The lounge area was filthy. The room was overwhelmingly taken over by a nasty odor. Carpets were torn and place was unkept.

The bathroom was dirty. The first floor hall smell of marijuana. The pool area was not well kept the chairs were covered with bird crap. Nothing good to say about it.

Blood stains on sheets. Dirt caked on the floor in the bathroom. Outlets don't work. Construction workers staying on the property (they were “cat calling” at me as I walked by) and there is no parking because their construction vehicles are oversized so they are double parked. They parked up front so guests not on the payroll had to park far away. Don’t let the discounted price lure you in- DO NOT BOOK HERE! It’s absolutely terrible. It’s a real Quality Dump!

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is pet-friendly, and the staff were accommodating.

This is an example of owners taking in money and not reinvesting it back into their property to keep it clean and properly maintained. Even the elevator is way past its inspection. This hotel was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Very dirty and run down. Poor ownership thats for sure.

The sheets had reddish brown stains on them, and there were handprints all over the headboard. The tv was hanging crooked on the wall.

The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke, bleached carpet instead of cleaned carpet, there were cheetos, a beer bottle, crumbs, and several coffee stirrers under the bed dust ruffle when we checked in, hair in the beds, stained bedspreads, sticky bathroom floor, unidentified substances on the walls, gross carpet, paper stuffed in the door peephole, etc. Just super gross. The person working the front desk when we checked in was super nice, but we still checked out early because the hotel was disgusting.

The front staff desk are wonderful. The building and rooms are filthy. There was mold in the bathroom. The floor boards are caked with grime. We don’t feel like we could shower. The headboards were wiped down with dirty rags. The door stopper was falling out of the wall and exposing far too many nails. There was trash in the room when we arrived. The hallways were filled with cigarette smoke. The breakfast was served from a warm fridge and a steam plate that warming. We took pictures and put them on Google reviews for the hotel.

The hotel was okay, but the walls were nasty. The sheets were stained and overall, it didn’t feel clean. The carpets were bleached out and there was a residual skunk smell in the hallways.

This hotel is ABSOLUTELY disgusting! I would give it ZERO stars. The room smelled like mold, the a/c air smelled like mold when it was on and could not use the a/c, there was mold ALL in the bathroom along the ceiling and baseboards- it is honestly a health hazard. There were no other rooms available. The decor and furniture was so old and the walls had joint compound plaster that had not been fixed and repaired. We went to breakfast at 7 am and the floors were sticky and disgusting as well. Our shoes stuck to the floor. The cabinets in the eating area were falling off the hinges. There were bleach stains all over the hallway carpets leading from the main lobby to our room on the 1st floor. We should have been given a refund.

Didn't like the over-all experience. We had to be moved to another roon because the bathroom flooresence light was "flickering" badly. The carpet in the hallway is badly worn. The maintenance has been neglected. The dack door was filthy and needs new paint. Don't know for sure but the bathroom baseboard looks like possible mold. The curtains had holes in them. I didn't see any security cameras. The breakfast they offered was ok but not great. The staff helped me when they could. They don't have a full time maintenance personnel. I would recommend finding another option before staying here.

The hotel just looks like it needs to be upgraded or at least a coat of paint. The staff where helpful but did not seem to be “into” their job.

Rooms have gotten worse in the last year. Mold smell in room from a/c unit. Doors falling off hinges etc.

My door didn’t latch shut. That alone is enough to give this hotel a terrible rating. When I told the front desk at checkout, he said “he said I know. People don’t like that.” “I’ll tell the maintenance guy to look at it again.” Also the noise on the first floor is unacceptable! I was awoken at 2 or 3 am to a loud BANG.

I would say the hotel was okay/decent. It definitely could use some updating in the rooms. The lobby and breakfast area seemed to be updated but the rooms were not. It was a comfortable place to lay my head for the evening.

Hotel is rundown. Front desk woman acted like it was a chore to speak up and clearly. It was late, we were hot, tired, and dirty from the ball field all day. All we wanted was a clean place to lay our head and a hot shower. Our impressions: paint peeling, furniture worn and stained, lobby smells strongly of chemicals, walking down hall in this NON-SMOKING hotel the stench of cigarette smoke was so strong it made our eyes water. Once we got to the room it took a bit to get in because the card reader was malfunctioning, got in the room and first thing, we noticed was the door stop completely ripped out of the wall, then the bed looked like someone had just crawled out of it and there was blood on the cover piece at the foot of the bed. I glanced in the bathroom which looked ok but the bed was where it ended. We rolled our cart of belongings right back to the lobby and asked for a refund. Since we paid cash (note to self: don’t do that again) they couldn’t access the safe to return our money and asked that we return the next day for our refund. Since we had to be back the next day that wasn’t too much of a deal but if that wasn’t going to be the case I would have been more upset about it. We then had to drive almost 2 hours back home for the night because there were no rooms available within an hour. Then we had to turn around the next morning and go back. Overall frustrating and disturbing experience.

Staff was rude and unconcerned with our needs. They blew off talking about my keycard not working so they could finish their phone call to a friend. The room was mediocre at best. You can hear everything from the hall. The hallway carpet is squishy, outdated and nasty looking. 1/10 worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel and will be sure never to stay here again.

When we arrived we were given keys to an occupied room which smoke hit us in the face when we opened the door. A woman had a cigarette in her mouth in the lobby. We asked for a refund and they told us to contact you for the refund. Please advice me about getting the refund please

The area around the hotel has lots of restaurants and retail stores. I was issued a key to the room and when I walked in, there were bags and luggages belonging to someone else in the room. I took them to the front door and receptionist said she would take care of them. I walked back in my room and in the bathroom were used bar of soap and a wet wash cloth in the tub area. I had to leave the room for an offsite meeting. When I came back later in the evening, the key to the door of my room would not work. I had to walk back and forth from my room to the front desk 3 times because they would reset the key but it did not work. When I finally got to enter my room, I have noticed that the beddings have been sat on and ruffled. Seemed to me that the owner of the bags/luggages that were in my room came back looking for them and took the liberty to sit on the bed. When I took the bags/luggages to the front desk earlier in the day, the receptionist told me that they have made a mistake to give my room to another guest but that they have moved the guest to another room. Evidently, the key that they issued to the other guest still worked to get into my room. About the cleanliness of the carpet in my room - I had to wear my shoes the whole time in the room because the carpet left black dirt stains on my soles just by walking on the carpet for a minute. I wiki never rent a room from this hotel. There is Holiday Inn just next door from this hotel.

It was quiet and clean. They forgot clean towels and to make bed one day. Breakfast eggs and biscuits were cold to like warm. Sausage was hot and good.

I would say the hotel was okay/decent. It definitely could use some updating in the rooms. The lobby and breakfast area seemed to be updated but the rooms were not. It was a comfortable place to lay my head for the evening.
