Estuve dos noches, el primer hospedado en el primer establecimiento [Hostal Torrejon] y el vehiculo aparcado en el segundo establecimiento [hotel Aida] . Deje las luces encendidas del vehiculo por un despiste. Y me llamaron a mi habitacion para avisarme ademas de ofrecerse a dejarme un cargador de bateria por si requeria para arrancar el vehiculo sin tener que llamar al servcio de asistencia del seguro de mi seguro. No fue necesario pero si tenerlo en cuenta tan buen ofrecimiento.

Estuve dos noches, el primer hospedado en el primer establecimiento [Hostal Torrejon] y el vehiculo aparcado en el segundo establecimiento [hotel Aida] . Deje las luces encendidas del vehiculo por un despiste. El personal muy amable, las camas cómodas y buena limpieza, el desayuno buffet correcto había lo común y reponían, había buen sitio alrededor para aparcar y muchos restaurantes y supermercados, vistas bonitas no tiene... pero pa descansar o estar de paso esta bien. Repetiría sin duda, por poner algo que mejorar en la habitación de noche se oía un ruido como de ventilador que si estabas despierto era algo molesto aunque dormí bien y también haría falta una manta o algo extra para gente friolera como yo.

The front desk staff were very attentive at all times. The hotel was clean and very nice inside. However, my rating is based on the room service, as the room was somewhat dirty. I also lost an item and, without making a direct accusation, it is concerning that it disappeared along with the envelope it was in. I hope the hotel is more careful when hiring housekeeping staff. Other than that, the quality and price match the description.

The room was fine, but there was no air conditioning available this day because of maintenance, and no fan was provided. We had to sleep with the windows open, but still was not cool enough, besides bugs and trees in full bloom right outside that caused a lot of allergy issues. I'm sure this hotel is normally fine, it seems nice. But this was a scheduled maintenance, and we were not told when we checked in that no A/C would be available. They should not have accepted reservations for this day. There was no alternative solution or compensation offered. I was not happy with this stay.

I arrived arrive at 8:30, taxi driver not happy to take me, even airport taxi instructor asked him several times, then I show him Aida hotel address, he get lost, drive in wrong direction , I told him we will ask hotel for reasonable normal price to him, front counter lady talked with driver in Spanish for a while asked me to give drive 40 euro, Expedia said it is only 5 miles , and I show her Uber show same time only 14-16 euro, but the staff insisted 40 euro is reasonable, I am not mad with tired taxi driver, and I do not care about extra 20 euro, but why staff lied to me for a hotel near airport need cost 40 euro? Then round trip cost 80 euro make airport hotel got no meaning, I strongly suggested not choose this hotel , but regular chained hotel.

Apesar do Hotel ser muito bom, fica beeem distante da estação de metrô mais próxima, além de ficar mais de 1h10 de transporte público e 30-40min de carro da área central. Não seria uma opção para mim se eu não tivesse reservado de última hora.

El personal muy amable, las camas cómodas y buena limpieza, el desayuno buffet correcto había lo común y reponían, había buen sitio alrededor para aparcar y muchos restaurantes y supermercados, vistas bonitas no tiene... pero pa descansar o estar de paso esta bien. Repetiría sin duda, por poner algo que mejorar en la habitación de noche se oía un ruido como de ventilador que si estabas despierto era algo molesto aunque dormí bien y también haría falta una manta o algo extra para gente friolera como yo.

O quarto é bom , a cama não gostei muito dura não era macia , o café da manhã é bem ruim , a máquina precisa de manutenção a máquina de café , os ovos mechido frio , as frutas com aparência de velha os pães duros , a sinceramente o café da manhã foi o mais decepcionante ..
