El lugar estaba limpio el personal agradable lo único que no me gusto es que me abrieran la puerta de mi habitación a las 9:00am cuando la salida era a las 11:00 am todo lo demás muy bien

Room was clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast was good, but I don’t really care for the pre made omelets and would have preferred if they freshly scrambled some liquid eggs. They do charge “extra” above the reserved rate and after 4 days i still have not received a credit. Supposedly the extra was to cover any potential additional charges. This is a newer property, but the walls are a little thin and I could hear a couple arguing at 3:30 AM when they woke me up.

Breakfast was excellent. But the bathroom in my room was clean but very tired. Window treatments in my room were partially broken. Overall this Holiday Inn Express seemed pretty tired.
