly prepared. It looked like what was out was the breakfast items from Sunday. The orange juice dispenser was empty. The breakfast cereal containers were almost empty. There were only a couple of oranges on the buffet, no apples or bananas. Hardly any breakfast sandwiches and yogart in the refrigerator. Their free buffet sucks! I won't stay there again.

Staff was great. Room was nice but could have been cleaner. Shelf was dusty, wash cloth was old and dingy. Breakfast was good. Location is close to nearby shopping and food but you can't walk to it.

Good breakfast choices. Room great and clean and comfortable. Great laundry on site. Very noisy area though which is no fault of the hotel but definitely disturbs sleep.

Just a one night stay on a longer trip and we just needed a place to sleep for the night. Nothing fancy and that was fine. Breakfast was ok but coffee wasn’t the greatest. If you are just looking for a place to sleep and don’t need all of the extras, this is the place.

Beds were comfy and room was clean for the most part. The floors had hair on them and needed swept. The road noise was very loud and made it hard to sleep. Breakfast was lacking choices.

There was a coupe dead bugs on the floor and the worse thing the bed blankets and sheets was nasty...had stains all over them and just plain dirty we couldn't sleep under them they was so bad...this is the 2nd negative review I have ever left a hotel because I understand things happen but this was to much...I will never stay here again

I was impressed by the room itself because it was updated and the bed was comfortable. I had some inconsiderate neighbors that talked outside my room til 2:30 in the morning and I didn't sleep well. The outside of the building is old and needs updates to it. The breakfast bar was minimal on choices but the waffles were good. Overall it was a nice stay.
