The lamp in between the beds didn't work. There was no shampoo and I was taking a shower and found an empty bottle. We reported both on checkout but staff didn't apologize and didn't really seem to care. Better to stay at Hampton Inn or another hotel if you can.

Renovations underway but no impact for my stay. Bar and free live music was good. Breakfast was good - cooked to order. Reception staff, all very polite, had to reverse unusual charge to my credit card. Waiting for it to hit my account.

This is not really a 4 star hotel. We found the room cleaning to be well below our expectations. The beds were barely made, just sheets thrown over, no hoovering and rubbish left on the room. No cleaning one day as well. We found the staff were really not helpful and when we were leaving we were 20 minutes late as my wife had been ill, which I explained, yet they knocked on our door 4 times and even walked in at one point. All in all very disappointing for a Radisson.

The hotel doesn't has sufficient parking spots, maybe when they're fully booked - they suggested to park to municipal parking lot overnight. They are understaffed - just one person managing every guest, running around, mostly frondesk was vacant. We see a homeless person walking in and out of the main lobby with all his stuff - so there's lack of safety for sure. There's no staff to bring luggage trolleys back, they were parked next to elevators on each floor. Our room was good size, but the washroom door was jammed, cant close it normally, you have to push it hard. The coffee machine in our room was not working, cant say about other rooms. And the television channels for kids were not working. The room was ok though for night sleeping. Overall, its not worth the price or the brand name.
