I would remove this property from your list. Definitely not close to being a worth $130/night. I doubt the people living here pay that rate. This is a bare bones room in poor condition. No coffee pot, no hair dryer, no shampoo, the walls are damaged, the kitchen floor is sticky. If I was paying $75/night I would expect this. This is nothing like the Extended Stays I’ve stayed in in the past. I recall a complimentary pack of mircrowave popcorn, coffee, cups, etc. This is just bad.

There were NO glasses or silverware....in the entire place. Very strange that an extended stay provided nothing in order for anyone to stay longer than a day.

Wasn’t pleased that they stopped keeping pots and pans and other kitchen items for the guests to use. There wasn’t even a little coffee pot. Other than that, it was a good stay. The front desk staff was awesome and very courteous.

Though advertised as a suite hotel, this facility has many local residents who are lodged there on a temporary (government payment ?) basis. Unknown how many guests were actually visitors to the area using this hotel but there were few out of state plates on the cars. Parking near the front entrance was always in scarce supply. Residents tended to congregate around the front lobby entrance to smoke. Hotel guests have to purchase dinnerware and cooking equipment - this suite hotel does not supply the kitchen in the room with equipment. This negates the value of renting a room for a few nights at a suite hotel. Routine hotel supplied toiletries were not re-stocked when the room was prepped for our arrival. Room WAS clean and fresh when we arrived, and the A/C, refrigerator,plumbing, lighting, and TV all worked well.

Our room was a nonsmoking room, but it was clear someone had smoked in it. The whole hotel had a slight smell of smoke. The floor in our kitchenette was super sticky like it hadn't been cleaned. There was really no lobby and the pool had been concreted in. Very few amenities for the price we paid.

Dirtiest and Loudest hotel we've ever stayed in. Our suite had not been cleaned well, the floor turned socks/feet black, bathroom door would not latch and there was a huge gap under the door leading to the hall.

Hotel staff that checked me in was fantastic, and very personable. The hotel overall smelled bad, towels had stains on them, sink wouldn’t drain and overall didn’t feel very clean. Not what I expected for the price. Once again the lady that checked me in was very, very nice.

The hallways smelled like cat urine and weed. The carpets were filthy. The fridge was dirty on the outside. Cobwebs on the ceiling. There was no mini soap or shampoos for guests. The rooms had a musty smell.

We got sheets for pull out couch and there was a dead bed bug on it the ceiling in bathroom shower had mild on it nobody at desk at 10AM it was closed gate pulled not at all thrilled gum on carpet in 3 areas abd no trash can at all in the room not even in bathroom wast of money very disappointed

Food on the kitchen wall bathroom was horrible with hair die all over the sink and tub . DONT forget the Hair that was on our towels .. And the hallways smelled like pot and the room smelled like a cat litter box had not been been cleaned . Out of 5 stars it would get Zero . I will never stay here again . Family of 5 . Shame on Extented stay for not ceaning the room ..

Wifi was not working and the staff at the reception told me to call customer support and I had to stay on call for 45 minutes after having a long day in college, AC was not working, The room was stinking with some strong pungent smell and the washroom was not clean. This is the worst place to stay and I strongly advise every student who is attending Cumberlands not to stay here

The room was clean. The facility as a whole looked like a extended stay facility for homeless people. No desk service all night, the desk was locked down until 9am. Same people were standing outside the front door smoking at 9pm and at 6:30am. Multiple friends and family of the staff hanging in the lobby. The room was big, clean with kitchenette. Sink in the bathroom ran very slow.

Good place to heck in for a flight early morning to CVG. Front desk was painfully slow getting me in. When I went to leave for a 6 am flight there was no one around to give keys to or get a receipt. My company is now saying they will not reimburse without the document so I am just writing it off to the experience gained. Hotel was clean, adequate but the rooms on either side were pretty loud. Good thing I can sleep through an earthquake. Probably will ask for an end room or have them define front desk policies in the future.

The room was clean. There was a lot of cleaner residue on the floor, and it felt a bit sticky. The hallway leading to the room could have used a good carpet cleaner. The kitchen and bathroom were clean, but the room has been very hard used in the past.

I wanted to save some money because I was traveling with my cat. You definitely get what you pay for with this hotel. Housekeeping does the best I can with what they have. But the place is pretty sketchy. I was not able to get the television to work. It would scramble and then come on clear for about five seconds and then go to no signal. I had to watch Netflix on my phone Wi-Fi is wide open and also not reliable. The breakfast option is some coffee and basically some oatmeal bars to go. I felt pretty unsafe while I was there, and was very glad to get out in the morning.

