The room was clean. But the bed was really hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was ok not stellar. The staff were friendly

The front desk staff were very attentive at all times. The hotel was clean and very nice inside. However, my rating is based on the room service, as the room was somewhat dirty. I also lost an item and, without making a direct accusation, it is concerning that it disappeared along with the envelope it was in. I hope the hotel is more careful when hiring housekeeping staff. Other than that, the quality and price match the description.
