Staff is very nice, with did a day trip and we did book this place because the spa but it was not in operation, but they did upgrade my room at no charge. The bed was very comfortable. Their friendliness and room upgrade made up for the no spa.

This property needs serious attention to detail. The phone in our room was disgusting, was missing keys and needed to be replaced. The water pressure in the shower was so poor. There were a lot of cobwebs outside of our room and there was no elevator. Not up to Wyndham standards we are used to. One positive was the breakfast offerings. Overall for the price we paid it was fine for one night.

The most comfortable hotel bed and pillows I’ve ever stayed in! I slept so well! Breakfast was nice, they had a waffle machine plus some sausage patties and eggs along with croissants and other continental breakfast items. Only plain creamer though, no flavors. My only problem was that while structurally the pool looked like the picture it was dirty with debris and I think mold and also the hotel website says pool and hot tub but I didn’t see a hot tub just the small pool.

Pool was underwhelming. Broken blinds normally not a problem but next to apartment complex and busy street made an adjustment. Breakfast bar was nice. My wife wished a mirror in bathroom instead of in room so she could get ready for the funeral we were going to. But overall a comfortable room that served it’s purpose for our quick trip.

This is an older property, the vending machine didn’t work, and were not stocked, hallways are exposed to elements and were dirty. Bedroom was fine, but bathroom is showing its age. Seems the bathtub has been refurbished, but finish is peeling off. Mold in corners. Bath mat was wet when I went to use it. Not very friendly staff. They use it as tv room when no one is around. Unprofessional

Dirty, run down and fight even to get clean towels. Bed sheets had “spurs” and comforters were stained/dirty. Nice hot tub but limited hours of use. Sad breakfast.

Rooms smelled bad, low quality space. Door handles were very loose and didn’t feel safe. Comforters had tears and stains. Pictures are misleading. Hot tub/pool area was locked and looked like it could be under construction / has now become a storage area. $100 fee if you don’t return the room key. Asked for 2 keys and was only given one. Don’t recommend.

the room was filthy, don't know the last time it was cleaned. Hair Dryer didn't work. On the first day, the room wasn't even entered by the maid. Towels on the floor etc. Trash cans were not emptied. The continental bfst was poor at best. (white bread, power bars corn flakes (very few), and coffee.) Sign said 6:30-9:30 AM, but it didnt open till 7. It is inconsistent with the Wyndham. I am staying at the Best western the rest of this week. This place does not deserve to be part of your chain.

The nice thing is the location of the place. Close to strip malls with shopping and dining. Everything else is poor in my opinion. Room was dirty. Pleather seat was deteriorating. Cobwebs in the corners of the room. Coffee machine in the room had caked up residue in the water compartment. The promised breakfast area was not open by 730am. Front desk staff was unavailable for checkout at 730am. Im suprised the Wyndham put their name on this one.

I stayed here one night because I went to a concert at Toyota Pavilion, and it was a terrible experience. The room had a bad smell. The bed sheets had yellow stains, burn holes from cigarettes, and the pillows smelled dirty. From 1–5 AM a man was yelling nonstop, and when I tried to call the lobby, I discovered the phone was just for decoration — connected but not working. On top of that, the guests in the room next door were very loud having intimacy, and I could hear everything through the walls. I barely slept one hour. Breakfast was just old bread, cereal, and drinks. Honestly, for the price they charge, everything was very poor quality and service.

They had no hot breakfast, the vending machine was broken, the room was filthy and had not been cleaned (hair on the bed under the covers, floor filthy) smelled like curry, family fighting in room next to us.

Not bad. It's a little run down, but you get what you pay for. The room was for one night for a concert at the pavilion. My daughter was a little freaked out by the state of the linens and slept in her clothes above the covers. The dresser was worn down to the wood at places, and the office chair should have been put out of its misery long ago.

Property is near toyota pavilion if your headed to the venue. Many restaurants and shop in walking distance. Room wise, it was ok. Walls are not so yun d proof and can hear your neighbor especially if they are loud.

Staff was nice and room was surprisingly good. Only problem was that the TV picture wouldn't work unless I unplugged and replugged it in which required me taking the TV off of the wall.

This place was perfect location for our stay. Very close to Concord pavilion. Safe, clean. The staff is great. The only reason for the not excellent review is that the bed was really not great-mushy with a slope tword the middle- hard to get a good nights sleep.

Nothing special. Clean, comfortable. A bit over priced compared to other similar 2 or 3 star hotels in bay area. Does have breakfast, but nothing to boast about. Close to Concord pavilion. 1.5 miles uphill, but easy to walk. Minus would be the wifi. Tried to watch movie on my ipad, but had to quit after wifi went down several times. Assuming that wifi works better when fewer people are trying to use it. Worked much better the next morning.

Very close to Concord Pavilion. Walls are thin, tv unusable because hdmi cable was ripped out of the wall and damaged. Went to breakfast at 9:10 NO eggs left, no sausage left, no waffle batter left, only one juice dispenser worked, no napkins and no one came to check on breakfast supplies or refilled anything. Curtain rod in shower drooped so water got all over the floor.

