Nothing fancy. Area is okay. Staff was nice. Breakfast was minimum and they are strict on time. Parking was easy. Bedding was bare minimum. Clean. Doors seemed damaged and needed work

Surface level fine at first. Room floors are not cleaned. Bare feet on floors = noticeably dirty feet. Tub didn't drain with any ease so water was ankle deep week before you'd be showering for 3 minutes. Out of date and word furniture, burn marks (in a non smoking room) even.

We checked in Saturday night and checked out Sunday morning. We were at another hotel in another part of the city and our vehicle window busted out. But here at this Quality Inn location, everything from the customer service at the front desk from the young lady to the room was immaculate! It seemed like they updated the rooms, and it paid off. The room was spacious also. It has a fridge and microwave. It was convenient to the highway, shopping and dining. It wasn’t far from the town square also. Which has more shops and restaurants and a park to enjoy! Perfect hidden gem in Covington. Love this town. We felt so incredibly safe there. We will be back very soon actually. See you all later next week! Thanks for the amazing experience.

Since my husband is having some mobility problems due to cancer, we got a handicap accessible room. It wasn't accessible because it has a tub, not a walk-in shower. Housekeeping was great, but everyone else was not very welcoming. I would call them grumpy Gus's. The toilet clogged, and we had to plunge it ourselves. We had problems with the tv. The bed was not very comfortable. and the ac did not work very well.

The first night we stayed there, people were partying in the parking lot drinking and screaming till about 1am. At one point a verbal fight started and they started banging on rooms doors. The rooms weren’t very clean and everything in the room was beaten up, broken, or filthy. Staff was kind but weren’t helpful in answering questions.

My first introduction was not friendly, speaking thru a tiny hole in the window. No welcomed smile or all the information about the facility. My room was dark, not all the lights worked, floor dirty, drawers were not clean and the internet was down for most of my stay. I will never stay at another Quality Inn because of this facility. Having said this, the lady at the front desk (day time hours) was friendly and informative.

We got to our room we had half a roll of toilet paper . When they came the next day they took all our towels and didn't replace them didn't even give us more toilet paper . We had to go ask for everything . The cabinets in the room were broken . It wasn't a bad stay but the service could have been better .

We stay here consistently. We are currently renovating out home and are staying here in the interim. We wouldn’t choose another place. It’s super safe, quiet, and convenient to Walmart, Waffle House, and the conveniences of 278. Nice kept secret. The staff are amazing and the rooms are clean and comfortable!

We stay here consistently. We are currently renovating out home and are staying here in the interim. We wouldn’t choose another place. It’s super safe, quiet, and convenient to Walmart, Waffle House, and the conveniences of 278. Nice kept secret. The staff are amazing and the rooms are clean and comfortable!

We checked in Saturday night and checked out Sunday morning. We were at another hotel in another part of the city and our vehicle window busted out. But here at this Quality Inn location, everything from the customer service at the front desk from the young lady to the room was immaculate! It seemed like they updated the rooms, and it paid off. The room was spacious also. It has a fridge and microwave. It was convenient to the highway, shopping and dining. It wasn’t far from the town square also. Which has more shops and restaurants and a park to enjoy! Perfect hidden gem in Covington. Love this town. We felt so incredibly safe there. We will be back very soon actually. See you all later next week! Thanks for the amazing experience.

Beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Water was hot. Very convenient to walk across parking lot to the Waffle House which is right next door. Parking is a little tight. Very conveniently positioned just off the Interstate exit. Lots of other food options nearby.

There was not hot water for two day, bath tub and sink water does not drain slowly hence dirty water. The hotel has homeless people coming and use the bathroom and eat the breakfast which was horrible.

Nothing fancy. Area is okay. Staff was nice. Breakfast was minimum and they are strict on time. Parking was easy. Bedding was bare minimum. Clean. Doors seemed damaged and needed work

Staff was nice and were easily accessible!!! Rooms were clean!!! We asked for extra towels and were immediately given some!!! Location was very convenient to the square!!!!

husband and i got there late and were ready to check in. No one else was waiting, a woman yells from the bathroom “i will be right there” she flushes the toilet over and over. Finally comes out and says “sorry i’m having a problem with my stomach” So i waited patiently until she got done pooping. We stayed after 3 hours and left to sleep in the airport!

5 day stay for work. The staff were so nice and helpful. The room was clean but the pillows were very over used and needed to be replaced. The TV definitely needs to be updated to smart tv but otherwise very good stay.
