The handicapped room that I rented was on the second floor and there is no elevator. That made it really hard on my knees and being one handed to get up and down every time. I went to put something in the freezer and there was already a frozen dinner in there from the previous guest and the freezer didn't even freeze anything. I could be wrong but I thought they said it had a pool and there was no pool.

Clean hotel which is a biggy to me. I’d stay again. Breakfast is typical of the 2-3 star hotels. My only knock on the hotel is that there’s no elevator so anyone w a disability is required to use stairs to get to the second floor.

I had made reservations for a King and a Queen Double. We had to attend a funeral in the area and the King was for my wife and I and the double was for my 92 year old father-in-law and my wife's brother. When we arrived, I was informed the double was on the second floor and was then informed that they have no elevator. I was not made aware of this ahead of time and saw no notice on the website. There were no other accommodations available. The King room had no option for another bed. We had to carry all the luggage for my father-in-law and brother-in-law up steps and my father-in-law, who has trouble getting around, had to climb a flight of steps to his room. Once settled in, the rooms were nice and the hotel was quiet. Overall, it is a nice place, but be aware that if you have issues with stairs this may not be the place for you.

The room was dirty. Dust, dirt and debris buildup on lamp base, lots of dirt and dust on room phone and clock. Toilet not flushed properly. Housekeeping knocked on the door every day prior to 9 AM asking us to put towels outside the room, very annoying.

We checked in and Nikki#2 was awesome. We got into the room and rhe fridge didnt work. The owner stated he couldn't give us one that worked and moved us to a room with worse amenities. We left to go visit family. We got back tired and i pulled back the sheets to find the bed dirty with hair in it. Went to the front desk where Christian was rude and told ua "im not housekeeping so i cant change the sheets. I also found hair in the bath tub and the toilet was dirty. The next morning the fron desk asked if I wanted my room cleaned. I told her why? You didnt clean it before i checked in. Her response? Do you have pictures? Wow.... i did go take pocs after that. I think ill stay in Fayetteville next time.

My main complaint is dirty linen. Everything was great until we went to bed and pulled back the cover and laid down. The bed was full of direst/sand so obviously the linen had not been changed from the last customer. Totally gross and disgusting!

Older hotel, room was definetly used quite a bit. Tub and bathroom fixtures hanging, hair dryer had exposed wires, shower curtain was ripped and worn , bed was hard as bricks , bed was well made, room cleanliness was a 7/10, hallway and front desk area look more renovated than the actual room.

Our family stay was amazing, the staff heard a conversation about a need we had. Quickly came to me and provided the tape I needed to fix my mother's breathing machine that I broke. Also, the night desk clerk saw my mother was having breathing issues and put her at the first room so she would not have to walk far. Amazing staff, clean rooms, we will be using your hotel instead of the one in Wallace. Everyone in our family was very please with our stay.

I travel to Clinton NC once a month. If I decide to stay at a hotel, the Inn of Clinton is always my preference and they always live up to my expectations. The manager Nikki is very pleasant and helpful. Her customer service skills are superior. She went above and beyond to check me in for my mom's 100th birthday in Clinton this weekend and I enjoyed my stay as usual. All the staff here are exceptional at what they do, very pleasant and accommodating.

Its a Great stay for 1-2 days, the great advantage is it was close to Walmart and some other shopping. The staff was Friendly and very helpful.

Very clean and comfortable Hotel. The staff was very friendly. We would stay again. Our only Con - they were understaffed in the Breakfast Area so the Front Desk person was having to do both - and did a good job. So the breakfast was really a "self serve" affair.

Clean hotel which is a biggy to me. I’d stay again. Breakfast is typical of the 2-3 star hotels. My only knock on the hotel is that there’s no elevator so anyone w a disability is required to use stairs to get to the second floor.

The room looked clean, but it had musty mildew oder. I brought airfresher with me so that made it better. The breakfast was good!

I liked that the hotel was extremely clean and smelled fresh. The location was great. The only downside was the orange juice for breakfast tasted like cardboard to me but my husband loved it.

My room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, helpful and there was plenty of parking. My only takeaway was the fact that there is no elevator which was probably mentioned in the description somewhere in the fine print if I would have checked so it was my fault. Also I wasn’t crazy about the breakfast, I had an egg that tasted like water, and each time I got coffee it was cold. But even with those small things the overall stay was pleasant and quiet I felt safe coming and going. Also there is so many places to shop and eat within walking distance. I rate this place an A-

For the price, I was very pleased. The property was well maintained and the other guests were friendly. I felt safe. I enjoyed all the local photography displayed in rooms and the lobby. Breakfast was simple and nice, and added value to my stay.

I have stayed at The Inn in Clinton several times now, and we have never had a problem. The staff is helpful and courteous, free breakfast is always well planned and the usual items are always available. The room is clean and comfortable, always.