It looks like they are replacing ac units that were stored in the hallways. Needs paint. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. We were on the go everyday so not much time in the room. Shopping is convenient.

Pam was very nice and helpful at checking in. Her and her staff was amazing. The hotel is so clean and it really feels like you are at home. They are amazing. They have kitchen stuff for you to use just ask them to get it. They care about your safety. Could not have asked for a better stay. Very pet friendly. You truly fell like you are at home. We went the extra mile when we checked out to bag up all of our trash and to bag up our dirty lien for the housekeeper. This was our way of saying thank you. There kitchen is fully furnished,.full living room, bathroom and bedroom and a work space. Anna mazing.wimsow view. Everything is keeped up todate. Very clean and very will keeped up with mantness.

Bed bugs were found in both rooms that we had. They say there's a breakfast included, but that was no where to be found and no one at the front desk until after we left at almost 10am.

Good thing I can sleep through an earthquake. Probably will ask for an end room or have them define front desk policies in the future.

When I booked this stay, I put in the notes that we would arrive around 2 or 3. When we arrived at the hotel at 2 I was told that my reservation was cancelled at 12. They would not let us stay. This has never happened to us in all the traveling we've done. I will never book a stay with Extended Stay of America again.

Strong cigarette oder in the halls. Its a safe area. The staff friendly. The chair was broken but they replaced it on the forth day. Have stayed here before because of price and the kitchens. It looks like they are replacing ac units that were stored in the hallways. Needs paint. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. We were on the go everyday so not much time in the room. Shopping is convenient.

I would remove this property from your list. Definitely not close to being a worth $130/night. I doubt the people living here pay that rate. This is a bare bones room in poor condition. No coffee pot, no hair dryer, no shampoo, the walls are damaged, the kitchen floor is sticky. If I was paying $75/night I would expect this. This is nothing like the Extended Stays I’ve stayed in in the past. I recall a complimentary pack of mircrowave popcorn, coffee, cups, etc. This is just bad.

Wasn’t pleased that they stopped keeping pots and pans and other kitchen items for the guests to use. There wasn’t even a little coffee pot. Other than that, it was a good stay. The front desk staff was awesome and very courteous.

No water on the site nor there is coffee served. Pictures on Expedia showed dining area with breakfast such as cereals and coffee. But there was nothing offered on site. Very pathetic experience with families living all around and very noisy guests.

Check in was fine. Front staff nice and friendly. Room was on second floor. Pet friendly vinyl floor in room. Room was clean but definitely tired and the walls could use repair. Bed was adequate but wouldn't have been comfortable for more than a night. They should not advertise breakfast for this location as granola bars, pre-packaged muffins and coffee doesnt work for kids or adults so that was disappointing.

I wanted to save some money because I was traveling with my cat. You definitely get what you pay for with this hotel. Housekeeping does the best I can with what they have. But the place is pretty sketchy. I was not able to get the television to work. It would scramble and then come on clear for about five seconds and then go to no signal. I had to watch Netflix on my phone Wi-Fi is wide open and also not reliable. The breakfast option is some coffee and basically some oatmeal bars to go. I felt pretty unsafe while I was there, and was very glad to get out in the morning.

I called and checked every hotel in town and every bordering town. Fully booked. I was stranded, out of town for work, with no way to get home that night and no lodging alternative offered by the property that took my reservation in the first place. Let's be clear about what this is: a confirmed booking is a contract. When a hotel accepts a reservation and payment, it's agreeing to provide a room on that date. Overbooking and then leaving a guest with zero recourse (no rebooking, no relocation to a sister property, no reimbursement, no accessible management) isn't just bad service, it's the hotel failing to hold up its end of that agreement, leaving a guest to absorb the entire cost and risk of that failure. That's a liability problem for them, not just a "customer experience" issue. I'm still deciding whether this is worth pursuing further, but at minimum: don't trust a confirmation from this property. It clearly isn't binding on their end.

When we arrived for a 3-night stay, we found out the elevator was out of order. Our rooms were on the 3rd floor. We asked if there was a staff/service elevator we could use and were told no. We are 64 and 68 and I cannot walk up more than 3 or 4 stairs. The woman at the desk was unable to help. She didn't know when the elevator would be repaired. She said there were no 2-bed rooms on the first floor. And since we weren't canceling prior to that day, they were unable to cancel the reservation. We chose to find another hotel. It seemed that customer service was lacking. As I have no reason to visit the area again, I will not stay at Studio 6/Florence in the future.
