Hotel was relatively clean, a little outdated. The water pressure in the hotel room shower wasnt the best. At check in, everything was explained very well! Room was clean and had plenty of space for us. The elevator did some minor weird things and there is only one in the building. Overall, stay was great with only a gew minor issues!

Did a vacation with my daughter to Chicago. We rented a car, but every hotel in downtown or close to downtown charges a daily rate for parking. What was beneficial about this place was that it did not charge for parking and is about a 3 mile drive to the nearest train station ($7 for 12 hours of parking). Currently under a lot of renovations, so the place was in a slight state of chaos. Room keys were annoying as I had to get them reset each day.

The location is great for all things to do in Bridgeview, the rooms are extremely moldy and floors haven’t Been washed in decades when my son took off his shoes his feet were dark black, bathroom works fine and shower is decent definitely not the cleanest Beds are made great but pillows are harder than a rock

The room smelled stale. My first room had plumbing issues. Toilet wouldn't flush. Someone came up and did something, now the water in toilet continued to run very noisy. The second room smelled stale too. The second day of my stay housekeeping did not leave fresh towels. I was by myself and so used the second set of towels in the room. Housekeeping did not empty garbage and left i can only guess cleaning towels on the floor. The towels on the floor were torn that's why i called them cleaning towels. The last day housekeeping did not clean the room at all. I had to call the front desk for towels. Never again. I felt like i was at motel you rent by the hour.

My check in experience was impeccable she kind and efficient. She was on top of providing quality service. The cucumber and lemon water were nice. The breakfast was okay but not special. Package oatmeal, fountain juice. eggs and imitation sausages. My room was poorly cleaned with a mildew like smell. Curtains were dirty and dusty. The walls had black nasty smudging. The couch and chair was well worn with numerous tears well worn covering. My bed mattress was so old that it was sunken in the middle with the springs protruding out. It was very hard and difficult for me to sleep.😬 In addition, my room had no amenities or other; just the basic. No clock or tissue paper. They provided a small soap and tiny lotion. The WiFi/Internet was not good at all it was blinking in and out. The bathroom had someone’s hair in the shower and on the floor😩.

Booked a room for 2 queen beds, beds were a bit small for queens and pillows were mediocre at best. Lots of dust, caused skin irritation from the stay and we had to get extra towels despite booking for 4 people. Breakfast was pretty good and service desk was helpful. In the middle of the night there was a very loud guest knocking on doors and shouting at 2am. Wouldn’t recommend going back unless you’re stuck at the midway airport.

they weee in process of remodeling, but in the shower there was no where to put your soap or small bottles of shampoo and v c conditioner . We are seniors and bending to pick them up after they fell was not a good thing. Our second room was good 319. The first one we had to move AC was very loud!

The service here is amazing! From the receptionists to the cleaning staff, everyone was wonderful! Breakfast was wonderful, there's plenty of great, fresh food. While there were plenty of updates to the hotel, like new furniture, flooring, and paint, there are some things they should have updated as well. The beds weren't the best quality or maybe just too old although my mom thought it wasn't too bad. The TV didn't have many good channels which wasn't too big of a deal, we didn't spend too much time awake in our room anyway and we all had phones. And we were a little disappointed that the rooms didn't have a mini fridge. The area is perfect- plenty of places to eat nearby and it's a quick trip into Chicago.

The hotel was decent. The staff was nice, but my room was a little janky. My shower door did not shut like the glass sliding door so water literally went all over the bathroom and the AC unit was so loud. It woke me up multiple times throughout the night like obnoxiously loud and I feel like there was something else that I didn’t like, and they offered me a partial refund for these things so that wasn’t too bad

I was charged for the cost of the room on the first night. I also thought it was odd that the bellhop put an extra $100 on - supposedly just as a precaution. I was charged $100 and they refused to give a receipt upon exit. Look in all of the nooks and crannies because they are looking for a reason to nickle & dime you. This is ok for a pinch. Would not recommend otherwise.

The staff were exceptional. Ms. Brenda made sure breakfast wás great every morning kudos. Upon arrival Ms. Stephanie and Ms. Sam made my stay both inviting and welcoming.. Definitely my Chicago home away from home.

The elevator was down but things happen. Check in and out was mega easy. Very clean place, no hidden fees. Easy to get to and from location with a lot of stores and restaurants around. Breakfast was a real breakfast. Very quiet given it’s on a busy street. Would stay again.

