Exterior is very run down with warping boards and very advanced peeling paint. Landscaping is terribly overgrown. Card entry on doors other than the main door does work. Light bulbs in rooms burned out and some missing. Telephone in room is filthy. Device holder on bathroom wall but no device - iron or hair dryer? Coffee pouches on tray in bathroom next to toilet but no coffee maker or cups. Pool wayer very cloudy. We cannot recommend staying at the Franklin IN Baymont.

Park;ing was ok. The building is run down. The breakfast had very little offer and the room was not the cleanest.

The linens and surfaces were clean. Mattresses and ceiling were stained. The outside of the building really needs paint. The carpeting in the common areas needed vacuuming. A fan was secured to a railing above the check-in area via trash bags. The pool was cloudy and smelled funky. Staff was friendly.
