Room was clean, bed was comfortable, pillows were comfortable. Parking was right outside the door which was very convenient for a quick exit in the morning. Room was dated and showing it's age. This was simply a place to sleep for the night after a wedding and getting an early start on the ride home. It served it's purpose just fine. Had we been visiting the area for any length of time we would have chosen something newer and more up to date.

Stayed 4 nights. Large room was clean & quiet. Comfortable beds; good A/C, shower & towels. Everything worked fine-no problems. Parking in front of room. Outside property well-maintained. Close to restaurants; neighbourhood streets good for a walk/run. The couple who manage the motel were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Checkin staff were courteous and efficient. The bed was a little harder than we like, but still slept good. Plenty of hot water and very clean. Very focused on ensuring walkways were free of snow and ice.

It was an adequate inexpensive place for us to stay - we just slept there while visiting family in the area. It’s a bit outdated, but our room was clean and comfortable. Employee was friendly and helpful. Thankfully the heating/AC unit was fairly new & had a ‘continuous fan’ setting to drown out the noise outside - it meet our needs

This is a motel… a budget motel. Going in we didn’t expect much. Room was pretty clean but amenities are sparse. Towels are extremely thin and like sand paper. If you want ice the check in person has you go to your room and get your ice bucket. You bring it back and an older lady goes to a back room and gets you a little ice in your bucket! Walls are thin and two children doing acrobatics next door woke us up at 6 AM. All in all it served its purpose.

Great area, it’s off of a main road. Easy to get around and you’re not far from Canandaigua. The facility was nice and quiet and the staff was very nice and helpful. The price was very affordable as well and it was clean.

Good value for the price. The carpet in the room smelled a little bit and there were smokers right next door so it smelled im our room. The bed was comfortable and the room was pretty large. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. Would stay there again if in the region.

We all are different, right? My wife and I don't care if a hotel is fancy and modern. We just want a clean room with a comfortable bed, quiet so we can sleep well and a microwave and fridge. This is what we got at the Budget Inn in Farmington, NY. VERY clean and smelled so fresh. A really nice woman checked us in and offered any help we needed when staying here. And less than $90 a night too. We couldn't be more thankful with this place. We will continue to use this hotel when we visit each year to family in Fairport, NY

It was horrible, beds are un sleepable , hard as a rock , mattress kept sliding off the cheap metal frame . Kept getting woken up every time anyone used water in the hotel. Loud humming noise it was unbearable. Cheap dirty furniture. Never stay there again 😡.

The rooms are very clean and well maintained. They take time to clean the filters in the heating/cooling units. The rooms have a fresh aroma without excessive chemical perfumes. The rooms are ample, as well. I didn’t feel claustrophobic. The couple that operates this property are delightful. Very welcoming and friendly. Our stay was a lovely experience.

This motel is NOT pet friendly. We were traveling with a service dog and they were outright nasty about it. If i hadnt booked through hotels.com I would not have stayed. The room was clean but in need of updating. Overall, pass over this one.

As the name implies, this is certainly not fancy, but for an overnight stay it was fine. Convenient to the Thruway and to CMAC for a concert. Wish there some places nearby for breakfast, but that doesn’t reflect on the hotel.

Just found the Manager was friendly and even looked up restaurants near by for us. We stayed in #1 close to the office as we were seniors. Very clean and comfortable beds

As the name implies, this is certainly not fancy, but for an overnight stay it was fine. Convenient to the Thruway and to CMAC for a concert. Wish there some places nearby for breakfast, but that doesn’t reflect on the hotel.

Nice and clean. Was in a perfect location for our vacation plans. Everything worked well and went well. Close to casino and wineries as well a few restaurants. Exactly what we needed. Thank you!

The room was huge with refrigerator and microwave. Great shower, friendly welcome. And two restaurants right next door. Close enough to the thruway. Would stay again no question. Great value.

Overall nice little hotel very helpful staff. I only had to speak to them three times in one night because I locked myself out of my room.

Great place for a quick one night stay. Very Clean comfortable room. First thought was just a plain Motel But it was Very Clean and updated. Not a Dive.!!! Nice Family restaurant 100 yds away and a Dunkin right around the corner

We love a true old school drive-up-to-the-door motel, but this one is extra special. Updated, clean. Only complaint I can come up with is that the water pressure in the shower wasn’t great? Bed nothing cushy, but just fine. Bonus points for not having scented soaps or smelly air fresheners!! Homey place, friendly staff. If you like a motel, you will love this one.

This is a good place to stay when visiting Canandaigua. The lower price is attractive and the actual town is 15 minutes away. The room was updated, clean, and quiet. There is a Dollar Store and an excellent breakfast diner within easy walking distance without crossing a road. Should I return to the area, this is where I would stay.