Did a vacation with my daughter to Chicago. We rented a car, but every hotel in downtown or close to downtown charges a daily rate for parking. What was beneficial about this place was that it did not charge for parking and is about a 3 mile drive to the nearest train station ($7 for 12 hours of parking). Currently under a lot of renovations, so the place was in a slight state of chaos. Room keys were annoying as I had to get them reset each day.

The staff were very professional. The facility had signs about remodeling, but it was still very clean. I had originally booked a different non-smoking hotel that I canceled because it reeked of cigarettes. This hotel is also non-smoking and they have figured out a way to keep guests from smoking in the rooms (something the other hotel staff admitted they could not do!). The breakfast had great options too.

This is my first time staying at this particular property And I was truly amazed that hotel was clean at all times I like the fact that they will call and ask if I wanted room service for that day had no issues provided me with extra tiles and the breakfast was amazing. There was a young lady named Brenda, and she really did a top-notch job. I felt as if though I was home the breakfast was good. The hospitality was good. It was awful. I will definitely be return again.

The service here is amazing! From the receptionists to the cleaning staff, everyone was wonderful! Breakfast was wonderful, there's plenty of great, fresh food. While there were plenty of updates to the hotel, like new furniture, flooring, and paint, there are some things they should have updated as well. The beds weren't the best quality or maybe just too old although my mom thought it wasn't too bad. The TV didn't have many good channels which wasn't too big of a deal, we didn't spend too much time awake in our room anyway and we all had phones. And we were a little disappointed that the rooms didn't have a mini fridge. The area is perfect- plenty of places to eat nearby and it's a quick trip into Chicago.

The staff were exceptional. Ms. Brenda made sure breakfast wás great every morning kudos. Upon arrival Ms. Stephanie and Ms. Sam made my stay both inviting and welcoming.. Definitely my Chicago home away from home.

My check in experience was impeccable she kind and efficient. She was on top of providing quality service. The cucumber and lemon water were nice. The breakfast was okay but not special. Package oatmeal, fountain juice. eggs and imitation sausages. My room was poorly cleaned with a mildew like smell. Curtains were dirty and dusty. The walls had black nasty smudging. The couch and chair was well worn with numerous tears well worn covering. My bed mattress was so old that it was sunken in the middle with the springs protruding out. It was very hard and difficult for me to sleep.😬 In addition, my room had no amenities or other; just the basic. No clock or tissue paper. They provided a small soap and tiny lotion. The WiFi/Internet was not good at all it was blinking in and out. The bathroom had someone’s hair in the shower and on the floor😩.

It was one of the cleanest and most attractive hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. The price was reasonable at $199 (1 night), and it was close to Chicago Midway Airport (about 12 minutes with traffic). The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was the best and most elegant I've seen at any hotel that offers breakfast (even better than the à la carte breakfast). The building was undergoing maintenance with some renovations in progress, but it was still clean, well-lit, and had excellent rooms. The staff was well-dressed and conducted themselves properly. The only "bad" thing I have to say about this hotel is that the iron didn't work. Air conditioning works properly, had a big TV in room.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. My wife and I were woken up in the middle of the night by water leaking from the ceiling directly onto us. The leak continued to worsen, with water breaking through in multiple areas, making the room uninhabitable. We checked in around 11:30 PM and were forced to leave around 5:00 AM, receiving only a fraction of the stay we paid for due to an issue completely outside of our control. After checking out, we were told a manager would contact us regarding a refund. No one ever did. We eventually had to call ourselves and speak with the manager, Madison, who refused to issue a full refund. His reasoning was that the hotel had “reserved the room” for us and therefore could not rent it to someone else. That explanation is unacceptable. We paid for a room and were forced to leave because of a serious maintenance issue caused by the hotel. Both Hotels.com and Best Western Customer Support agreed that a full refund would have been appropriate, but because this location is a franchise, they could not override the hotel’s decision. The lack of accountability and poor communication throughout this process was extremely disappointing. Madison’s handling of the situation only made matters worse. Instead of taking responsibility for a room that became uninhabitable, he chose to deny a full refund and dismiss our concerns. Based on this experience, I believe he should be removed from management. We cannot recommend this hotel.

it was a clean place to stay at. room was clean and all. I wasn’t able to use really anything or have the breakfast since they had no power during my stay. It was uncomfortable but pushed through it. they charged a lot for having no power.