Short stay after Stone Soul Concert in Concord. The hotel looks like they may still be in tbe process of renovating. The dresser drawer appeared to be eithet off track or broken, the wall inside the tub had a crack in it and there was something that looked like nail polish in the upper corner of the full length mirror. Also, working the TV was absolutely maddening. I've never seen a Roku TV in a hotel. But..it is close to food places and the freeway.

$100 security deposit was not refunded back to credit card. We misplaced room key. Checkout clerk said they would look for key in room and deduct $10 for lost room key if it wasn’t found. That would be reasonable, but nothing was refunded. The toilet didn’t flush when we tried it the first time. I went to office and reported it and they were able to get it working. That shouldn’t have caused them to keep the entire security deposit. We didn’t do anything to break the toilet and we didn’t damage anything else or break any rules.

I am a local of 14 years and drive by this hotel multiple times a day, so I felt it would be appropriate for my elderly parents to stay there on a visit from overseas. Probably the rudest unfriendly and unprofessional welcome that I have ever witnessed. Hot and tired we were greeted by the most rude, sour and completely unreasonable women. I was embarrassed as I thought the local Days Inn hotel would be a friendly welcome to my foreign parents. (I often stay at Days Inn throughout the country). I will pass my experience on to locals and warn them to avoid this place at all costs.

The nice thing is the location of the place. Close to strip malls with shopping and dining. Everything else is poor in my opinion. Room was dirty. Pleather seat was deteriorating. Cobwebs in the corners of the room. Coffee machine in the room had caked up residue in the water compartment. The promised breakfast area was not open by 730am. Front desk staff was unavailable for checkout at 730am. Im suprised the Wyndham put their name on this one.

Property is near toyota pavilion if your headed to the venue. Many restaurants and shop in walking distance. Room wise, it was ok. Walls are not so yun d proof and can hear your neighbor especially if they are loud.

This place was perfect location for our stay. Very close to Concord pavilion. Safe, clean. The staff is great. The only reason for the not excellent review is that the bed was really not great-mushy with a slope tword the middle- hard to get a good nights sleep.

We had a nice stay in a clean, quiet room. The in room fridge kept our drinks cold and the breakfast was very good as well. I liked the ceramic coffee mugs instead of disposable for the in room coffee. We like staying here when we attend concerts down the street so we can walk to and from to avoid the congestion.

the room was filthy, don't know the last time it was cleaned. Hair Dryer didn't work. On the first day, the room wasn't even entered by the maid. Towels on the floor etc. Trash cans were not emptied. The continental bfst was poor at best. (white bread, power bars corn flakes (very few), and coffee.) Sign said 6:30-9:30 AM, but it didnt open till 7. It is inconsistent with the Wyndham. I am staying at the Best western the rest of this week. This place does not deserve to be part of your chain.

The most comfortable hotel bed and pillows I’ve ever stayed in! I slept so well! Breakfast was nice, they had a waffle machine plus some sausage patties and eggs along with croissants and other continental breakfast items. Only plain creamer though, no flavors. My only problem was that while structurally the pool looked like the picture it was dirty with debris and I think mold and also the hotel website says pool and hot tub but I didn’t see a hot tub just the small pool.

The man that checked us in was rude and very unprofessional. The shower curtain was broken so water went everywhere, we had to put towels all over the floor to soak up the water. The breakfast in the lobby was horrible, with cold eggs, cold tough sausage, stale bread and croissants, coffee was just barely warm and very muddy. We went to leave, and the same rude man asked where my hotel key card was, when I said we left it on the dresser with a tip, he responded by rolling his eyes. He never said thank you, have a nice day, NOTHING! Never again.

Very close to Concord Pavilion. Walls are thin, tv unusable because hdmi cable was ripped out of the wall and damaged. Went to breakfast at 9:10 NO eggs left, no sausage left, no waffle batter left, only one juice dispenser worked, no napkins and no one came to check on breakfast supplies or refilled anything. Curtain rod in shower drooped so water got all over the floor.

It was overall a okay place to stay… door doesn’t close well. So you have to make sure it is closed good and not trust that it will close behind you… the pool is super tiny. Location is great, breakfast is quick easy and gets the job done. The room did smell like smoke during the evening cigarette and vape. Signs all over the property that says no smoking.. could just be other guest not following the rules.. but overall a okay spot for a one nignter.

The room was absolutely disgusting. I would and will NOT stay here ever again. Long hair everywhere. The property was so dirty and poorly kept. I saw reviews on Hotels.com that showed good reviews, but they were completely false. I should've checked Yelp. Broken tiles, the bathtub was disgusting, front desk staff were super rude, broken chair, cables didn't work, floor was sticky and dusty. Wi-Fi didn't work; 24/7 coffee and service are definitely not true; pictures advertised are definitely NOT accurate. The breakfast was okayyyy, food was dry and sat for a while. When I first saw this spot available, I thought they would be well-kept and clean with such a famous and well-known name. I would NOT recommend staying here. There was also dried blood on towels.

The internet on the second floor did not work well. My room wasn't cleaned during my entire 3-night stay, maybe because I didn't request housekeeping. I can't keep my luggage for a few hours after check-out or use the dining area. There is also no elevator on the second floor, so be prepared if you have a lot of luggage.
